本出願は、2019年1月10日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2019−0003390号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に組み込まれる。
水平方向へ横たえられて配列された複数の缶型二次電池と、
前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
少なくとも一つのモジュールケースであって、内部に空間が形成されて前記複数の缶型二次電池を収容するように構成されたモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの外側壁を囲むように構成され、外側面には一部が外側方向へ隆起したエンボシング構造が複数個形成された絶縁チューブと、を含む。

Claims (10)
- 水平方向へ横たえられて配列された複数の缶型二次電池と、
前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
少なくとも一つのモジュールケースであって、内部に空間が形成されて前記複数の缶型二次電池を収容するように構成されたモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの外側壁を囲むように構成され、外側面には一部が外側方向へ隆起したエンボシング構造が複数個形成された絶縁チューブと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記絶縁チューブが被覆された前記モジュールケースを収容するように内部空間が形成されたボックス形態を有し、内側面が前記絶縁チューブのエンボシング構造と接触するように構成されたパックハウジングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックハウジングの内面には、前記エンボシング構造と対応する大きさで内部方向へ凹んだ形状を有する凹み構造が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁チューブには、内部から外部へ穿孔された開口が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、前記パックハウジングと前記モジュールケースとを相互に拘束するように構成された締結ボルトをさらに含み、
前記パックハウジングには、前記締結ボルトが挿入されるように穿孔された挿入孔が形成され、
前記モジュールケースの前記挿入孔と対応する位置には、前記締結ボルトが挿入固定される締結溝が形成され、
前記絶縁チューブには、前記締結ボルトが貫通するように穿孔された貫通口が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールケースは、
内部に空間が形成され、複数の缶型二次電池を収容する第1ケース、及び前記第1ケースの水平方向の一側に結合し、内部に空間が形成され、複数の缶型二次電池を収容する第2ケースを備え、
前記絶縁チューブは、前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースとが相互に密着固定されるように熱収縮した熱収縮性素材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記絶縁チューブは、前記第1ケースと前記第2ケースとの間の位置と対応する部位に形成され、前記絶縁チューブの他の部位よりも厚さが厚く形成され、前記モジュールケースの外側を囲むように帯状に延びたバンド部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記絶縁チューブの内側面には、一部が内側方向へ隆起したエンボシング構造が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
