Claims (10)
- それぞれに電極端子が備えられ、上下方向に立設された複数の電池セルと、
水平方向に延びた形態を有して前記複数の電池セルの上部を覆い、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの上部の少なくとも一部が外部に露出するように複数の露出口が形成された上部カバーと、
水平方向に延びた形態を有して前記複数の電池セルの下部を覆い、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの下部の少なくとも一部が外部に露出するように複数の露出口が形成された下部カバーと、
電気絶縁性を有し、前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーのうちの少なくとも一方に形成された複数の露出口を密閉するように前記複数の露出口に充填された充填部材と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記充填部材は、前記複数の電池セルの上部の上面及び下部の下面のうちの少なくとも一方、及び前記複数の電池セルの側部の一部表面を囲むようにコーティングされている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーのうちの少なくとも一方には、前記充填部材が満たされる収容空間が形成されるように、前記複数の露出口が形成された部分が内側に凹んだ充填部が備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルの上部を除いた残りの側部及び下部は、電気絶縁性被覆材で被覆されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部カバーには、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの上部が挿入されるように上下方向に延びた管状の収容部が複数個備えられ、
前記下部カバーには、前記複数の電池セルの下部が挿入されるように上下方向に延びた管状の収容部が複数個備えられ、
前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーのうちの少なくとも一方には、前記収容部に挿入された前記電池セルの側部の一部分を囲むように前記収容部から前記電池セルの側部に向かって突設されたガイド部が備えられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記収容部には、前記充填部材の一部が流れ込むように凹んだ収容溝が形成されている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部カバー及び前記下部カバーのうちの少なくとも一方には、前記充填部材が前記収容部の内部に導入されるように前記露出口の外周部の一部が打ち抜かれた少なくとも一つの導入溝が備えられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電気絶縁性被覆材は、他の部分よりも相対的に厚く形成され、前記電池セルの温度が所定温度以上に上昇する場合、溶融して前記電池セルの側面に沿って流れるように構成されたバンド部を備える、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
