Description
(a)成形型への多孔質材料の挿入、
(b)該多孔質材料中での0.5〜200cm/sの範囲の流速による、該成形型への液体多硫化物の導入、
(c)該多硫化物の融解温度未満の温度への該多硫化物の冷却、
(d)該多硫化物を浸透させた該多孔質材料の取出し
を含む、多硫化物を浸透させた多孔質材料からなる成形品の製造方法により解決される。
Claims (14)
- 次のステップ:
(a)成形型への多孔質材料の挿入、
(b)前記多孔質材料中での0.5〜200cm/sの範囲の流速による、前記成形型への液体多硫化物の導入、
(c)前記多硫化物の融解温度未満の温度への前記多硫化物の冷却、
(d)前記多硫化物を浸透させた前記多孔質材料の取出し
を含む、多硫化物を浸透させた多孔質材料からなる成形品の製造方法。 - 前記多孔質材料の挿入後、前記成形型を不活性ガスですすぐことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記多硫化物を導入する前に、前記成形型に100mbar(絶対圧)未満の圧力を印加することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記成形型が、150〜350℃の範囲の温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 285〜350℃の範囲の温度を有する前記多硫化物を、前記成形型に導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記成形型を充填した後、150〜200barの範囲の圧力により前記多硫化物を追加導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記成形型に前記多硫化物を導入するために、コールドチャンバ法、ホットチャンバ法、または真空鋳造法を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記多硫化物がアルカリ金属多硫化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記多硫化物が多硫化ナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質材料が、フェルト、布、編物、ニット布、ブレード編み、不織布、開孔発泡体、または三次元網状構造物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質材料が、グラファイト、熱安定化ポリマー繊維、酸化物セラミック繊維、ガラス繊維、またはそれらの混合物から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記成形品が、電気化学セル用の電極または電極の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記成形品が、電気化学セル内で使用するための貯蔵素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学セルがナトリウム・硫黄電池であることを特徴とする、請求項12または13記載の方法。
