前記サブFPCBは、前記メインFPCBへの組み立て部分に、前記第1コネクタターミナルに嵌合する第2コネクタターミナルを備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体。 - 前記第1コネクタターミナルは、各々ソケットタイプの雌コネクタピンの形状で設けられ、前記第2コネクタターミナルは、各々前記雌コネクタピンの中に挿入可能な雄コネクタピンの形状で設けられる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体。

前記第1サブFPCB及び前記第2サブFPCBが、各々前記メインFPCBの長手方向に沿った一端部及び他端部に組み立てられ、前記メインFPCBに対して交差する方向へ延びて配置される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体。 - 前記第1サブFPCB及び第2サブFPCBには、各々少なくとも一つの電圧センシング端子が付着され、前記メインFPCBには、各々少なくとも一つの温度センサーが付着されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体の製造方法であって、
複数個の前記メインFPCBが予め設計されている第1のFPCB原反及び複数個の前記サブFPCBが予め設計されている第2のFPCB原反から、前記メインFPCB及び前記サブFPCBを各々切り取るFPCB部品準備段階と、
前記メインFPCBの少なくとも一側に備えられる第1コネクタターミナルと、前記サブFPCBの少なくとも一側に備えられる第2コネクタターミナルとを相互接続して、前記メインFPCBと前記サブFPCBとを相互組み立てるFPCB組み立て段階と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体の製造方法。 - 前記第1コネクタターミナルが、各々ソケットタイプの雌コネクタピンの形状で設けられ、前記第2コネクタターミナルが、各々前記雌コネクタピンの中に挿入可能な雄コネクタピンの形状で設けられる、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体の製造方法。
- 前記雌コネクタピンと前記雄コネクタピンとは、接続後にクリンチング工程によって圧着される、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体の製造方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール用FPCB組立体を含む、バッテリーモジュール。
