Claims (18)
- 生体分子の可逆的固定化のためのデバイス(1)であって、前記デバイス(1)は、容器(2、21)を備え、前記容器(2、21)は、生体分子を含む液体で充填可能であり、開口(23)及び弁(20)を有し、前記弁(20)は、閉鎖機構によって前記液体(6)の制御可能な流出のために開閉可能であり、
前記生体分子が固定化可能な、特に可逆的に固定化可能な磁性粒子(3)が、前記容器(2、21)内に自由に移動できるように配置可能であり、前記磁性粒子(3)を前記容器(2、21)内に固定するための磁石(5)が、前記容器(2、21)に配置され、前記液体(6)は、前記弁(20)の開放状態にて前記開口(23)を通り前記容器(2、21)から除去可能であることを特徴とする、
デバイス(1)。 - 前記閉鎖機構は、圧力切換装置であり、前記弁(20)の保持力が前記液体(6)への圧力(P、P1)によって克服可能であるように、前記圧力(P、P1)を前記圧力切換装置によって変えることができ、このように、前記弁(20)は、開放可能である、

b)生体分子を前記磁性粒子(3)に結合する、特に可逆的に結合するステップと、
c)前記磁性粒子(3)を前記容器(2、21)内の磁石(5)に固定するステップと、
d)前記弁(20)を開くことによって、前記容器(2、21)の前記開口(23)から前記液体(6)を除去するステップと、
e)前記磁性粒子(3)から前記生体分子を溶解するステップと、
f)前記弁を開くことによって、溶解された前記生体分子を除去するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項16に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)を備える、
生体分子の自動処理のための装置。
