Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年12月11日に出願された米国特許出願第16/216,640号の優先権を主張し、同出願は、2017年12月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/598,048号の優先権を主張し、両出願のタイトルは、「アレルゲンのポテンシャルを低減するための加硫組成物およびそれを用いて形成されたエラストマー物品(VULCANIZATION COMPOSITION FOR REDUCING ALLERGENIC POTENTIAL AND ELASTOMERIC ARTICLES FORMED THEREWITH)」である。各優先出願の開示は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示のある態様は、エラストマー物品を加硫するために使用される促進剤組成物を有する加硫組成物に関する。加硫組成物は、より高いレベルの非一過性および一過性促進剤組成物を有する加硫組成物と比較して、アレルゲンのポテンシャルが低減されており、より高いレベルの促進剤組成物を有する加硫組成物を用いて形成されたエラストマー物品と比較して、アレルゲンのポテンシャルが低減されたエラストマー物品を形成するために使用することができる。本発明はさらに、低減されたアレルゲン性の加硫組成物を製造する方法、およびエラストマー物品を加硫するために加硫組成物を使用する方法に関する。

Claims (28)
- 硫黄源と、
少なくとも1つの一過性ジヒドロカルビルキサントゲンポリスルフィド促進剤と、
少なくとも1つのアルデヒド−アニリン縮合物と、
金属酸化物と、
を含む、加硫組成物。 - 非一過性促進剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。
- 促進剤としてジチオカルバミン酸塩、チウラム、チアゾール、グアニジンまたはチオ尿素を含まない、請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。
- 1つのみの一過性ジヒドロカルビルキサントゲンポリスルフィド促進剤と、1つのみのアルデヒド−アニリン縮合物とを含み、
エラストマーを加硫するための促進剤として機能する追加の化合物を含まない、
請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。 - 前記硫黄源は元素硫黄を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの一過性ジヒドロカルビルキサントゲンポリスルフィド促進剤は、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィドを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのアルデヒド−アニリン縮合物は、ヘプタアルデヒド−アニリンを含み、
前記金属酸化物は、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化鉛及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、
請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。 - 前記硫黄源は、低いアレルゲンのポテンシャルを有する元素硫黄および硫黄供与体、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、
前記少なくとも1つの一過性ジヒドロカルビルキサントゲンポリスルフィド促進剤は、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィド(DIXP)、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンジスルフィド、ジイソプロピルキサントゲントリスルフィド、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンテトラスルフィド、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンペンタスルフィド、ジイソアミルキサントゲントリスルフィド、ジイソアミルキサントゲンテトラスルフィド、ジイソアミルキサントゲンペンタスルフィド、ジエチルキサントゲンテトラスルフィド、ジブチルキサントゲンテトラスルフィド、ジブチルキサントゲンジスルフィド、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、
請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。 - 追加のキサントゲン酸塩化合物を含まない、請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。

請求項1に記載の加硫組成物。 - 前記硫黄源が、ゴム100乾燥重量部当たり約1.0〜約1.5乾燥重量部の範囲で備えられ、
前記少なくとも1つのジヒドロカルビルキサントゲンポリスルフィド促進剤が、ゴム100乾燥重量部当たり約1.0〜約2.5乾燥重量部の範囲で備えられ、
前記少なくとも1つのアルデヒド−アニリン縮合物が、ゴム100乾燥重量部当たり約0.10〜約0.25phrの範囲で備えられ、
前記金属酸化物が、ゴム重量100乾燥重量部当たり0.2〜約0.8乾燥重量部の範囲で備えられる、
請求項8に記載の加硫組成物。 - 請求項1に記載の加硫組成物を用いて形成されたエラストマー物品であって、前記組成物は非一過性促進剤を含まない、エラストマー物品。
- 前記エラストマー物品が1ppm未満の残留DIXPを含む、請求項10に記載のエラストマー物品。
- 請求項7に記載の加硫組成物を用いて形成されたエラストマー物品であって、エラストマーを加硫するための促進剤として機能する追加の化合物を含まない、エラストマー物品。
- 前記エラストマー物品が、手袋、プローブカバー、指サック、カテーテル、歯科用ダムおよびコンドームからなる群から選択される、請求項12に記載のエラストマー物品。
- 前記エラストマー物品が粉無しのものである、請求項12に記載のエラストマー物品。
- 元素硫黄と、
ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィドと、
ヘプタアルデヒド−アニリンと、
金属酸化物と、
からなる、加硫組成物。 - ポリイソプレンと、
元素硫黄、ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィド、ヘプタアルデヒド−アニリン及び金属酸化物からなる加硫組成物と、
を含む、ラテックス分散体。 - エラストマーを加硫するための促進剤として機能する追加の化合物を含まない、請求項16に記載のラテックス分散体。
- 低減されたアレルゲンのポテンシャルのポリイソプレンエラストマー物品を調製する方法であって、
請求項16に記載のラテックス分散体を提供する工程と、
凝固剤浸漬により前記ラテックス分散体で成形具を被覆して第1のエラストマー層を形成する工程と、
前記第1のエラストマー層を乾燥および加硫する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1のエラストマー層で被覆された前記成形具を第2のラテックス分散体で被覆して第2のエラストマー層を形成する工程をさらに含み、
前記第2のエラストマー層は、前記第1のエラストマー層を乾燥および加硫する前に適用される、
請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のエラストマー層が、前記第1のエラストマー層と同じ組成を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。

- 前記エラストマー物品が、手袋、プローブカバー、指サック、カテーテル、歯科用ダム、およびコンドームからなる群から選択され、
