Abstract
Description
1.促進剤組成物および安定化剤を含有する水性ラテックス組成物を調製すること。前記促進剤組成物は、ジチオカルバメート、チアゾールおよびグアニジン化合物を含む。
2.型を前記ラテックス配合組成物に浸漬すること。
3.前記型に付着した前記ラテックス配合組成物を硬化させ、エラストマーポリ(イソプレン)物品を作成すること。
(i)ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィド(DIXP)、
(ii)アルキルジチオカルバメート(アルキル鎖が5〜20個の炭素原子を含有するもの、例えば亜鉛ジイソノニルジチオカルバメート(ZDNC)など)、および
(iii)ジフェニルグアニジン(DPG)
を含む、ラテックスゴム用促進剤組成物に関する。
本発明の硬化型水性合成ゴムラテックス組成物は、合成ゴムラテックス、加硫化剤、活性化剤、および促進剤系を含む。特に、前記ゴムラテックスは、実質的にランダムな構造を有するかまたは1つ以上のコモノマーの検出可能なブロックを含有する、ポリ(イソプレン)、ポリ(ブタジエン)、ポリ(クロロプレン)、ポリ(ネオプレン)、スチレン−イソプレンコポリマーから誘導され得る。ポリマーまたはコポリマーの骨格は、直鎖または分枝であってよいが、好ましくは直鎖である。最も好ましいのは、ポリ(イソプレン)ラテックスであり、ポリ(イソプレン)は、その化学的性質の天然ゴムとの類似、並びに感触、柔軟性を示す係数、破断時の伸びおよび引張強さなどの物理的性質の天然ゴムとの類似により、好ましいポリマーの1つであるからである。
本発明による好ましいポリ(イソプレン)ラテックスプレ配合組成物を、以下の一般的な手順を用いて調製することができる。
最初に、ポリ(イソプレン)ラテックスプレ配合組成物をpH約10に調整する。手袋の型をオーブンで約70℃にあらかじめ加熱し、あらかじめ調製した凝固剤組成物中に約55℃で一定時間浸漬し、取り出す。次に、凝固剤でコーティングされた型を、50℃から70℃の乾燥オーブンに、凝固剤が十分に乾燥する時間、典型的には約5分間置く。
ポリ(イソプレン)ラテックス(約65%のTSCを有するKraton IR 401(登録商標) )を周囲温度で攪拌した。連続的に攪拌しながら、酸化亜鉛および硫黄の分散液をこの混合物に添加した。促進剤化合物DIXP、ZDNCおよびDPGを配合して分散液を作成し、これを添加した。Aquanox L(登録商標)を添加し、混合物を約10分間攪拌した。組成物(I)を25℃で維持し、25℃未満の温度で24時間保存した。

- 共役ジエンから誘導され、場合によりビニル芳香族コモノマーを含み、
(i)ジイソプロピルキサントゲンポリスルフィド(DIXP)、
(ii)アルキルジチオカルバメート(アルキル鎖が5〜20個の炭素原子を含有する)および
(iii)ジフェニルグアニジン(DPG)
を含む、ゴムラテックス用促進剤組成物。 - 成分(ii)としてジイソニルジチオカルバメート(ZDNC)が使用される、請求項1に記載の促進剤組成物。
- 前記ゴムラテックス、加硫化剤、活性化剤ならびに請求項1および2に記載の促進剤系を含む、硬化型水性合成ゴムラテックス組成物。
- ポリ(イソプレン)ゴムラテックスを含む、請求項3に記載の硬化型水性合成ゴムラテックス組成物。
- 成分(i)、(ii)および(iii)のそれぞれが、合成ゴム固形重量に対し0.25から1.00phrの濃度の濃度において存在する、請求項3および4に記載の硬化型水性合成ゴムラテックス組成物。
- 成分(i)、(ii)および(iii)のそれぞれが、合成ゴム固形重量に対し0.25から0.80phrの濃度において存在する、請求項5に記載の硬化型水性合成ゴムラテックス組成物。
- 加硫化剤、活性化剤および請求項1〜2に記載の促進剤の系を含むラテックス分散物またはエマルションを調製すること、前記ラテックス分散物を0.5から1.5日間熟成させること、物品の形状の型をラテックスに浸漬すること、および前記型に付着したラテックスを硬化させることを含む、合成エラストマー物品の水ベースの製造のための方法。
