- 前記膜が、約0.1μm〜約10μm、好ましくは約0.1μm〜約1μmのカットオフを有する精密濾過膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記膜が、好ましくは酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、または炭化ケイ素(SiC)から、特にはSiCから形成されたセラミック膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CaCO3が、酸性pH≦3.5で、好ましくは酸性pH≦2.5でフッ化物と反応することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CaCO3が、粉末として、特に平均粒子サイズ≦1mm、好ましくは平均粒子サイズ≦0.1mmの粉末として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CaCO3がスラリー中で、特にスラリー中で最大50%、好ましくはスラリー中で最大30%の濃度のCaCO3粒子として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CaCO3が廃水のフッ化物含有量よりも過剰量で、特に2より大きいCaCO3/フッ化物質量比で、好ましくは2.6〜5のCaCO3/フッ化物質量比で、より好ましくは3.5〜4.2のCaCO3/フッ化物質量比で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- CaCO3がフッ化物と5分〜60分、好ましくは20分〜40分の反応時間で反応することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フッ化物を含有する廃水、特にHFを含有する廃水を処理してフッ化物を除去する装置(1)であって、
− 酸性pH≦4で炭酸カルシウム(CaCO3)を廃水中のフッ化物と反応させてフッ化カルシウム(CaF2)粒子を形成するための、少なくとも1つの反応容器(2)または反応タンク(2)、および
− 濾過工程で処理済み排水からCaF2粒子を分離するための、少なくとも1つの多孔質膜(15)、特に少なくとも1つの多孔質セラミック膜を含む、上記装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの多孔質膜が配置されている別個の濾過容器または別個の濾過タンクをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 特に、多孔質膜、特に多孔質セラミック膜によって処理済み廃水からCaF2粒子を分離する前に、CaF2粒子を沈降させるための少なくとも1つの別個の沈降容器または別個の沈降タンクをさらに含む、請求項10または請求項11に記載の装置。
- 処理済み廃水からCaF2粒子を分離するため、およびCaF2粒子を沈降させるための両方のコンビネーション容器(3)またはコンビネーションタンク(3)を含む、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- CaCO3が廃水中のフッ化物と反応してCaF2粒子を形成する前に、廃水に少なくとも1つの酸または少なくとも1つの酸性溶液を加えるための少なくとも1つのデバイス(6)をさらに含む、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記膜(15)が、約0.02μmから約10μm、好ましくは約0.1μmから約1μmのカットオフを有する精密濾過/限外濾過膜であることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記セラミック膜(15)が、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、または炭化ケイ素(SiC)から、好ましくはSiCから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
