Abstract
Description

- a)接触区域で45℃未満の温度で水性液体洗浄剤組成物と部品を接触させるステップであって、前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、少なくとも一つのアルコキシレート界面活性剤を含む、接触させるステップと、
b)前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物の少なくとも一部を前記接触区域から分離ハウジングへと流すステップと、
c)上側油性相、中間水性相および下側粒子相を形成するように、前記分離ハウジングで前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物を分離させるステップと、
d)前記接触区域で前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物として使用するために前記中間水性相の少なくとも一部を取り出すステップと、
を含む、部品洗浄方法。 - 前記分離ハウジングは、基部および排出口を備え、前記基部は、前記排出口を通じて前記下側粒子相を容易に取り出すことができるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 廃棄するために前記下側粒子相を取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記中間水性相の一部は、前記接触区域で前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物として使用する前に濾過される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 取り出され、選択的に濾過された前記中間水性相は、実質的に透明である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記分離ハウジングは、前記接触区域で前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物として使用するために前記中間水性相を取り出すことができるように配置された追加排出口を備える、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- フィルタが前記追加排出口内に又は前記追加排出口に隣接して配置されている、請求項6に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、ノズルを用いて前記部品に送られる、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、高圧で部品に送られる、請求項8に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、泡として送られる、請求項8に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記接触区域は、浸漬槽を備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記部品および前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、前記浸漬槽に入れられ、超音波が前記浸漬槽内で前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物を通じて伝搬される、請求項11に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記部品および前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、前記浸漬槽に入れられ、前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、機械的に攪拌される、請求項11または請求項12に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、少なくとも二つのエトキシル化界面活性剤を含む、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、アニオン界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記部品は、前記接触区域で10℃から35℃の温度で前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物と接触する、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記分離ステップは、10℃から35℃の温度で実行される、請求項1から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記部品は、金属部品を備える、請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- ステップa)からステップd)が複数サイクル繰り返される、請求項1から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 一旦ステップa)からステップd)が複数サイクル繰り返されると、前記分離ハウジングは、空になり、ステップa)からステップd)がさらに複数サイクル繰り返される前に、前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物の新しい供給源を補給される、請求項19に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、前記接触区域で周囲の気温で前記部品と接触する、請求項1から請求項20のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
- 前記水性液体洗浄剤組成物は、前記接触区域で前記部品と接触する前に、加熱されない、請求項1から請求項21のいずれか一項に記載の部品洗浄方法。
