Claims (12)
- 未濾過液用の流体入口(8)と濾液用の流体出口(9)を有するフィルタハウジング(1)と、前記フィルタハウジング(1)内に収容された単一部分又は複数部分からなる少なくとも1つのフィルタインサート(15、17)とを備えるフィルタ装置であって、前記少なくとも1つのフィルタインサート(15、17)は少なくとも1つの別の逆洗機構(31)を有する逆洗装置(25)によってフィルタ方向に対して向流で洗浄可能であり、前記逆洗装置(25)は、回転駆動装置(69、71)の流体を通す駆動シャフト(29)によってそれぞれの前記フィルタインサート(15、17)の内側に沿って移動可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの別の逆洗機構(31)のそれぞれは、この内側に隣接する端部に少なくとも1つのスリット状の貫通孔を有しており、前記貫通孔は前記駆動シャフト(29)の回転軸線に対して平行に延びて、前記駆動シャフト(29)と流体連通された流動室に開口している、フィルタ装置において、
少なくとも1つの別の逆洗機構(31)を有する少なくとも1つの別の逆洗装置(27)が存在しており、流体を通す前記駆動シャフト(29)は互いに分離された複数のチャンバ(73、75)に分割されており、逆洗装置(25)の1つの逆洗機構(31)は前記複数のチャンバ(73、75)の一方に接続され、前記少なくとも1つの別の逆洗装置(27)のそれぞれの少なくとも1つの別の逆洗機構(31)は前記複数のチャンバ(73、75)の他方に接続されていることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 - 使用される前記逆洗装置(25、27)は、前記駆動シャフト(29)の回転軸線に対して互いに正反対に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- グループに分割されて前記逆洗装置(25)若しくは前記別の逆洗装置(27)に割り当てられる3つ以上の逆洗機構(31)が使用されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記駆動シャフト(29)の回転軸線に対して平行で垂直上下に配置された少なくとも2つの逆洗機構(31)のグループが逆洗装置(25、27)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記駆動シャフト(29)は回転軸線に沿って2つのチャンバ(73、75)に分割されており、一方の逆洗装置(25)の逆洗機構(31)は一方のチャンバ(73)に開口し、他方の逆洗装置(27)の逆洗機構(31)は他方のチャンバ(75)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記駆動シャフト(29)は、互いに対向する終端側に一方の逆洗装置(25)若しくは他方の逆洗装置(27)の逆洗流体を排出するための貫通孔(41、61)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- それぞれ2つの逆洗装置(25、27)を有する垂直上下に位置する2つの前記フィルタインサート(15、17)が設けられており、前記2つのフィルタインサート(15、17)の両方で一方の逆洗装置(25)の逆洗機構(31)は一方のチャンバ(73)に開口し、他方の逆洗装置(27)の逆洗機構(31)は他方のチャンバ(75)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 上下に位置する2つのフィルタインサート(15、17)で前記駆動シャフト(29)は回転軸線に対して横断方向にさらに2つのチャンバ(85、87)に分割されており、前記2つのフィルタインサート(15、17)の各々で一方の逆洗装置(25)の逆洗機構(31)は、それぞれ1つの関連するチャンバ(75又は85)を介して一方の貫通孔(41)と連通され、他方の逆洗装置(27)の逆洗機構(31)はそれぞれ1つの別のチャンバ(77又は87)を介して他方の貫通孔(61)と連通されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記駆動シャフト(29)の貫通孔(41、61)を通る逆洗流体の排出が洗浄弁(45、57)により制御可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記駆動シャフト(29)はその一方の終端側に、好ましくは垂直設置方向で上端側に、駆動モータ(71)が係合するための連結部(51、65)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 逆洗機構(31)は、それぞれ割り当て可能な前記フィルタインサート(15、17)の内側に前記フィルタインサート(15、17)に沿って間隔を空けずに案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ装置を運転する方法において、通常運転では一方の逆洗装置(25又は27)のみ使用し、特別逆洗のためにすべての逆洗装置(25及び27)を使用することを特徴とする方法。
