Claims (15)
- 空調及び除湿システムであって、
閉じられたハウジングであって該ハウジングを第1及び第2空気プレナムに分割する壁を有するハウジングと、
冷却回路であって、前記第1プレナム内の蒸発器コイル、前記第2プレナム内の凝縮器コイル、及び周囲空気を前記第2プレナムに前記凝縮器を通って引き込み前記空気を前記凝縮器の下流で前記ハウジングの外部へ放出するための凝縮器送風機を含む冷却回路と、
前記ハウジング内に回転可能に取り付けられ前記分割する壁に垂直な平面内で回転する乾燥剤ホイールを含み前記ハウジング内にある除湿システムであって、前記ホイールの処理部分として働く一部分は前記第1プレナム内に位置し、前記ホイールの再生部分として働く第2部分は前記第2プレナム内に位置する、除湿システムと、
周囲空気を前記第1プレナム内に前記蒸発器を通って次に前記乾燥剤ホイールの前記処理部分を通って引き込むための周囲空気供給空気送風機であって、前記第1プレナム内の前記周囲空気は冷却及び除湿され、前記ホイールの前記再生部分は前記凝縮器送風機で前記第2プレナム内に引き込まれ前記凝縮器で加熱された空気により再生される、周囲空気供給空気送風機と、
前記冷却及び除湿された空気を前記第1プレナムから囲まれた空間に供給するための手段及び前記乾燥剤ホイールを再生するのに使用した空気流を前記第2プレナムから放出するための手段と、
第3プレナムを画定する周囲空気迂回路及び周囲空気を、前記第3プレナムを通して選択的に前記囲まれた空間に迂回空気流として供給するための手段と、
前記第3プレナム内で前記迂回空気流を選択的に冷却するための手段と
を備える空調及び除湿システム。 - 周囲空気を、前記第3プレナムを通して選択的に供給するための前記手段は、前記迂回空気流を選択的に冷却するための前記手段を通って大気から前記囲まれた空間へ空気を引き込む迂回路送風機を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第3プレナムは、周囲空気を前記第1プレナムの前記蒸発器で冷却される前に前記第1プレナムから前記第3プレナムに選択的に供給するための手段を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 周囲空気を前記第3プレナムに選択的に供給するための前記手段は、前記第1プレナムの前記蒸発器の上流で周囲空気を前記第1プレナムから方向付けるための選択的に動作可能な手段を含む、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記第3プレナム内の前記冷却手段の下流にある手段であって、前記第3プレナム内の前記冷却手段を通過した冷却された空気を前記第1チャンバー内の前記乾燥剤ホイールを出る空気と前記囲まれた空間へ供給する前に混合するための手段を含む請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記第2プレナムの前記凝縮器を出る空気の一部を前記第3プレナム内に振り分けるための手段を含む請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第1プレナムにおいて前記蒸発器の上流にある熱交換器手段であって、前記第1プレナムの前記蒸発器で更に冷却されるか又は前記第3プレナムに供給される前に周囲空気を予冷するための熱交換器手段を含む請求項1記載のシステム。
- 囲まれた空間へ供給するため周囲空気を調整するための方法であって、
第1周囲供給空気流を冷媒システムの冷却コイルで冷却し、次に前記冷却された周囲供給空気流を回転する乾燥剤ホイールの一部分に通して前記周囲空気流の水分含量を低減しこのように処理された空気を前記囲まれた空間へ渡すステップと、
第2周囲空気流を前記冷媒システムの凝縮器コイルで加熱し前記加熱された第2周囲空気流を前記乾燥剤ホイールの再生部分に通すことで前記乾燥剤ホイールを再生するステップと、
第1プレナムで処理することなく迂回路プレナムで供給周囲空気を選択的に冷却し前記冷却した空気を前記迂回路プレナムから前記囲まれた空間へ供給するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記迂回路プレナム内の前記周囲空気は第1及び第2プレナム内の空気流から独立した第3周囲空気流である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記迂回路プレナム内の前記周囲空気は、前記第1プレナムの前記蒸発器コイルの上流の前記第1プレナム内の周囲空気から供給される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記第3プレナム内の周囲空気は前記乾燥剤ホイールの下流で前記第1プレナムに供給され、前記ホイールの前記処理部分を出る空気と前記囲まれた空間へ供給される前に混合される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記迂回路プレナムで周囲空気を冷却する前記ステップは、前記第1プレナム内の前記蒸発器コイルから独立した前記迂回路プレナム内の第2蒸発器コイルを使用するステップを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記迂回路プレナムで周囲空気を冷却する前記ステップは、冷水コイルを使用して前記周囲空気を冷却するステップを含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記第1プレナムに供給される周囲空気を予め処理するステップを更に含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記迂回空気流を選択的に冷却するための前記手段は冷水コイルである請求項1記載のシステム。
