- 自己調心ツールガイド(1)であって、
手持ち機械ツール(6)を固定するためのマウント(5)と、
昇降機構(7)であって、その上に前記マウント(5)が装着され、昇降軸(25)に対して平行に前記マウント(5)を昇降するための推進ユニット(24)を有する、昇降機構(7)と、
自己平衡シャーシ(8)であって、ホイール軸(28)上に2つのホイール(27)、前記ホイール(27)に連結された駆動装置(21)、およびステアリングシステム(20)を有し、また、前記昇降機構(7)はシャーシ(8)に堅固に装着されている、自己平衡シャーシ(8)と、
前記ホイール軸(28)に対する前記昇降機構(7)の重心(G)の横方向の偏心(x)を検出するための重心センサ(34)と、を有し、
前記ステアリングシステム(20)は、前記駆動装置(21)を制御し、前記偏心(x)を打ち消すトルクを出力するように設定されている、自己調心ツールガイド(1)。 - 前記ツールガイド(1)が、正確に2つのホイール(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記昇降機構(7)が、前記ホイール軸(28)の周りで枢動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記ステアリングシステム(20)が、静止モード(S2)を有し、前記ステアリングシステム(20)が、前記駆動装置(21)を使用して重心(G)の平衡化をするように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記ステアリングシステム(20)が、前記駆動装置(21)を使用して前記昇降軸(25)を垂直に調心するように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記昇降機構(7)が、前記駆動装置(21)の固定子(31)と堅固に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記マウント(5)が、前記マウント(5)に固定された前記手持ち機械ツール(6)の作業軸(18)を、前記ホイール軸(28)に対して垂直に配置するように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記マウント(5)が、前記昇降軸(25)に対して横方向に変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記昇降機構(7)が、前記昇降軸(25)に沿った単一軸の、並進運動に限定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のツールガイド(1)。
- 前記ツールガイド(1)の前記ホイール軸(28)に対する前記昇降機構(7)の前記重心(G)の横方向の偏心(x)を検出するステップと、
前記駆動装置(21)が、前記偏心(x)を打ち消すトルクを出力するように前記駆動装置(21)を作動させるステップと、を特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のツールガイド(1)の制御方法。
