Claims (11)
- 上部、底部、およびこの上部から底部まで延在する中心縦断軸線を有する実質的に円筒形のファスナー、
前記上部に位置し、前記ファスナーの最大径をなすヘッド部、および
前記ヘッド部から直ちに下向きに延在し、ラジアル方向に延在する複数のローレットを有する軸部を有するファスナー装置において、
前記ローレットを列状に配列し、縦断軸線に対して平行に各列が縦断方向に整列し、そしてこれら列が前記軸部の円周においてラジアル方向に等しく離間し、そして
前記ファスナーの縦断軸線を有する縦断面内の横断面プロファイルが弧状ピーク間に一連の谷を有することを特徴とするファスナー装置。
- 前記列の少なくとも一つが、前記縦断面に垂直な列の横断面内において波状横断面プロファイルを有し、このプロファイルが弧状側部を有する請求項1に記載のファスナー装置。
- 前記ファスナーが、複数の同一な縦断列を有する請求項1に記載のファスナー装置。
- 前記列が、前記軸部の円周上で等しく離間している請求項3に記載のファスナー装置。
- 一つの列のピークが、隣接列の谷に縦断方向に整列するように、前記列を縦断方向にジグザグ配列した請求項4に記載のファスナー装置。
- 前記ローレット列が、前記軸部の実質的に全長にわたって延在する請求項3に記載のファスナー装置。
- 前記の少なくとも一つの列の横断面内の横断面プロファイルが、横断方向に対向する弧状側部間により広いエリアおよびより狭いエリアを有する請求項1に記載のファスナー装置。
- 上部、底部、およびこの上部から底部まで延在する中心縦断軸線を有する実質的に円筒形のファスナー、
前記上部に位置し、前記ファスナーの最大径をなすヘッド部、
前記ヘッド部から直ちに下向きに延在し、かつラジアル方向に延在する複数のスプライン列を有する軸部を有するファスナー装置において、
各スプライン列が縦断方向においてジグザグ経路に従い、かつ列のすべてが同じラジアル高さを有し、三角形の横断面プロファイルが真っ直ぐな側部、および前記列の最大高さをなすピークを有することを特徴とするファスナー装置。
- 縦断方向整列が直線をなす請求項2に記載のファスナー装置。
- 縦断方向整列が蛇行経路に従う請求項2に記載のファスナー装置。
- 前記横断面内の前記横断面プロファイルが波状かつ弧状の側部を有し、前記ローレット間に中間的な狭い部分を有する請求項9または10に記載のファスナー装置。
