Claims (13)
- スライドバルブケーシング(26,78)におけるロック位置と開放位置との間を、スライドバルブレール(29,67)内で移動可能なスライドバルブプレート(32,63)を有し、該スライドバルブレール(29,67)にガス防止ロック位置を実現するためのスライドバルブシールが設けられたスライドバルブ(20,25)であって、
前記スライドバルブレール(29,67)は、該スライドバルブレール(29,67)が前記スライドバルブ(20,25)の流れ軸(60,95)の半径方向に前記スライドバルブケーシング(26,78)から取り外しできるように、該スライドバルブケーシング(26,67)とフランジ接続により接続されている、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記スライドバルブレール(29,67)は、対向する2つのスライドバルブプレートの表面(45,46)の1つを封止するためのスライドバルブシールのシール部材(33,34;70,71)が設けられた2つのレール半部(30,31;68,69)を有する、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(30,31;68,69)は、前記スライドバルブプレートの表面(45,46)に対して両側を支持するための軸方向支持装置(47,48)をそれぞれ備える、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(30,31;68,69)は、ケーシングに接続された側に、前記スライドバルブケーシング(26,78)のケーシング部(27,28;76,77)に形成された円形フランジ(53,54;81,82)を用いたクランプ接続(51,52;79,80)としてのフランジ接続を形成する円形フランジ(49,50;83,84)を有する、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(30,31)は、前記シール部材(33,34)を取り付けるためのシールキャリア(35,36)を備え、
前記シールキャリア(35,36)は、前記スライドバルブケーシング(26)のケーシング部(27,28)に接続されるのに従事する、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2〜5のいずれか1つに記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(30,31)は、前記スライドバルブケーシング(26)から、それぞれ個別に取り外し可能である、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2〜6のいずれか1つに記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(30,31)は、互いに異なるように実現されている、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項2〜7のいずれか1つに記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(68,69)は、連結された取付ユニット(91)として、前記スライドバルブケーシング(78)から分離可能である、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項8に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記スライドバルブプレート(63)は、前記取付ユニット(91)の構成要素である、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項9に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記取付ユニット(91)において、前記レール半部(68,69)は、互いの間に前記スライドバルブプレート(63)を有するとともに、取付安全装置(87)により互いに接続されている、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項10に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記取付安全装置(87)において、前記レール半部(68,69)は、軸方向固定装置により互いに固定されている、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項11に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(67,68)は、互いに異なるように形成されており、
前記スライドバルブプレート(63)は、カップ状をなしている、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。 - 請求項12に記載のスライドバルブにおいて、
前記レール半部(68,69)は、前記シール部材(70,71)を取り付けるためのシールキャリア(72,73)を備え、
前記シールキャリア(72,73)は同時に、支持装置がシール部材(70、71)の受け部を形成するように該支持装置を形成するのに従事する、ことを特徴とするスライドバルブ。
