技术领域
本发明涉及一种截止滑阀,其带有滑阀板,该滑阀板可在滑阀壳体中在滑阀引导件内在截止位置与打开位置之间移动,其中,滑阀引导件设有用于实现气密的截止位置的滑阀密封件。
背景技术
开篇所述类型的截止滑阀特别是用于使得设置在高炉上的连接接管气密地截止,这些连接接管用于连接测量探针,这些测量探针能够通过连接接管伸入到高炉中。截止滑阀必须确保在截止位置既不会有气体又不会有灰尘或炉料物质从高炉中出来到达高炉外界。
由于持续不断地施加高炉气氛且在测量探针缩进和伸出时滑阀板受到负荷,截止滑阀受到严重的磨损,这种磨损需要相应频繁地维护截止滑阀,以便能够保证其顺畅的功能。
对于已知的截止滑阀,滑阀板—其设有用于实现气密的截止位置的滑阀密封件—位于滑阀壳体的各壳体部分之间,从而为了执行维护措施,即特别是为了更换滑阀密封件,需要将滑阀壳体拆开。
因而例如DE 40 00 139 A1公开了一种截止滑阀,其具有布置在壳体上部分与壳体下部分之间的滑阀板,其中,滑阀密封件与滑阀板相邻地布置在密封件接纳部中,该密封件接纳部构造在壳体上部分中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种截止滑阀,其能实现简化地对滑阀密封件采取维护措施。
为了实现该目的,根据本发明的截止滑阀具有权利要求1的特征。
根据本发明,滑阀引导件通过凸缘连接件与滑阀壳体连接,使得滑阀引导件能够相对于截止滑阀的通流轴线径向地从滑阀壳体中取出。
已知的截止滑阀的滑阀板布置在壳体上部分与壳体下部分之间,从而滑阀引导件通过壳体本身形成,与已知的截止滑阀相反,对于根据本发明设计的截止滑阀,滑阀引导件可以与滑阀密封件一起从壳体中取出。由此不再需要为了更换滑阀密封件而将壳体拆开。确切地说,滑阀引导件可以从滑阀壳体中径向地取出,从而滑阀壳体在更换滑阀密封件期间保持在原位,故而减小了更换滑阀密封件所需要的安装代价。
优选地,滑阀引导件包括两个引导件半部,这些引导件半部分别设置有滑阀密封件的密封部件,这些密封部件用来相对于两个彼此相对的滑阀板面之一密封。由此,除了简化对截止滑阀的维护外,还实现了滑阀板的双重作用的密封件,该密封件既能实现使得滑阀板相对于高炉气氛密封,又能实现使得滑阀板相对于外界密封。
如果各引导件半部分别具有用于在两侧支撑抵靠到滑阀板面上的轴向的支撑机构,则尤其可以在与气动地加载的密封部件配合作用下,通过滑阀板相对于引导件半部的利用轴向的支撑机构调节的距离,来调节规定的密封力,密封部件以该密封力贴靠到滑阀板面上。
优选地,引导件半部在壳体连接侧具有环形凸缘,用来与在滑阀壳体的壳体部分上构造的环形凸缘一起形成凸缘连接件作为夹紧连接件。特别是在为了形成夹紧连接件而设置与彼此相对的环形凸缘相组合的夹紧环或卡紧环的情况下,这种夹紧连接件能通过在松开夹紧连接件之后径向地将引导件半部从保持在原位的滑阀壳体中取出来实现简单地拆卸引导件半部。
为了设置密封部件,引导件半部优选具有密封件载体,该密封件载体用来与滑阀壳体的壳体部分连接。
各引导件半部优选可相互独立地从滑阀壳体中取出,从而在更换滑阀密封件时要搬动的质量可以保持得尽量小。
如果引导件半部可作为相连的安装单元从滑阀壳体中取出,则可行的是,在安装过程中将两个引导件半部同时取出,其中,相关地已表明特别有利的是,滑阀板形成具有引导件半部的安装单元的组成部分。这种设计能实现把与维护过程相关的时间耗费减少到最少,因为滑阀板可与引导件半部一起在安装或搬动过程中更换,因而不会产生用于引导件半部与滑阀板的组合的时间耗费。
如果各引导件半部不同地构造,则这些引导件半部尤其可以适配于滑阀板面的不同的表面。
为了在安装过程期间确保接纳在各引导件半部之间的滑阀板的相对布置,有利的是,为了构造安装单元而借助临时的安装保险件使得各引导件半部相互连接,并且在它们之间布置滑阀板。
如果各引导件半部利用轴向的夹紧机构相互夹紧,则可以实现特别简单地设计安装保险件。
在截止滑阀的一种特殊的实施方式中,各引导件半部不同地构造,并且滑阀板碗形地构造。
在截止滑阀的这种实施方式中特别有利的是,引导件半部为了布置密封部件而具有密封件载体,该密封件载体同时用于形成支撑机构,从而支撑机构形成用于密封部件的接纳部。因而可以实现引导件半部的特别紧凑的设计,其中,支撑机构满足多重功能。
