Abstract
Description
a)廃棄物を前処理して廃棄物の少なくとも1つの物理的及び/又は化学的特性を変化させるステップと、
b)廃棄物を反応槽に導入するステップと、
c)該反応槽に少なくとも1つの試薬を導入して廃棄物中の汚染負荷量を低減するステップと、
d)反応槽から到着する廃棄物を濾過するステップと、
e)濾過された廃棄物を排出するステップと、を含む。
Claims (18)
- 廃棄物、特に医学分析実験室からの廃棄物を処理するためのプラントであって、廃棄物の少なくとも1つの物理的及び/又は化学的特性を変化させるように設計された、廃棄物の前処理のための装置(2)と、前記前処理のための装置(2)の下流に配置された少なくとも1つの反応槽(3)と、前記反応槽(3)の下流に配置された少なくとも1つの濾過システム(4)と、を含む、プラント。
- 前記前処理のための装置(2)が、廃棄物用の加熱システム(6)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記前処理のための装置(2)が、廃棄物をオゾンで処理するためのシステム(12)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプラント。
- 前記反応槽(3)の下流に配置された、廃棄物をオゾンで後処理するためのシステム(12)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプラント。
- 前記廃棄物をオゾンで処理するためのシステム(12)が、オゾンの混合器(14)に廃棄物と共にオゾンを導入するように設計されたオゾン発生器(13)と、前記オゾン混合器(14)に接続された処理槽(15)と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のプラント。
- 前記オゾン混合器(14)が、ベンチュリ管(16)と、前記ベンチュリ管の下流に配置されたパイプ(17)とを含み、前記パイプ(17)が、廃棄物を所定の圧力下に維持するように構成され、特に実質的に蛇行状に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプラント。
- 前記濾過システム(4)が、機械的フィルターを備えた第1のグループ(9)と、フィルターカートリッジを備えた第2のグループ(10)と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のプラント。
- 前記反応槽(3)内に少なくとも1つのレドックスセンサーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のプラント。
- 廃棄物、特に医学分析実験室からの廃棄物を処理する方法であって、
a)廃棄物の少なくとも1つの物理的及び/又は化学的特性を変化させるための廃棄物を前処理するステップと、
b)廃棄物を反応槽(3)に導入するステップと、
c)前記反応槽(3)に少なくとも1つの試薬を導入して廃棄物中の汚染負荷量を低減するステップと、
d)前記反応槽(3)から到着する廃棄物の濾過するステップと、
e)濾過された廃棄物を排出するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記廃棄物を前処理するステップが、廃棄物を加熱することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄物を前処理するステップが、廃棄物をオゾンで処理することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 廃棄物の前記濾過するステップを、反応過程の直後に行うことを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 廃棄物の前記濾過するステップが、廃棄物を前記反応槽(3)からまず機械的フィルターを備えた第1の濾過グループ(9)に導入して廃棄物の固体残留物をブロックし、次にフィルターカートリッジを備えた第2の濾過グループ(10)に導入することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記濾過するステップを、前記反応槽(3)内で廃棄物を沈殿させた後に、前記反応槽(3)内の固体懸濁液を含む廃棄物から浄化された廃棄物を分離するように行うことを特徴とする、請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 沈殿後に、固体懸濁液を含む廃棄物を、機械的フィルターを備えた第1の濾過グループ(9)に導入し、次にフィルターカートリッジを備えた第2の濾過グループ(10)に導入し、浄化された廃棄物を、フィルターカートリッジを備えた前記第2の濾過グループ(10)に直接導入することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 機械的フィルターを備えた前記第1の濾過グループ(9)内の濾過流量及び/又は圧力を制御することを特徴とする、請求項13又は15に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過するステップの後、かつ前記排出するステップの前に、廃棄物をオゾンで後処理するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記反応槽(3)内に配置されたレドックスセンサーによって反応の開始を制御することを特徴とする、請求項9〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
