また、本実施形態では、螺旋状の凸部34のうちの最も内周半径が大きい部位の内周半径(CIDmax)が、先端チップ21のうちの最も外周半径が大きい部位の外周半径(TODmax)よりも大きくなるように形成されている。具体的には、例えば、上述した中空シャフト14のテーパ部141における基端の外径が第3の実施形態のテーパ部131よりも更に大きくなるように形成(図5参照)することで、第2のコイル体34Cの内周半径(CIDmax)が、先端チップ21の外周半径(TODmax)よりも大きくなるようにしてもよい。内周半径(CIDmax)となる螺旋状の凸部34の部位は、テーパ部141上の部位であってもよく(不図示)、本体部142上の部位であってもよい(図5参照)。
