Abstract
Description
a.第1の部分上に、成形することなく、少なくとも1種の第2の材料から作られた時計の少なくとも1つの第2の部分を堆積させる工程と、
b.第1の部分上で構成要素を互いに連結させるために第2の材料を処理する工程と
を少なくとも含む。
a.少なくとも1種の第2の材料のマイクロメートル、サブミクロン又は好ましくはナノメートル粒子の溶液又は懸濁液の形態でインクを霧状にする工程と、
b.第2の部分を形成するために時計の第1の部分に霧状にしたインクを噴霧する工程と、
c.第2の部分を硬化させる工程と
を少なくとも含む。
a.時計の第1の部分に少なくとも1種の第2の材料の粉末を堆積させる工程と、
b.第2の部分上を局所レーザ焼結する工程と
を少なくとも含む。
Claims (10)
- 時計の製造方法であって、
少なくとも1種の第1の材料から少なくとも1種の第1の材料を微細製造又はマイクロフォーミングを実行するステップと、
−前記第1の部分(1)上に、成形することなく、少なくとも1種の第2の材料から作られた前記時計の少なくとも1つの第2の部分(3)を堆積させるステップと、
−前記第1の部分上で前記第2の部分(3)を連結させるために前記第2の材料を処理するステップと、
−少なくとも前記第2の材料のマイクロメートル、サブミクロン又は好ましくはナノメートル粒子の溶液又は懸濁液の形態でインクを霧状にするステップと、
−前記第2の部分(3)を形成するために前記時計の前記第1の部分(1)に前記霧状にしたインクを噴霧するステップと、
−前記第2の部分(3)を硬化させるステップと、
を含み、
前記第2の部分(3)は、前記時計の慣性を修正するように構成された機能要素を形成する製造方法。 - 前記第2の部分(3)は、金(Au)及び/又は白金(Pt)を含む材料から得られる請求項1の製造方法。
- 前記第1の部分(1)が、シリコン、金属、セラミック、プラスチック、又はこれらの組み合わせから作られる請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の部分(1)が、バランスを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の部分(1)が、ホイールを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2の部分(3)が、更に、予め定められた質量を有する前記バランスの釣り合いをとるように構成されている請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部品(1)に、前記バランスの自動釣り合いを可能にする測定システムを直接挿入するステップを更に含む請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2の部分が、堆積する表面と10°〜89°の角度をなす側面を含む請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記硬化ステップが、少なくとも1つの焼きなましステップ及び/又は局所焼結ステップを含む熱処理を含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記硬化ステップが、光架橋及び/又は化学架橋による重合ステップを含む請求項9に記載の製造方法。
