Claims (15)
- 患者の胸部圧迫を実行するためのデバイスであって、
圧迫ベルトと、
前記患者の胸部の下に配置するためのプラットフォームと、を備え、
前記プラットフォームの下部/上部軸が前記患者の下部/上部軸に対応するように、前記プラットフォームが前記患者の前記胸部の下に配置される場合に、前記圧迫ベルトが、前記プラットフォームに解放可能に接続するよう構成され、前記患者の前記胸部の右側から前記患者の前記胸部の左側まで、前記プラットフォームの中間/横軸に沿って前記患者の前記胸部の上に延在するように適合され、
前記プラットフォームは、少なくとも部分的に、
モータと、
前記圧迫ベルトの第1のセクションを右駆動スプールにスプールオン及びオフするように構成された前記右駆動スプールと、
前記圧迫ベルトの第2のセクションを左駆動スプールにスプールオン及びオフするように構成された前記左駆動スプールであり、前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールは、前記プラットフォームの中間/横軸に沿って横方向に変位する、前記左駆動スプールと、
前記モータを前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールに動作可能に接続するドライブトレインと、
を囲む筐体を含み、
前記モータは、前記圧迫ベルトを繰り返し締めつけ及び緩めるために、前記ドライブトレインが前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールを回転させるように構成され、
前記モータは、前記下部/上部軸に沿って前記筐体の第1の領域内に配置され、前記左駆動スプール及び右駆動スプールは、前記第1の領域から第2の領域だけ変位した前記下部/上部軸に沿って前記筐体の第3領域内に延在し、
前記第2の領域は、放射線不透過コンポーネントを欠く前記筐体内の放射線透過スペースを少なくとも部分的に確定し、前記患者が前記プラットフォーム上に配置されると、前記放射線透過スペースの一部が前記患者の心臓の下に配置される、
デバイス。 - 前記圧迫ベルトは、
右取付ポイントで前記右駆動スプールに解放可能に取り付けることができる右ベルト端部と、
前記患者が配置されている表面の反対側の前記プラットフォームの下側にユーザがアクセスする必要なしに、前記プラットフォームの左側から前記ユーザにアクセス可能な左取付ポイントで前記左駆動スプールに解放可能に取り付けることができる左ベルト端部と、を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記右取付ポイントは、ユーザが前記プラットフォームの下側にアクセスする必要なしに、前記プラットフォームの右側からユーザにアクセス可能であり、
前記左取付ポイントは、前記ユーザが前記プラットフォームの下側にアクセスする必要なしに、前記プラットフォームの左側からユーザにアクセス可能であり、
それにより、患者が前記プラットフォーム上に配置されている間、前記右ベルト端部及び前記左ベルト端部は、前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールに解放可能に取り付けることができる、請求項2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記右ベルト端部は、前記右取付ポイントに解放可能に取り付けるための右コネクタを含み、
前記左ベルト端部は、前記左取付ポイントに解放可能に取り付けるための左コネクタを含む、
請求項2又は3に記載のデバイス。 - 前記圧迫ベルトは、前記右ベルト端部及び前記左ベルト端部の間に配置された中央部分を含み、前記中央部分は、圧迫中に前記患者の前胸壁全体に負荷を分散するための前記右ベルト端部及び前記左ベルト端部よりも広い、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記圧迫ベルトが、前記患者の前記胸部の上に配置されるように構成された負荷分散セクションを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールは、前記プラットフォームの下部/上部軸に平行に配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 複数の圧迫サイクルを実行するために前記モータの動作を制御するための制御システムをさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 各圧迫サイクルは、前記圧迫ベルトを締めること、前記圧迫ベルトを前記締め付け位置に保持期間保持すること、及び前記圧迫ベルトを緩めることを含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記圧迫ベルトに固定された少なくとも1つのセンサをさらに備え、
前記制御システムは、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサから信号を受信し、
前記信号に基づいて圧迫の深さを決定し、
少なくとも部分的に前記圧迫の深さに基づいて前記締め付けることと緩めることを実行するように前記モータを制御する、よう構成される、
請求項8又は9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記制御システムが、前記下部/上部軸に沿って放射線透過部の上に配置される、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記放射線透過スペースは透明な窓を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 患者の胸部圧迫を実行するための方法であって、
前記患者の胸部を圧迫するためのデバイスを提供する段階であり、前記デバイスは、
圧迫ベルトと、
前記患者の胸部の下に配置するためのプラットフォームとを備え、前記プラットフォームは、少なくとも部分的に
モータと、
前記圧迫ベルトの第1のセクションを右駆動スプールにスプールオン及びオフするように構成された前記右駆動スプールと、
前記圧迫ベルトの第2のセクションを左駆動スプールにスプールオン及びオフするように構成された前記左駆動スプールであり、前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールは、前記プラットフォームの中間/横軸に沿って横方向に変位する、前記左駆動スプールと、
前記モータを前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールに動作可能に接続するドライブトレインと、
を囲む筐体を含み、
前記モータは、前記圧迫ベルトを繰り返し締めつけ及び緩めるために、前記ドライブトレインに前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールを回転させるように構成され、
前記モータは、下部/上部軸に沿って前記筐体の第1の領域内に配置され、前記左駆動スプール及び右駆動スプールは、前記第1の領域から第2の領域だけ変位した前記下部/上部軸に沿って前記筐体の第3領域内に延在し、
前記第2の領域は、放射線不透過コンポーネントを欠く前記筐体内の放射線透過スペースを少なくとも部分的に確定し、
前記患者が前記プラットフォーム上に配置されると、前記放射線透過スペースの一部が前記患者の心臓の下に配置される、前記提供する段階と、
前記プラットフォームの前記下部/上部軸が前記患者の下部/上部軸に対応し、前記圧迫ベルトが前記患者の前記胸部を横切って延在するように、前記プラットフォームを前記患者の胸部の下に配置する段階と、
前記患者の前記胸部に対して前記圧迫ベルトを繰り返し締めつけ及び緩めるために、前記ドライブトレインに前記右駆動スプール及び前記左駆動スプールを回転させるよう前記モータを作動させる段階と、
を備える方法。 - 前記患者が前記デバイス上に配置されている間に、前記患者の心臓をイメージングする段階をさらに含み、前記放射線透過スペースが前記心臓の下に配置される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記プラットフォームの底面が支持面に対して配置されている間に、前記圧迫ベルトの前記第1のセクションを前記左駆動スプールに取り付け、前記圧迫ベルトの前記第2のセクションを前記右駆動スプールに取り付けることにより、前記圧迫ベルトを前記プラットフォームに取り付ける段階をさらに備える、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
