Claims (28)
- カテーテルの吸引ルーメンを少なくとも部分的に含むルーメンと流体連通するように構成された圧力センサであって、前記吸引ルーメンが真空源に接続するように構成された、圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサに接続され、流体圧力の偏差を測定するように構成された測定装置と、
前記測定装置に接続され、測定された流体圧力に比例する連続信号を生成するように構成された通信装置と
を備える、カテーテル吸引のリアルタイム監視のためのシステム。 - 前記連続信号が、視覚信号源によって提供される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号が、可聴信号源によって提供される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号が、触覚信号源によって提供される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号が、光源、オーディオスピーカ、圧電素子、ヒータ、または振動装置のうちの少なくとも1つによって提供される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号の振幅が、前記測定された流体圧力に比例する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号の周波数が、前記測定された流体圧力に比例する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記高圧注入ルーメンの前記遠位端部またはその近傍にあり、前記高圧注入ルーメンを通して注入された高圧液体を前記吸引ルーメン内に放出できるように構成された少なくとも1つのオリフィスと
をさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのオリフィスが、前記吸引ルーメンの前記遠位端部の開口部の近位に約0.043cm〜約0.058cmに位置する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのオリフィスが、噴霧パターンを生成するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- カテーテルの吸引ルーメンと流体連通するように構成された圧力センサであって、前記吸引ルーメンが真空源に接続するように構成された、圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサに接続され、流体圧力の変化を測定するように構成された測定装置と、
前記測定装置に接続され、流体圧力の変化を受けて比例的に変化する連続信号を生成するように構成された通信装置と
を備える、カテーテル吸引のリアルタイム監視のためのシステム。 - 前記連続信号が、流体圧力と基準値との間の差の変化に比例して変化する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準値が平均流体圧力を含む、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記平均流体圧力が移動平均である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号の振幅が、流体圧力の変化を受けて比例する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記連続信号の周波数が、流体圧力の変化を受けて比例する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記比例の関係が正比例関係である、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記比例の関係が反比例関係である、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルが、
近位端部および遠位端部を有し、前記カテーテルの近位端部から前記吸引ルーメンの遠位端部に隣接する位置まで延びる高圧注入ルーメンと、
前記高圧注入ルーメンの前記遠位端部またはその近傍にあり、前記高圧注入ルーメンを通して注入された高圧液体を前記吸引ルーメン内に放出できるように構成された少なくとも1つのオリフィスと
をさらに備える、請求項15〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記高圧注入ルーメンの前記近位端部が、1つまたは複数の注入モジュールに繰り返し接続可能および接続解除可能であるように構成されている、請求項23に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の注入モジュールが、第1の注入モジュールおよび第2の注入モジュールを含む、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の注入モジュールがポンプを備え、前記第2の注入モジュールがシリンジを備える、請求項25に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の注入モジュールが、約5ml以下の容積を有するシリンジを備える、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の注入モジュールが、薬剤を含むシリンジを備える、請求項26に記載のシステム。
