Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係るガス発生器の模式断面図である。まず、この図1を参照して、本実施の形態に係るガス発生器1Aの構成について説明する。
図3は、実施の形態2に係るガス発生器の模式断面図である。図4は実施の形態2に係るホルダの模式断面図である。以下、この図3と図4を参照して、本実施の形態に係るガス発生器1Bについて説明する。
Claims (5)
- 燃焼することでガスを発生するガス発生剤と、
点火薬が装填された点火部および前記点火部に接続された端子ピンを有する点火器と、
軸方向の一端が開放端として構成されるとともに、前記ガス発生剤が収容されてなる有底略円筒状のカップと、
前記点火部が前記ガス発生剤に面するように保持されるとともに、前記開放端が閉塞されるように前記カップが同軸上に組付けられてなる略円柱状のホルダとを備え、
前記ホルダの前記カップに面する側の軸方向端部の周縁には、環状穴部が設けられ、
前記穴部の外周にはカシメ鍔はなく、
前記開放端が前記環状穴部に挿入されて嵌め込まれた状態で接着剤によって固定されている、ガス発生器。 - 前記ホルダの前記環状穴部の径方向における最大内径寸法が、前記カップの径方向における最大内径寸法と同じかそれよりも小さい、請求項1に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記ホルダの前記環状穴部の径方向における最大外形寸法が、前記カップの径方向における最大外形寸法と同じかそれよりも大きい、請求項1または2に記載のガス発生器。
- 前記カップと前記ホルダが、アクリル樹脂嫌気性接着剤にて接着されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のガス発生器。
- 前記点火器と前記ホルダが、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤にて接着されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のガス発生器。
