Claims (7)
- 圧電素子と振動板とからなる振動子と、
前記振動子と摩擦接触する摩擦部材と、
前記振動子と前記摩擦部材とを加圧する加圧手段と、
前記振動子と前記摩擦部材の相対移動を案内する案内手段とを有し、
前記案内手段は、前記加圧手段に対して相対的に移動する複数の転動部材と、前記振動子と前記摩擦部材の相対移動方向に沿って延在し、前記複数の転動部材をガイドするガイド部を含むガイド部材とを備え、
前記ガイド部材は、前記加圧手段による加圧力の中心位置に対し最も近い転動部材の近傍に前記相対移動方向に沿って延在する補強部を備えることを特徴とする振動波モータ。 - 前記補強部は、前記加圧手段による加圧力の中心位置に最も近い転動部材と重なるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記補強部は、前記加圧手段の加圧方向において、前記ガイド部と重なることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記ガイド部材は、前記加圧手段から加圧力を伝達される伝達部を備え、
前記補強部は、前記相対移動方向において、前記伝達部と重なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の振動波モータ。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記振動子と前記摩擦部材の相対移動に伴って移動する被駆動部と接続される接続部を備え、
前記補強部は、前記相対移動方向において、前記接続部と重なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の振動波モータ。 - 前記ガイド部材は、第1端が前記振動子と前記摩擦部材の相対移動に伴って移動する被駆動部に接続された付勢部からの前記相対移動方向に直交する方向への付勢力を伝達する伝達部を備え、
前記補強部は、前記相対移動方向において、前記伝達部と重なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の振動波モータ。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の振動波モータと、
前記振動波モータにより駆動される被駆動部とを有することを特徴とする鏡筒駆動装置。
