Claims (8)
- 冷媒を冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部の周りを覆う磁気遮蔽部と、
を備える、極低温冷凍機。 - 前記冷却部を収容する保温部を備え、
前記磁気遮蔽部は、前記保温部の周りを覆う、請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 前記保温部と前記磁気遮蔽部との間に介在される振動減衰部材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記保温部と前記磁気遮蔽部との間に介在される振動吸収部材をさらに備える、請求項2または3に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記冷却部を収容する保温部を備え、
前記磁気遮蔽部は、前記保温部に内部に設けられて前記冷却部の周りを覆う、請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 前記冷却部と前記保温部との間に介在される振動減衰部材をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記保温部は、非磁性材料で形成されている、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の極低温冷凍機と、
前記極低温冷凍機から送られた冷媒により冷却される測定装置と、
を備え、
前記極低温冷凍機は、前記測定装置の周りを覆う磁気遮蔽部の外側に配置される、生体磁気計測装置。
