Claims (4)
- 廃棄鉄系金属粉末及び廃棄プラスチックを含有するリサイクル成形体を製造する廃棄鉄系金属粉末・廃棄プラスチック成形体製造方法であって、
前記リサイクル成形体の10〜30重量%を占める熱可塑性の前記廃棄プラスチックを予め定めた溶融温度で加熱し溶融状態にする廃プラ溶融工程と、
前記リサイクル成形体の70〜90重量%を占める、粒径2mm以下を含有する廃棄鉄系金属粉末を、少なくとも2回以上の複数回に分けて、前記溶融状態の廃棄プラスチック中に投入し、該投入ごとに前記廃棄鉄系金属粉末が溶融状態の前記廃棄プラスチック中に均一に分散するように予め定めた低速回転で混錬する複数回投入・混錬繰り返し工程と、を備えることを特徴とする廃棄鉄系金属粉末・廃棄プラスチック成形体製造方法。 - 前記複数回投入・混錬繰り返し工程における混錬羽根の回転数を10〜60rpmとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄鉄系金属粉末・廃棄プラスチック成形体製造方法。
- 前記複数回投入・混錬繰り返し工程において、前記廃棄鉄系金属粉末を、前記廃棄プラスチックの溶融温度と同じ温度で加熱した後に、溶融状態の前記廃棄プラスチック中に投入することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄鉄系金属粉末・廃棄プラスチック成形体製造方法。
- 粒径2mm以下を含有する廃棄鉄系金属粉末を70〜90重量%、及び、前記廃棄プラスチックを10〜30重量%含有し、かつ前記廃棄鉄系金属粉末の粒子が均一に分散されていることを特徴とする廃棄鉄系金属粉末・廃棄プラスチック成形体。
