Abstract
Description
帯状薄鋼板に対して途切れることなく接着剤が塗布されるのではなく、図1において、上金型7を下金型8に向かって下降させて帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングに同期させて、帯状薄鋼板2に対して接着剤が塗布される。すなわち、図1に示すように、打ち抜き以外のタイミングでは、帯状薄鋼板2と、内側接着剤塗付装置3の上面、外側接着剤塗付装置4の上面、架台9a、9bの上面および下金型8の上面との間には所定の間隔(数mm程度)が設けられている。そして、図1において、帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングで、上金型7が下金型8に向かって下降することで帯状薄鋼板2は下金型8側に向けて押圧される。内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4はそれぞれ独立して昇降することが可能であるから、帯状薄鋼板2の下面を内側接着剤塗付装置3又は外側接着剤塗付装置4のいずれかの上面に当接させることができる。そして、接着剤が貯留されているタンク(図示せず)から所定の圧力で接着剤が内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4に常時供給されているので、帯状薄鋼板2の下面に接着剤を塗布することができる。なお、図1では、内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4は帯状薄鋼板2の下側にあるが、内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4は帯状薄鋼板2の上側に設けることもできる。他の設備との干渉や設備コストなどの付帯条件を考慮して、内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4は帯状薄鋼板2の上側または下側に設けることができる。

Claims (5)
- 帯状薄鋼板から所定形状に打ち抜かれた鉄心を積層して互いに接着するために当該帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗布する設備であって、帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗付面に向けて接着剤を吐出する接着剤吐出孔を備える接着剤塗付装置と、上記接着剤塗付装置を昇降させることが可能な手段と、上記接着剤塗付装置に対して所定圧力で接着剤を供給する接着剤供給口とを有し、上記帯状薄鋼板の下面と接着剤吐出孔との距離を所定の距離に保つように、上記帯状薄鋼板に当接する接着剤塗付装置の端面に対して、上記接着剤吐出孔は内側に離間していることを特徴とする接着剤塗付設備。
- 接着剤塗付装置は帯状薄鋼板の上側または下側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤塗付設備。
- 帯状薄鋼板が所定形状に打ち抜かれるタイミングにおいて、帯状薄鋼板を接着剤塗付装置に当接させるための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接着剤塗付設備。
- 接着剤吐出孔を複数有し、当該複数の接着剤吐出孔が連通していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付設備。
- 接着剤の温度上昇手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付設備。
