Claims (9)
- 加熱された金属母材に対してガラス質の被溶射材を溶射するガラス材溶射装置であって、
前記ガラス材溶射装置は、
供給された被溶射材を加熱し溶融する筒状の加熱ブロックと、溶融状態の被溶射材を前記加熱ブロック内から噴出する吐出口とを有する溶射ガン本体部と、
前記加熱ブロックの外面部の少なくとも一部に当接する外部冷却部と、を備えた
ことを特徴とするガラス材溶射装置。 - 前記外部冷却部を保護する保護板部が前記加熱ブロックの外側に装着される請求項1に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記保護板部に、さらに耐熱布が装着されている請求項2に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記外部冷却部に冷却液を供給する冷却液供給部が備えられる請求項1に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記冷却液供給部が、前記加熱ブロックの内部及び前記外部冷却部に冷却液を供給する請求項4に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記溶射ガン本体部を支持するアーム部が備えられる請求項1に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記被溶射材が誘電体材料または非誘電体材料である請求項1に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 前記溶射ガン本体部の前記吐出口に挿入され前記吐出口を洗浄するブラシ部が備えられる請求項1に記載のガラス材溶射装置。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のガラス材溶射装置を多関節ロボットに接続したことを特徴とする溶射ロボット。
