Claims (7)
- 第1回転体と、第2回転体と、第3回転体とを備え、前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体とを選択的に連結する第1噛み合い式係合機構を備えた動力伝達装置において、
前記第1回転体は、円筒状に形成され、
前記第2回転体は、前記第1回転体と同心円上に配置されかつ前記第1回転体よりも大径の円筒状に形成され、
前記第3回転体は、前記第1回転体と同心円上に配置されかつ前記第1回転体よりも小径の円筒状に形成され、
前記第1回転体は、外周面に前記第2回転体と噛み合う第1噛み合い歯および内周面に第3回転体と噛み合う第2噛み合い歯が形成され、
前記第2回転体は、内周面に前記第1噛み合い歯に噛み合う第3噛み合い歯が形成され、
前記第3回転体は、外周面に前記第2噛み合い歯に噛み合う第4噛み合い歯が形成され、
前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体とは、前記第2回転体を回転軸線の方向に移動させることで前記第1噛み合い式係合機構の係合の状態と解放の状態とを切り替えるように構成され、
前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第3噛み合い歯との噛み合い中心と、前記第2噛み合い歯と前記第4噛み合い歯との噛み合い中心とは、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第3噛み合い歯との噛み合い中心の方が、前記第2噛み合い歯と前記第4噛み合い歯との噛み合い中心より前記解放側に位置するように構成されている

前記第2回転体は、前記動力伝達装置のケーシングとの間に嵌合されたベアリングにより回転可能に保持されている

前記第1回転体の一方の端部の外周面に前記第1回転体の回転軸線の方向で一体化された押圧部を備え、
前記押圧部を前記回転軸線の方向に押圧することにより、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯とが噛み合うように構成されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記第1回転体と前記第3回転体とは常時噛み合って一体に回転するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
エンジンと、第1モータと、第2モータとの三つの駆動力源を有し、
前記エンジンが連結されている第1回転要素と、前記第1モータが連結されている第2回転要素と、駆動輪にトルクを出力する第3回転要素とによって差動作用を行う第1差動機構と、
前記第2モータが連結されている第4回転要素と、前記第3回転要素に連結されている第5回転要素と、第6回転要素とによって差動作用を行う第2差動機構とを更に備え、
前記第2回転体は、前記第4回転要素と一体に回転するように構成され、
前記第3回転体は、前記第6回転要素と一体に回転するように構成され、
前記第1噛み合い式係合機構は、前記第4回転要素と前記第6回転要素との二つの回転要素を連結し、またその連結を解く係合機構である
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の動力伝達装置において、
入力部材と、前記入力部材から伝達されたトルクを出力する出力部材と、前記第6回転要素と前記第1回転要素とを連結し、またその連結を解く第2噛み合い式係合機構とを更に備え、
前記第1噛み合い式係合機構を係合することにより前記入力部材と前記出力部材との回転数比である変速比を連続的に変化させることのできる第1無段変速モードを設定し、
前記第2噛み合い式係合機構を係合することにより前記入力部材と前記出力部材との回転数比である変速比を連続的に変化させることができかつ前記第1無段変速モードとは異なる第2無段変速モードを設定する
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
