Abstract

一般的に市場に流通している霊芝原体を用い、子実体を生育させる工程において、湿度(環境湿度)95〜100%RH、温度(環境温度)25〜35℃、照度200〜500lxの栽培条件で所望の大きさまで生育させ、霊芝原体を得た。
(製造例1)
上記で得られた霊芝原体を収穫後、乾燥させ、〜5cm程度にカットした後、オリエントミルにより3mm各程度に粗粉砕した。粗粉砕した粉末を乾式ジェットミルで更に粉砕し、霊芝微粉末を得た。微粉末の嵩密度は0.20〜0.80g/ccの範囲内であった。なお、微粉末の嵩密度は、以下のようにして測定した。体積20mLの測定用セルに42メッシュの目開きの篩を通して微粉末を落下させ、測定用セルの上端面より盛り上がった微粉末を板によって測定用セルの上端面に沿って摺り切った。この状態で体積20mL当たりの微粉末の重量を測定し、嵩密度を算出した。
微粉末を、含水エタノール(エタノール濃度50v/v%)でエキス抽出した以外は、製造例1と同様の操作により、霊芝抽出物及び抽出残渣を含む霊芝加工粉Bを得た。

(実施例1〜3)
96穴マイクロプレートに、グリセルアルデヒド(終濃度:0.05M)、BSA(終濃度:2.5mg/mL)及び上記製造例1〜3で得られた霊芝加工粉A〜Cのいずれか(終濃度:0.1mg/mL)を添加し、マイクロプレートリーダー(モレキュラーディバイス株式会社製、商品名:Sectra Max M5)にて励起波長370nm、蛍光波長440nmでの蛍光強度1を測定し、24時間、37℃(湿潤下)でインキュベートした。その後、励起波長370nm、蛍光波長440nmで蛍光強度2を測定し、蛍光強度2の値から蛍光強度1の値の差を糖化度として算出した。また、算出された糖化度を、霊芝加工粉の代わりに水を添加したブランクの糖化度で除した値を糖化率(%)として算出した。
霊芝加工粉の代わりにカテキン(終濃度:1mg/mL)を添加した以外は、実施例1〜3と同様の操作により、カテキン(陽性対照)の糖化率(%)を算出した。
製造例1〜3で得られた霊芝加工粉A〜Cの成分をLC−MS(液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析計)を用いて分析した。上記抗糖化力の結果から、抗糖化作用との関連性が高いと考えられる成分について、霊芝加工粉全量を基準とした含有量(質量%)を表2に示す。
Claims (5)
- 霊芝加工粉を有効成分として含む抗糖化剤。
- 前記霊芝加工粉が、霊芝抽出物を含む、請求項1に記載の抗糖化剤。
- 前記霊芝抽出物が、水、アルコール及びこれらの混合溶媒から選ばれる溶媒により抽出された抽出物である、請求項2に記載の抗糖化剤。
- 前記霊芝加工粉が、前記霊芝抽出物の抽出残渣を更に含む、請求項2又は3に記載の抗糖化剤。
- 霊芝加工粉を有効成分として含む、抗糖化用食品組成物。
