半導体チップを用いた紫外線発光装置を備えたクリーンエア装置またはパスボックスであって、紫外線を発光する半導体チップとは別に、可視光線を発光する半導体チップまたは表示ランプを配置して、紫外線強度の強弱を可視化したことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (10)
- 半導体チップを用いた紫外線発光装置を備えたクリーンエア装置であって、
紫外線を発光する半導体チップとは別に、可視光線を発光する半導体チップまたは表示ランプを配置して、紫外線強度の強弱を可視化したことを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置において、
前記紫外線を発光する半導体チップと、前記可視光線を発光する半導体チップとを、同一の基板に配置してモジュール化したことを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置において、
紫外線強度の強弱を濃淡の色調または寒暖の色調で可視化したことを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置において、
クリーンエア装置は、安全キャビネット、アイソレータ、またはクリーンキャビネットであることを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 半導体チップを用いた紫外線発光装置を備えたパスボックスであって、
紫外線を発光する半導体チップとは別に、可視光線を発光する半導体チップまたは表示ランプを配置して、紫外線強度の強弱を可視化したことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項5に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
前記紫外線を発光する半導体チップと、前記可視光線を発光する半導体チップとを、同一の基板に配置してモジュール化したことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項5に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
作業室の両側の壁面に、前記作業室の底面を照射するように、前記紫外線を発光する半導体チップと前記可視光線を発光する半導体チップとを配置したことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項5に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
紫外線強度の強弱を濃淡の色調または寒暖の色調で可視化したことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項5に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
殺菌を必要とする面にステンレスのヘアライン材を用い、
前記ステンレスのヘアライン材のヘアライン方向と平行に、前記可視光を発光する複数の半導体チップを直線状に配置したことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項5に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
空気を循環するファンと塵埃を除去するHEPAフィルタを内蔵し、
作業室の底面に、開閉扉の近くであって開閉扉と平行に、複数の循環用スリットを配列したことを特徴とするパスボックス。
