Claims (6)
- 直方体形状の絶縁基板と、前記絶縁基板の主面における相対向する両端部に形成された一対の表電極と、前記一対の表電極間に並列に配置された複数の硫化検出導体と、前記一対の表電極の少なくとも一方と前記複数の硫化検出導体との間に接続された複数の抵抗体と、前記複数の抵抗体の全体および前記複数の硫化検出導体の一部を覆う硫化ガス非透過性の保護膜とを備え、
前記複数の硫化検出導体は前記保護膜から露出する硫化検出部を有しており、これら硫化検出部を硫化速度調整層で選択的に被覆することにより、前記複数の硫化検出部の累積的な硫化量によって断線するタイミングがそれぞれ異なるように設定されていることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載の硫化検出抵抗器において、
前記硫化速度調整層は、前記硫化検出部の硫化速度を促進させるシリコン樹脂からなることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載の硫化検出抵抗器において、
前記硫化速度調整層は前記硫化検出部の硫化速度を遅延させる硫化ガス透過性の樹脂からなることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載の硫化検出抵抗器において、
前記保護膜は並列配置された前記複数の硫化検出部の間に介在する隔離部を有していることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載の硫化検出抵抗器において、
前記抵抗体と前記保護膜との間にガラス材料からなるプリコート層が介在されており、前記プリコート層の一端部が前記保護膜から突出して前記硫化検出部を規定していることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。 - 請求項1に記載の硫化検出抵抗器において、
前記複数の硫化検出導体は互いの材料組成と膜厚の少なくとも一方を相違していることを特徴とする硫化検出抵抗器。
