Claims (13)
- 基板上に配置される発光素子と、
前記発光素子上に配置される多数のタッチ電極と、
前記基板の縁部に形成されるテストパターンと、
前記発光素子と前記タッチ電極との間に配置される多数の絶縁膜の少なくとも一つと同じ素材からなり、前記テストパターン上に配置されるテストカバー層とを備える、タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記多数の絶縁膜は前記発光素子と前記タッチ電極との間に配置される封止ユニットであり、
前記封止ユニットは、
前記発光素子上に配置される第1及び第2無機封止層と、
前記第1及び第2無機封止層の間に配置される有機封止層とを含む、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記テストカバー層は、
前記第1及び第2無機封止層と前記有機封止層の少なくとも一つと同じ素材からなる、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記テストカバー層は前記第1及び第2無機封止層の少なくとも一つから延びる、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記テストカバー層は前記第1及び第2無機封止層と有機封止層の少なくとも一つから離隔される、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記テストパターンは、
前記テストカバー層と重畳する第1テストパターンと、
前記テストカバー層と重畳するか重畳しない第2テストパターンとを備える、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1テストパターンは前記発光素子のカソード電極と同じ素材からなり、
前記第2テストパターンは前記発光素子の発光スタックに含まれた少なくとも一つと同じ素材からなる、請求項6に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記有機封止層と境界を成すダムをさらに備え、
前記第1及び第2テストパターンは前記ダムと前記基板の末端との間に配置される、請求項6に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記テストカバー層は前記ダムより第1及び第2テストパターンの少なくとも一方に延びる、請求項8に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記多数のタッチ電極と電気的に連結されるタッチパッドをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記封止ユニット上に配置されるタッチ絶縁膜をさらに備え、
前記タッチパッドは、
前記基板上に配置される第1タッチパッド電極と、
前記タッチ絶縁膜上に配置され、前記第1タッチパッド電極と連結される第2タッチパッド電極とを含む、請求項10に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1及び第2無機封止層の少なくとも一つの第1側面は前記有機封止層の第2側面より突出する、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1及び第2無機封止層は前記有機封止層より前記タッチパッド側に延びる、請求項10に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
