Abstract
Description
1)S−SBR:スチレン含有量が26.5重量%であり、ブタジエン中のビニル含有量が26重量%であり、ムーニー粘度54、ガラス転移温度が−48℃であり、連続式の方法によって製造された溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴム。
−硬度は、DIN53505によって測定した。
−300%モジュラスは、ISO37、ASTM D412規格によって測定した。
−粘弾性は、ARES測定器を用いて0.5%変形(strain)に10Hz Frequencyの下で−60℃から60℃までG’、G”、tanδを測定した。
−耐摩耗性能は、DIN abrasion測定器を用いてDIN53516規格によって測定した。
Claims (4)
- スチレン含有量が20重量%〜30重量%であり、ブタジエン中のビニル含有量が20重量%〜30重量%である連続式の方法によって製造された溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴムを含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
シリカ90重量部〜110重量部と、
変性液状ブタジエンゴム20重量部〜40重量部と
を含むタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記変性液状ブタジエンゴムは、重量平均分子量が5,000g/mol〜50,000g/molであり、ガラス転移温度が−90℃〜−100℃であり、ビニル含有量が10重量%〜20重量%であり、シリケートを使用してゴム鎖内で変性が行われたものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記シリケートは、テトラメチルオルトシリケート(TMOS)、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであるものである、請求項2に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一つの項に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いて製造したタイヤ。
