Claims (3)
- 複数の燃焼室を有するシリンダヘッドと、
前記シリンダヘッドの端部に連結され、前記シリンダヘッドから排出された冷却水が導入されるケース部材と、
前記ケース部材から冷却水が供給される複数の熱交換器と、を有するシリンダヘッドの冷却水通路構造であって、
前記シリンダヘッドが、
前記シリンダヘッドの内部に配置され、複数の前記燃焼室から排出される排気ガスを集合させて前記シリンダヘッドの外部に導く集合排気ポートと、
複数の前記燃焼室を冷却する冷却水が流れる燃焼室冷却水通路と、
前記集合排気ポートの下部を冷却する冷却水が流れる排気下側冷却水通路と、
前記集合排気ポートの上部を冷却する冷却水が流れる排気上側冷却水通路と、
前記シリンダヘッドの端部に配置され、冷却水を前記シリンダヘッドから前記ケース部材に排出する冷却水出口と、を有し、
前記熱交換器は、冷却水よりも温度の高い流体と熱交換を行う第1熱交換器と、冷却水よりも温度の低い流体と熱交換を行う第2熱交換器とからなり、
前記冷却水出口は、前記燃焼室冷却水通路および前記排気下側冷却水通路と連通する第1冷却水出口と、前記排気上側冷却水通路と連通する第2冷却水出口とに分割され、
前記第1冷却水出口から前記第1熱交換器へ冷却水が供給され、前記第2冷却水出口から前記第2熱交換器へ冷却水が供給されることを特徴とするシリンダヘッドの冷却水通路構造。 - 前記第1冷却水出口は、前記シリンダヘッドの上下方向で前記第2冷却水出口の下方に配置され、
前記ケース部材は、
前記第1冷却水出口および前記第2冷却水出口と連通する連通空間と、
前記連通空間から前記第1熱交換器に冷却水を送る第1冷却水取出口と、
前記連通空間から前記第2熱交換器に冷却水を送る第2冷却水取出口と、を有し、
前記第1冷却水取出口が、前記ケース部材の下部に配置され、
前記第2冷却水取出口が、前記ケース部材の上部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダヘッドの冷却水通路構造。 - 前記第1熱交換器は、EGRクーラまたはオイルクーラからなり、
前記第2熱交換器は、ラジエータまたはヒータコアからなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のシリンダヘッドの冷却水通路構造。
