− 加熱装置は、乾燥される前、金属発泡体の周辺部に浸透させた第1の液体材料によって形成された保護層を含み、電気絶縁手段は、保護層を取り囲む少なくとも1つの環状要素を備える。
− 加熱装置は、長手方向軸の方向に金属発泡体のいずれかの側に配置され、各々がケースに固定された、金属発泡体を維持するための2つの環状要素を含む。

Claims (10)
- − 加熱要素を形成する金属発泡体(16)と、
− 長手方向軸(X)に沿って延びる側壁(14)によって画定され、前記金属発泡体(16)が収容されるケース(12)と、
− 前記金属発泡体(16)と前記ケース(12)との間に配置された電気絶縁手段(18)と、
− 少なくとも1つの電極(22)とを備える、ヒートエンジン排気ラインのための排ガス加熱装置(10)であって、
前記金属発泡体(16)は、前記少なくとも1つの電極(22)を受け入れるように構成された区域(24)を含むことを特徴とする、排ガス加熱装置(10)。 - 前記金属発泡体(16)は、その全体積において均質の多孔性構造を有する発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を含む、請求項1に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)。
- 乾燥される前、前記金属発泡体(16)の周辺部に浸透させた第1の液体材料によって形成された保護層(28)を含み、前記電気絶縁手段(18)は、前記保護層(28)を取り囲む少なくとも1つの絶縁要素(26)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)。
- 前記長手方向軸(X)の方向に前記金属発泡体(16)のいずれかの側に配置され、各々が前記ケース(12)に固定された、前記金属発泡体(16)を維持するための2つの環状要素(20)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)。
- 前記維持要素(20)の少なくとも1つは、前記長手方向軸(X)に向かって延びる締結タブ(30)を含み、前記ケース(12)は、各締結タブ(30)のために溶接穴(32)を含み、そこを通して、対応する前記締結タブ(30)が前記ケース(12)に溶接される、請求項4に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)を含むことを特徴とする、ヒートエンジン排気ライン。
- 請求項6に記載のヒートエンジン排気ラインを備えることを特徴とする、車両、特にモータ車両。
- 金属発泡体(16)が以下のステップ
− 発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を製造するステップと、
− 第1の密度を有する第1の液体金属で前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を充填するステップと、
− 金属で充填された前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を乾燥させるステップと、
− 金属で充填された前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を最初に焼結するステップと、
− 前記最初の焼結後、前記第1の密度より高い第2の密度を有する第2の液体金属を注入するステップであって、前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)の周辺部の少なくとも1つの区域(24)が金属で充填され、焼結される、ステップと、
− 前記区域(24)を含む前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を2度目に焼結するステップとに従って製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排ガス加熱装置(10)を製造するための製造方法。 - 前記金属発泡体(16)の前記製造は、前記最初の焼結後、かつ前記第2の液体金属の前記注入の前に、金属で充填され焼結された前記発泡体プリフォーム(16a)を第1の形状に切断するステップであって、前記第2の液体金属の2つの注入区域は、この第1の形状(16b)の周辺部上にある、ステップを含む、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の形状(16b)は、所望される最終形状のものより大きい寸法を有し、前記金属発泡体(16)の前記製造は、2回目の焼結の後、前記所望される最終形状を獲得するために前記第1の形状(16b)を切断するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
