Abstract
Description

Claims (35)

前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、放射線イメージングを介して前記開窓の前記ロケーションを示すように構成される、装置。 - 前記部材は、可撓性パッチを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、第1のパッチ及び第2のパッチを含み、前記第1のパッチが前記患者特有の人工装具の第1の側面上に位置決めされ、前記第2のパッチが前記患者特有の人工装具の第2の側面上に位置決めされるように、前記第1のパッチは前記開窓を介して前記第2のパッチに結合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、第1のワイヤ及び第2のワイヤを含み、
前記第1のワイヤは前記第1のパッチに結合され、前記第2のワイヤは前記第2のパッチに結合され、
前記第2のワイヤは、第1の直径を有する第1の構成と第2の直径を有する第2の構成との間で移行するように構成され、前記第2の直径は前記第1の直径よりも大きく、
前記第2のワイヤは、前記第2のワイヤ及び前記第2のパッチが前記第1の構成において前記開窓を介して挿入可能なように、圧縮されるように構成され、
前記第2のワイヤは、前記第2の構成において展開及び拡張されるように構成される、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記部材内に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記部材の表面に固定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記部材に固定された円形ワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記部材全体に均一に分散された放射線不透過性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記部材に固定された2つ以上の離散放射線不透過性要素を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記熱エネルギープロセスは、前記部材を前記患者特有の人工装具に熱的に固着させるように動作可能である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素を介して前記患者特有の人工装具に固定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、ホイル、放射線不透過性ファイバ、及び金属化フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つから形成されるリング形パッチである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、熱可塑性エラストマから形成されるリング形部分を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、パッチを更に含み、

前記部材が前記人工装具に固定されるように、前記複数の内側タブは、前記人工装具の第1の側面上に配設されるように構成され、
前記複数の外側タブは、前記人工装具の前記第2の側面上に配設されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素は、前記複数の内側タブと前記複数の外側タブとの間に配設された放射線不透過性円形リングを含む、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、第1のリング形部分及び第2のリング形部分を含み、
前記第1のリング形部分は、複数のスナップ機構を含み、
前記第2のリング形部分は、複数の開口を画定し、
前記複数のスナップ機構の各々は、前記第1のリング形部分が前記人工装具の第1の側面に固定され、前記第2のリング形部分が前記人工装具の第2の側面に固定されるように、前記複数の開口のうちの開口内に挿入及び固定されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記部材及び前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素のうちの少なくとも1つが、形状記憶特性を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部材は、ファブリックを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 患者特有の人工装具内に開窓を生成することと、
前記患者特有の人工装具にマーカを結合することと、
を含む方法であって、
前記開窓は、患者の血管の一部における分枝血管のロケーションに対応し、
前記マーカは、
パッチが前記開窓を取り囲むように、前記患者特有の人工装具に固定されるように構成された部材と、
放射線イメージングを介して前記開窓の前記ロケーションを示すように構成された少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記患者特有の人工装具に前記マーカを結合することは、前記開窓を生成することに先立って実行される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記患者特有の人工装具に前記マーカを結合することは、前記開窓を生成することの後に実行される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記結合することは、前記マーカ及び前記患者特有の人工装具に熱エネルギーを印加することを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記マーカ及び前記患者特有の人工装具は、どちらもポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記マーカは、ポリウレタンを含み、
前記患者特有の人工装具は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、請求項29に記載の方法。 - 前記結合することは、前記少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性要素及び前記患者特有の人工装具上に前記部材をオーバーモールド成形することを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記マーカが放射線イメージングを使用して前記分枝血管の前記ロケーションと位置合わせするように、患者の体内で前記患者特有の人工装具を位置決めすることを更に含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記分枝血管は、腎動脈である、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記分枝血管は、上腸間膜動脈である、請求項26に記載の方法。
