Claims (5)
- 島状パターンの第一電極がマトリックス状に形成され、前記第一電極上に絶縁層が形成され、前記絶縁層上に互いに交差する複数本の線状パターンからなる下部電極と上部電極の二層からなる第二電極が形成され、平面視において、前記第一電極の島状パターンの一部と前記下部電極のパターンの一部および前記上部電極のパターンの一部とが、平面視においてそれぞれ重なっていることを特徴とする静電容量検出装置。
- 前記第一電極の島状パターンの一部と前記上部電極のパターンの一部とが平面視において重なっている領域が、前記第一電極の島状パターンの一部と前記下部電極のパターンの一部とが平面視において重なっている領域よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電容量検出装置。
- 前記第一電極の島状パターンが、長方形、平行四辺形、楕円のいずれかである請求項1または請求項2記載の静電容量検出装置。
- 前記第一電極が個別ACドライブ回路を介して処理部と接続され、前記第二電極が信号変換部を介して処理部と接続される請求項1記載から請求項3のいずれかに記載の静電容量検出装置。
- 前記上部電極の上部から加わるせん断力を測定できる請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の静電容量検出装置。
