Abstract
Description
まず、図1〜図3を参照して、乗用芝刈機1の全体構成について簡単に説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る乗用芝刈機1の側面図、図2は、乗用芝刈機1の模式図である。また、図3は、乗用芝刈機1の走行車体2が備えるエンジンルーム40を詳細に示す説明図である。なお、図3ではエンジンルーム40の内部を断面視で示している。
また、乗用芝刈機1は、図2および図3に示すように、運転席20(図1参照)の後方には、コレクタ8の下方にエンジンルーム40が形成され、このエンジンルーム40内にエンジン4が搭載されている。そして、乗用芝刈機1は、エンジンルーム40の上部に設けられてエンジン4を覆うボンネット22が設けられている。このボンネット22には、図示するように、エンジンファン41が取付けられている。なお、ボンネット22については、後に詳述する。また、エンジン4の側方であって、図3における紙面の奥側にはラジエータ6が配置されている(図8参照)。
次に、図4を参照して、乗用芝刈機1の伝動構成について簡単に説明する。図4は、実施形態に係る乗用芝刈機1の伝動線図である。図4に示すように、乗用芝刈機1では、エンジン4から出力された動力(回転動力)は、エンジン4の出力軸10に接続された分配伝動軸11に伝達され、第1のPTO(Power Take-off)軸(ブロワPTO軸ともいう)12Aに伝達される。ブロワPTO軸12Aから出力された回転動力は、たとえば、ブロワ伝動装置(ギヤ伝動装置など)を経由して、上記したブロワ207に伝達される。図中、符号16A,16Bは、PTOクラッチを示す。
ここで、図5を参照して制御部9を中心とする乗用芝刈機1の制御系について説明する。図5は、乗用芝刈機1の制御部9を中心とするブロック図である。
次に、図3および図6〜図7Aを参照して、排気ガス浄化装置5の取付構造について具体的に説明する。図6は、乗用芝刈機1が備える排気ガス浄化装置5の説明図、図7Aは、排気ガス浄化装置5を取付けるための連結具50の説明図である。
次に、図8〜図10を参照して、エンジンファン41およびラジエータファン61について説明する。図8は、エンジンルーム40を覆うボンネット22とラジエータファン61の配置を示す説明図である。図9は、ボンネット22の説明図、図10は、ボンネット22の裏側に設けられたエンジンファン41の説明図である。
上述したように、本実施形態に係る乗用芝刈機1は、エンジンファン41およびラジエータファン81を備えている。かかるエンジンファン41とラジエータファン61とは、いずれか一方が吸込み方向に回転し、いずれか他方が吹出し方向に回転するように構成される。

Claims (5)
- 走行輪と運転席とを備える走行車体と、
前記走行車体に連結されるモア装置と、
前記走行車体上の前記運転席の後方に設けられ、前記モア装置により刈り取った草を収容する集草容器と、
を備え、
前記集草容器の下方にエンジンルームを設け、
当該エンジンルーム内に、エンジンと、当該エンジンからの排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置とを並設した
ことを特徴とする乗用芝刈機。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置は、
前記エンジンの上端より上方へ突出することのない高さに配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗用芝刈機。 - 前記エンジンからの動力が伝達されるミッションケースを備え、
前記ミッションケースは、
前記エンジンの前記運転席側の下部に配置されており、
当該ミッションケースの上部に前記排気ガス浄化装置を配設した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の乗用芝刈機。 - 前記ミッションケースに前記排気ガス浄化装置を取付ける連結具を備え、
前記連結具は、
排気ガス浄化装置本体を抱持するリング状のホルダ部と、
当該ホルダ部が取付けられるとともに、前記ミッションケースとの連結部が形成されたステー部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の乗用芝刈機。 - 前記ステー部は、
前記ミッションケースと連結する第1のステー部材と、
前記ホルダ部を連結した第2のステー部材と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗用芝刈機。
