Description

The present invention relates to a denture and its attachment.

Originally, if the teeth are treated properly, there is little need to wear dentures or implant implants, but in reality this does not work, and the older you get, the more you wear dentures or implants. There is a need to embed it. In Japan, where the proportion of elderly people is rapidly increasing, the opportunities and needs for dentures and implants are rapidly increasing, especially with the advent of an aging society in recent years.

However, when a denture is attached, a metal fitting called a clasp must be fitted into the remaining tooth to fix it. According to such a fixing method, for example, when you open your mouth wide and laugh unintentionally during a conversation, the metal part of the clasp that is hooked on the abutment tooth can be seen from the gap between the teeth, which is embarrassing. Sometimes I feel like I can't enjoy the conversation.

In addition, if a denture equipped with a clasp is used for a long period of time, the clasp itself will be plastically deformed and the denture will easily come off. It will take.

In some cases, the clasp itself may be cut due to extreme stress applied to a part of the clasp or fatigue failure due to long-term use, and the cut end may be cut into the gingiva and injured unexpectedly. May cause. Furthermore, a part of such a clasp may be broken into fragments and swallowed as they are without being noticed, which may lead to unexpected illness due to accidental ingestion of a foreign substance.

On the other hand, instead of fitting a denture using a clasp, implanting an implant in a missing part of the tooth has become widespread in recent years. However, the cost per implant is high to implant, and if you try to implant multiple implants, the cost will increase considerably. Also, especially in the elderly, if the jaw bone is fragile or the bone itself is thin, if you forcibly implant the implant, a part of the embedded part will damage the nerve at the root of the tooth. Serious problems such as continuous pain and paralysis may occur.

From the above, a technique for mounting a denture using a magnetic force of a magnet is disclosed in order to solve such a problem (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).

The dentures disclosed in Prior Patent Documents 1 to 3 are constructed by using magnets, but since the magnet portion is exposed, the magnetic material may come into direct contact with the tongue, causing a sense of discomfort in taste. I feel uncomfortable. In addition, if the occlusion is repeated for a long period of time, the magnet portion may come off and be accidentally swallowed with food without being noticed.

Furthermore, if a part of the magnet is chipped and peels off, in addition to misidentifying it as described above, it gets in between other healthy teeth and spreads between those teeth by the wedge effect at the time of occlusion. It may cause damage to healthy teeth.

An object of the present invention is to provide a denture and its attachment attachment that can be easily attached to and detached from the abutment tooth and can give the denture wearer an excellent wearing feeling and a comfortable biting feeling during meals. ..

When the top plate as a stopper abuts on the upper end surface of the magnetic member with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion having a large area, the occlusal force applied thereafter is transmitted to the entire metal crown to exert the action peculiar to the present invention. It is a drawing to explain.

Hereinafter, the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention will be introduced. As described above, the present invention relates to a periodontal ligament-bearing denture. Here, the definition and technical significance of periodontal ligament-bearing dentures will be described.

Regarding the tooth tissue, the surface of the root of each tooth embedded inside the gingiva of the maxilla and the lower jaw is covered with hard cementum, and the periodontal ligament, which is a very hard fibrous connective tissue, makes the upper and lower jaws respectively. It is connected to the bone around the root of the tooth.

Since each tooth has such a structure, it can withstand an extremely large occlusal force of about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2)) and chew food. It has become like.

However, in the case of a person who has a habit of biting strongly from a young age, the above-mentioned large bite force is applied to the periodontal ligament for many years, and the periodontal ligament itself is compressed and damaged, leading to resorption of the mandible, causing tooth sway and aging. As it becomes, tooth loss occurs.

Therefore, for those who have a habit of biting teeth strongly, a mucous membrane-bearing denture is attached to the missing tooth to prevent excessive occlusal force from acting on the abutment tooth of the denture during occlusion, and the root of the abutment tooth. Minimize the progression of membrane damage, especially if the number of abutment teeth is reduced, to avoid further loss of abutment teeth, which is essential for denture attachment.

That is, in the case of such a denture wearer, especially when the number of missing teeth increases, a mucosal burden type denture is used for the denture to be attached to the abutment tooth so that damage to the periodontal ligament of the remaining abutment tooth does not progress.

On the other hand, in people who do not have the above-mentioned strong biting habit when eating, the periodontal ligament is generally maintained in a healthy state even in old age, and if some periodontal ligament is damaged and teeth are lost. Even so, the number of missing teeth is small and there are usually many remaining teeth. In such a person, even when a denture is attached to a missing tooth, the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth is sound and there are many remaining teeth, so that the occlusal force can be distributed to each remaining tooth while occlusal. From the viewpoint, the periodontal ligament-bearing denture is used instead of the mucosa-bearing denture as described above.

Even if a person has a strong habit of biting, if there are many remaining teeth, the periodontal ligament-bearing denture can be used as an abutment because the occlusal force can be distributed to each remaining tooth for the same reason as described above. If you attach it to your teeth and eliminate the habit of biting strongly, you can continue to use this once attached periodontal ligament-bearing denture for a long period of time.

In this way, it can be said that it will be important in the future to improve the quality of life in the aging society in recent years by properly using periodontal ligament-bearing dentures and mucosa-bearing dentures according to the situation. Then, on the premise of using a periodontal ligament-bearing denture in the present invention, the configuration peculiar to the present invention will be described together with this effect in the following embodiments and modifications thereof.

FIG. 9 is a side view showing a denture and its attachment attachment according to a related embodiment of the present invention in a partial cross section. Further, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a partial cross section of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment. Further, FIG. 3A is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 for explaining the operation of the related embodiment.

The denture and its attachment attachment 2 (hereinafter, appropriately simply referred to as "denture and its attachment attachment 2") according to the related embodiment of the present invention are two abutment teeth at both ends that sandwich a tooth defect portion among a small number of remaining teeth. These are a denture and its attachment attachment for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth to 91 and 92 (90) via attachment attachments 60 and 70, respectively.

The mounting attachments 60 and 70 have the metal crowns 610 and 710 covered on the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90), respectively, and the base ends of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) on the peripheral surface of the metal crowns 610 and 710. It has convex protrusions 630 and 740 made of a magnetic material extending from the portion to the tip portion.

The denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth has at least one denture body 510 (511, 512, 513, ...), A denture base 520 to which the denture body 510 is attached, and dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth at both ends. It is an engaging part to be attached to each of the positioned abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), and the convex protrusions 630, 740 provided on the metal crown 610, 710 to cover each abutment tooth 91, 92 (90) slide. Convex protruding part sliding engagement parts 530, 540 that fit in in a possible state and the joint part side between the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) near both ends of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth. It is provided with magnets 550 and 560 housed therein, respectively.

In the case of the present embodiment, the convex protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular end face view (planar view) as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 (a), and the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531, 541 In order to hold the convex protrusions 630 and 740 so as to be slidable, the convex protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape slightly larger than the outer diameter of the convex protrusions 630 and 740 in a plan view.

Further, the convex protrusion sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 formed at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 are integrally formed with the magnet holders 570 and 580 extending on the opposite sides to the protruding portion side, respectively. Has been done. The engaging parts 530, 540 for sliding the convex protrusions and the magnet holders 570, 580 are also made of, for example, stainless steel, which has excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance, and the magnet holders 570, 580 are made of resin for dentures. It is embedded in the denture body 510 made of stainless steel. As a result, the magnets 550 and 560 housed in the magnet holders 570 and 580 are not exposed to the outside of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth.

Then, the convex protrusions 630 and 740 are slidably engaged with the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531 and 541 of the convex protrusion sliding engagement portions 530 and 540, whereby the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 Is connected to the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), and the denture base 520 of the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth is in close contact with the gingiva 800 while interposing saliva on the entire bottom surface thereof, so that the denture is for the intermediate missing tooth. The denture 50 is attached to the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90).

Further, the magnets 550 and 560 provided in the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth exert a magnetic tensile force on the convex protrusions 630 and 740 of the metal crowns 610 and 710 provided in the vicinity of each of the magnets 550 and 560, whereby the denture for the intermediate missing tooth is provided. The 50 is prevented from coming off from the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90).

Further, when the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth is held between the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) by a magnetic tensile force. In order to allow the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) to be moved in parallel by a predetermined amount in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) of the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), the convex protrusion 630 of the metal crown 610, 710. , 740 are slidable within the convex protrusion sliding engaging portions 530 and 540 of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50.

Then, the convex protrusions 630 and 740 abut against the groove ends 530b and 540b on the prosthetic tooth tip side of the convex protrusion sliding engagement portions 530 and 540, so that the dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth sandwich the two ends. It can be firmly attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90).

That is, the groove ends 530b and 540b on the tip side of the denture of the engaging portions 530 and 540 for sliding the convex protrusions serve as stoppers for attaching the dentures when the protrusions 630 and 740 are slid. In this way, the denture tip side groove ends 530b and 540b form stoppers for attaching the denture, so that the occlusal force at the time of occlusal is evenly transmitted to the abutment teeth 91 and 92, respectively.

Further, since the groove ends 530b and 540b on the tip side of the denture serve as stoppers for attaching the denture, they are blocked by the inner portion of the denture body 510 and protrude convexly when the tooth is bitten when eating food. Food debris does not get inside the sliding engagement part.

Further, when viewed with the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth attached, between the gingival-side prosthesis floor-side ends 530a, 540a of the convex protrusion sliding engaging portions 530, 540 and the gingiva 800 facing the denture base side ends 530a, 540a. Is formed with predetermined spaces S3 and S4.

The denture base side ends 530a and 540a of the convex protrusion sliding engaging portions 530 and 540 are open, and are supported when the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90). The upper ends of the convex protrusions 630 and 740 of the dentures 91 and 92 (90) can be inserted into the convex protrusion sliding groove.

It is preferable that these insertion portions are tapered. As a result, when the dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth are attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends, the convex protrusion sliding engaging portions 530, 540 at both ends of the dentures for intermediate missing teeth 50 are supported. The dentures 91, 92 (90) can be inserted into the convex protrusions 630, 740 at the same time without difficulty, and the denture wearer can easily attach the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90). It becomes possible.

The upper end corners of the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 are chamfered or tapered so that the dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. At the same time, the lower end openings of the groove portions 531 and 541 formed at the positions of the denture base side end portions 530a and 540a of the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531 and 541 at the positions where the convex protrusions 630 and 740 enter are overall. It should be chamfered or have a tapered shape.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing an example of a mounting position of the denture and its mounting attachment 2 according to the related embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In this figure, an example is shown in which the denture 50 for an intermediate missing tooth according to this related embodiment is attached by sliding it from above to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) sandwiching the denture 50. Similarly, the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth may be slid and attached from below to the missing portion of the tooth sandwiched between the two upper teeth.

Even when the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth according to the present embodiment is attached to such a defective portion of the upper tooth, the magnets 550 and 560 firmly hold the convex protrusions 630 and 740 by magnetic force, respectively. By abutting the convex protrusions 630 and 740 against the groove ends 530b and 540b on the prosthetic tooth tip side of the convex protrusion sliding grooves 531, 541, the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth is firmly attached to the abutment tooth 90. Can be done.

In this way, if there is at least one intermediate defect between the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) other than the arrangement shown in FIG. 4, it does not matter whether the upper or lower tooth is present. However, this embodiment can be applied.

When the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth according to the related embodiment of the present invention is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends, all the problems described in the column of the problem to be solved of the present invention are solved at once. can do.

Specifically, since the periodontal ligaments 81 and 82 of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 are sound, the dentures are firmly attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 at both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50 to support them. Can be done. As a result, the abutment teeth 91 and 92 and the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be fully chewed.

Further, since the magnets 550 and 560 are completely housed inside the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth, the magnets damaged during occlusion and the magnets thereof, which are seen in conventional examples, can be prevented from adversely affecting the taste due to the magnetic material. It does not cause the problem of accidental ingestion such as debris.

Further, after the denture is attached, it is possible to suppress the generation of a moment that tries to tilt the abutment teeth 91 and 92 at the time of occlusion, so that the abutment teeth 91 and 92 can be prevented from being damaged.

Further, the force exerted on the convex protrusions 630 and 740 generated during occlusion acts in the axial direction of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 in the same manner as during normal occlusion without a denture, and the convex protrusions 630 and 740 are intermediate. It suppresses the action in the direction of pulling toward the denture 50 for the missing tooth, that is, in the lateral direction intersecting the axial direction of the abutment teeth 91 and 92. As a result, it is possible to avoid the problem caused by using the conventional denture for intermediate defect tooth which has a form of pulling and tilting the abutment teeth 91 and 92 toward the denture 50 for intermediate defect tooth even at the time of occlusion.

That is, the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 81, 82 on the side of the denture for the intermediate defect tooth of the abutment teeth 91, 92 is forcibly crushed, or the periodontal ligament 81 on the opposite side of the denture 50 for the intermediate defect tooth of the abutment teeth 91, 92, It prevents the periodontal ligaments 81 and 82 from being damaged by long-term occlusion after the denture is attached without forcibly stretching the fibrous tissue of 82.

Further, when viewed with the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth attached, predetermined spaces S3 and S4 are formed between the gingival-side ends of the convex protrusions 630 and 740 and the gingiva 800 facing the dentures 800. Therefore, when the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth is removed and the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) are brushed with a toothbrush or the like, between the lower end of the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 on the gingival side and the upper surface of the gingiva facing the denture side. A sufficient gap can be secured, and the food waste accumulated in this gap can be easily removed. As a result, these food scraps do not remain clogged in this portion, and the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath can be prevented.

Further, due to the presence of the above-mentioned spaces S3 and S4, when the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) are brushed with a toothbrush or the like after removing the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth, the gingiva of the convex protrusions 630 and 740 A sufficient gap can be secured between the lower end of the side and the upper surface of the gingiva facing the lower end. As a result, the food residue accumulated in this gap can be easily removed. As a result, these food scraps do not remain clogged in this portion, and the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath can be prevented.

Further, since the groove ends 530b and 540b on the tip side of the denture of the engaging portions 530 and 540 for sliding the convex protrusions serve as stoppers for the protrusions 630 and 740, the occlusal force (see F2 in FIG. 3) is increased. It is evenly transmitted from the groove ends 530b and 540b on the distal end side of each denture to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 having sound periodontal ligaments 81 and 82 via the protrusions 630 and 740.

As a result, the denture wearer can enjoy the comfortable wearing feeling and biting feeling of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth in occlusion. As a result, as described above, the person can continue to bite comfortably while biting the food, and can enjoy the meal without being stressed. As a result, good digestion and absorption of food can be achieved to maintain health and improve physical condition, which is especially important for the elderly.

Subsequently, a modified example of the related embodiment described above will be described. 5 (b) is a plan view partially showing a first modification of the related embodiment, FIG. 5 (c) is a plan view partially showing a second modification, and FIG. 5 (d) is a view. 3 It is a top view which partially shows the modification.

In addition, in FIGS. 5 and 6, only the left side portion of the denture is shown, but since the right side has the same configuration, the illustration on the right side is omitted, and the code of the omitted part on the right side is shown in parentheses. I try to write it down.

In these modified examples, the end face view of the convex protrusion is changed to a substantially circular shape to another shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the convex protrusion sliding groove for engaging and sliding is changed to the convex shape. It is changed according to the shape of the protruding part.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5B, the shape of the convex protrusions 632 and 742 may be substantially rectangular when viewed from the end surface, that is, from the upper surface side of the denture. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 532 and 542 is a substantially rectangular shape slightly larger than the convex protrusion protrusions 632 and 742.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, the shape of the convex protrusions 633 and 743 may be substantially triangular when viewed from the end surface, that is, from the upper surface side of the denture. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 533 and 543 is a substantially triangular shape slightly larger than this in accordance with the convex protrusion protrusions 633 and 743.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5D, the shape of the convex protrusions 634 and 744 is a so-called mushroom shape in which the semicircular shape and the connecting portion of the base end portion are combined when viewed from the upper surface side of the denture. (Atypical semicircular shape) may be used. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 534 and 544 is a deformed mushroom shape (a substantially semicircular shape of the deformed shape) slightly larger than the convex protrusion protrusions 634 and 744.

Also in the above three modifications, the upper end corners of the protrusions are chamfered so that the dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. It is preferable that the protrusions have a tapered shape and the lower end of each convex protrusion sliding groove portion and the opening into which each convex protrusion enters is generally chamfered or has a tapered shape.

Even with a structure like each of the modified examples described above, the action of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be sufficiently exerted.

Finally, the related embodiments described above and further modifications different from the respective modifications will be described. FIG. 6 is a side view partially showing a fourth modification of the related embodiment. In the fourth modification, which is a further modification, the length is long in the groove direction so as to engage in sliding in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of the convex protrusion sliding groove portion 535, 545 instead of the convex protrusion. The metal crowns 610 and 710 are provided with protrusions 635 and 745 having a substantially circular shape in a short plan view and a sufficient plate thickness.

Then, in FIG. 6, the protrusions 635 and 745 abut on the denture tip side groove ends 530b and 540b, which serve as stoppers for the convex protrusion sliding grooves 535 and 545, respectively, so that the denture for intermediate missing teeth The 50 is firmly attached to the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 that sandwich it. Even with such a structure, the action of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be sufficiently exerted.

Note that FIG. 6 has a substantially circular shape similar to that of the related embodiment when viewed from the upper surface side of the artificial tooth in a plan view, but the shape of the protrusion is not limited to this, for example, a substantially elliptical shape in a plan view. Alternatively, it may have a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially triangular shape, or the above-mentioned irregular semicircular shape (mushroom shape). In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the convex protrusion sliding groove into which the protrusion is slidably fitted may be appropriately changed according to the plan-view shape of these protrusions.

Also in this fourth modification, the square edge of the upper end of the protrusion is chamfered over the entire circumference so that the denture 50 for the intermediate missing tooth can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. It is preferable that the convex protrusion has a tapered shape and the opening which is the lower end of the convex protrusion sliding groove 535, 545 and into which the protrusion enters is chamfered as a whole or has a tapered shape.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned related embodiments and the respective modifications related thereto are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are described as long as they are within the range in which the effects of the present invention can be exhibited. Needless to say, various modifications equivalent to the morphology are also included in the present invention.

Therefore, the groove width of the groove portion does not have to be the same in the groove extending direction as long as the protruding portion can be engaged, and may have an elongated elliptical shape in the vertical direction.

Further, for example, in the above-mentioned related embodiments and modifications thereof, the number of denture bodies is described as two or more, but even one denture body is included in the scope of the present invention. Further, in the related embodiment, the opening of the groove end on the tip side of the denture is closed by the engaging portion for sliding the convex protrusion, but instead, it may be directly closed by a part of the denture body. Needless to say.

It goes without saying that the definitions of substantially spherical and substantially circular in the related embodiments include so-called oval and elliptical shapes.

Further, although the above-mentioned related embodiments and various modifications thereof have been described on the premise that the abutment tooth is a natural tooth, even if an implant is used as the abutment tooth instead of the natural tooth, the implant is used. A sufficient effect can be obtained by attaching the metal crown according to the present invention to the tooth.

Specifically, as described above, after the denture is attached, it is possible to suppress the generation of a moment that tries to tilt the abutment tooth at the time of occlusion, so even if an implant is used as the abutment tooth, at the time of occlusion. It is possible to prevent damage to the implant portion.

As a result, for denture wearers who cannot easily correct the habit of strong occlusion, once it is damaged, the next implant that cannot be replaced can be made to last longer, and the entire implant part becomes longer due to the damage of the implant. The implant can be used for a long time while avoiding the worst case of permanently remaining as the site of the missing tooth.

Therefore, it is clear that the present invention can be applied even if the denture is an implant instead of the natural tooth, with sufficient action and effect, and belongs to the scope of the present invention.

Subsequently, an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter, referred to as “the present embodiment”) will be described. Since the shapes, materials, and dimensional relationships of each component of the present embodiment are equivalent except for the relative arrangement of some components, the reference numerals of the components are related to the above. A "-2" is added to each reference numeral of the embodiment to facilitate understanding of the invention. Further, with respect to the constituent requirements not described in the following description, the description of the symbols in the drawings is omitted because they are exactly the same as those of the related embodiments described above.

The present embodiment is a denture and its attachment attachment for attaching a denture for an intermediate missing tooth by using two teeth sandwiching a tooth defect portion among a small number of remaining teeth as abutment teeth at both ends.

The attachment 20-2 of the denture and its attachment attachment 2-2 according to the present embodiment includes metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 and metal crowns 210 that cover the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2. The circumference of the metal crowns 210-2, 220-2 with the metal crowns 210-2, 220-2 provided at predetermined positions around -2,220-2 and covered with the abutment teeth 81-2, 82-2. It has magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 with grooves for sliding convex protrusions provided on the surface.

Further, the dentures 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth include at least one denture body (artificial tooth) 110-2 (111-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...) And the denture body 110-2 (11-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...). 111-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...) Are attached to the denture base 120-2, and the dentures 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth are located at both ends of the dentures 81-2, 82. The ridge protrusions 630-2, 740-2 to be attached to -2, and when the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the abutment teeth 81-2, 82-2, each abutment tooth 81- A state in which the grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 provided on the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 to be covered with 2,82-2 can be slidable on the ridge protrusion sliding groove 531-2 and 541-2. The ridge protrusions 630-2, 740-2 to be fitted with, and the ridge protrusions 630-2, which are inside the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth and are provided at both ends of the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth. Arranged at positions adjacent to 740-2, respectively, opposite to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 with respect to the convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 when viewed with the denture attached. It is equipped with dentures 550-2 and 560-2.

Further, the magnets 550-2 and 560-2 are substantially parallel to the gingiva 800-2 with respect to the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2, respectively, whose magnetic tensile forces are close to each other. It is placed inside the denture so that it acts in the direction of.

Further, on both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50-2, ridge protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 are provided, respectively, and the ridge protrusions of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2. Stoppers 51-2, 52-2 that come into contact with the upper end side of the metal crown of the magnetic member 530-2, 540-2 with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion while engaged with the groove portion 531-2, 541-2 for sliding. Is provided.

Then, the convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 engage with the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531-2 and 541-2 of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2. As a result, the denture 50-2 for the intermediate missing tooth is connected to the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2, and the denture base 120-2 of the denture 50-2 for the intermediate missing tooth becomes the gingival 800-2. By contacting, the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2.

When the dentures for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 are attached to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2, the magnets 550-2 and 560-2 provided on the dentures for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 are close to each of them. By applying a magnetic tensile force to the dentures 530-2, 540-2 for sliding the convex protrusions provided in the denture, the dentures 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth are separated from the two abutment teeth 81-2, 82-2. I try not to come off.

Further, the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth is held between the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 by a magnetic tensile force with respect to the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2. The convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 provided at both ends of the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth are convex protrusions of the metal crown 210-2 and 220-2 so that they can be moved in parallel by a predetermined amount. The ridge protrusions of the magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 with grooves for sliding are slidable in the grooves 531-2 and 541-2 for sliding.

The convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531-2, 541-2 provided in the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 have metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 as crowns. It is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction when viewed in the covered state, and the stoppers 51-2 and 52-2 at both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 are convex protrusions provided on the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2. By abutting against the upper ends of the sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2, the dentures 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth are attached to the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 sandwiching both ends. It has become like.

Then, in the occlusal state, the stoppers 51-2 and 52-2 at both ends of the dentures for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 are attached to the upper ends of the convex protruding portion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2. By being pressed, the occlusal force is transmitted to the periodontal ligaments 83-2 and 84-2 of the two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 via the grooved magnetic member for sliding each convex protrusion, and the intermediate defect is formed. It is characterized in that it can be occluded by a denture 50-2 and two abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2.

7 to 12 show only the components of the present embodiment, which are different from the related embodiments of the present invention described above. Hereinafter, the description will be given according to the drawings to deepen the understanding of the present invention by taking the contents of the present embodiment as an example.

FIG. 7 shows a portion of the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 and its attachment attachment 20-2 according to the present embodiment of the present invention attached to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 at both ends. It is a top view which shows the name of each member with the cross section.

According to the figure, according to the present invention, the bar magnets arranged inside the vicinity of both ends of the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth extend along the extending direction of the denture base 120-2, and thus are intermediate. It can be understood that the sizes of the magnets 550-2 and 560-2 can be freely selected according to the size of the denture for missing teeth 50-2.

Further, FIG. 8 shows when the ridge protrusions 630-2, 740-2 and the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50-2 according to the present embodiment of the present invention are attached to the abutment teeth 81-2, 82-2. When the convex protrusions are abutted against the upper end surfaces of the grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 for sliding, and when the abutments are made, a wide contact surface is formed based on the configuration peculiar to the present invention to provide a large convex protrusion slide. It is explained that the magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 with a moving groove are pressed against the entire upper end surface.

Further, FIG. 9 shows the plan view shown in FIG. 7 from the side surface of the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 and the periodontal ligament 83-2 and 84-2 and the denture 50-for an intermediate defect tooth according to the present invention. When 2 is attached to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2, the denture of the intermediate defect tooth denture 50-2 is applied even when the occlusal force indicated by the arrow F in the figure acts without further descending to the gingival side. A saliva layer is interposed between the floor 120-2 and the surface of the gingiva 800-2, and instead of crushing the gingiva 800-2 by the occlusal force, the abutment teeth 81 at both ends of the denture for intermediate defect teeth 50-2. It is a side view with a partial cross-sectional hatched showing the state in which the periodontal ligament 83-2 and 84-2 of −2, 82-2 are in charge of the occlusal force.

Further, FIG. 10 shows various shapes of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2, 540-2 and the convex protrusions 630-2, 740-2 according to the present embodiment of the present invention. In addition to showing the combination, the narrow adhesive area when the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 are provided with the convex magnetic material and the grooved magnetic member 530-2 for sliding the convex protrusion as in the case of the present invention, It is a drawing for understanding by showing the difference in the area of the adhesive area when 540-2 is attached to a metal crown 210-2, 220-2 in a plan view.

According to the figure, the top plate as stoppers 51-2 and 52-2 provided on the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth has a large area of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2. It is explained that by hitting the upper end surface, the subsequent occlusal force is transmitted to the entire metal crown.

Further, FIG. 11 shows the convex stripes of the prosthetic teeth 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth on the convex protrusion sliding groove portions 531-2, 541-2 of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2, 540-2. Insert the protrusions 630-2, 740-2 from above and place the top plate as stoppers 51-2, 52-2 against the upper end surfaces of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic members 530-2, 540-2. It is explanatory drawing which showed the method to touch by the arrow of the alternate long and short dash line.

Further, FIG. 12 shows the procedure for attaching the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth shown in FIG. 11 to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2, changing from the upper view to the lower figure. It is explanatory drawing. According to the figure, as in FIG. 10, the top plate as the stoppers 51-2 and 52-2 provided on the denture 50-2 for the intermediate missing tooth has a large area of the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic member 530-2. , 540-2 shows the action of the present invention in which the occlusal force applied thereafter is transmitted to the entire metal crown by hitting the upper end surface.

The metal crown 210-2, 220-2 is provided with a protrusion capable of sliding the ridge protrusion sliding groove portion 531-2, 541-2 instead of the ridge protrusion 630-2, 740-2. If so, it is also included in the scope of the present invention.

Further, the case where an implant is used as the abutment tooth 81-2, 82-2 instead of the natural tooth and the metal crown 210-2, 220-2 is attached to the implant is also included in the scope of the present invention. Is done.

As a feature of the present invention, since the magnets 550-2 and 560-2 are arranged so as to extend in the extending direction of the denture 50-2 for the intermediate missing tooth, the denture 50-2 for the intermediate missing tooth is characterized. The size of the magnets 550-2, 560-2 according to the number of denture main bodies 110-2 (111-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...) Provided in the above, that is, a substantially spherical body made of a magnetic material. The magnitude of the magnetic tensile force exerted can be adjusted. As a result, the number of denture bodies 110-2 (111-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...) Is large, and the denture 10 having a long length in the longitudinal direction is attached to the abutment teeth 81-2, 82-. Grooved magnetic member that is a magnetic material provided on the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 of the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 with a sufficiently large magnetic tensile force that does not easily come off when mounted on 2. Can act on.

In particular, since the size of the magnetic member 530-2, 540-2 with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion is naturally larger than that of the convex protrusion 630-2, 740-2, the denture for intermediate missing teeth 50 The magnetic tensile force of the magnets 550-2 and 560-2 arranged at both ends of -2 sufficiently acts on the magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 having grooves for sliding the convex protrusions.

Thereby, by changing the size of the magnets 550-2 and 560-2, both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50-2 can be firmly held by the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2.

In this way, for example, a magnetic tensile force that is even greater than when the convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 are provided on the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2 can be applied to the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetism. Since it can act on the members 530-2 and 540-2, it has a relatively large number of denture bodies 110-2 (111-2, 112-2, 113-2, ...) (Artificial teeth) (artificial teeth). The denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth (the length of the denture base 120-2 is long) is also attached to the abutment teeth 81-2 and 82-2 at both ends and is occluded or not occluded. Even if there is, it is possible to prevent it from coming off when going out in daily life.

Further, according to the present invention, instead of attaching the elongated and small convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 to the metal crowns 210-2 and 220-2, the convex protrusions considerably larger than this are attached. Magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 with sliding grooves will be attached. That is, the contact area between the magnetic members 530-2, 540-2 with grooves for sliding the convex protrusions and the metal crowns 210-2, 220-2 is such that the protrusions 630-2, 740-2 have the metal crown 210-. It will be much larger than when preparing for 2,220-2. As a result, even if the denture 50-2 for intermediate missing teeth is used for a long period of time using an adhesive or the like having sufficient adhesive strength, the magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 with grooves for sliding the convex protrusions are made of metal. It is possible to prevent the crowns 210-2 and 220-2 from peeling off.

Furthermore, if the magnetic member itself with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion is mass-produced in advance and stored as a unit, the sliding engagement with the convex protrusions 630-2 and 740-2 will continue for a long period of time. Even if the convex protrusion sliding groove 531-2,541-2 of the convex protrusion sliding groove magnetic members 530-2 and 540-2 are repeatedly worn, the dental clinic is visited only a few times. Then, this can be replaced with new magnetic members 530-2, 540-2 with grooves for sliding the convex protrusion.

Specifically, as described above, when a large occlusal force that constantly changes in direction and size during occlusal acts on the clasp part of a denture with a clasp that is generally used in the past, this part is caused by metal fatigue. There was a problem that it would loosen or break.

In addition, when a conventional denture equipped with a clasp is attached to the abutment tooth, the clasp is conspicuous when the mouth is opened, and there is an aesthetic problem. Furthermore, after long-term use, the clasp will loosen and the denture will easily come off, and the denture that has come off in the mouth will continue to be pressed with the tongue, or the denture will accidentally come off due to sneezing and pop out of the mouth. Inviting such a situation, it was not possible to continue using it for a long period of time, which hindered the improvement of the quality of life, which is regarded as important for the advent of an aging society in recent years.

Furthermore, when using a denture equipped with a conventional clasp, it is necessary to regularly check whether the clasp part is loose and to perform time-consuming maintenance to restore this part if looseness is found. Was supposed to be. In addition, when removing a denture equipped with a conventional clasp and cleaning it, especially for a denture wearer with a handicapped fingertip, the denture is accidentally dropped on the floor, and the metal clasp part is bent. There was also a risk of breaking or breaking. In such a case, if this part of the clasp is restored to its original state, or if it is bent or damaged to the extent that it cannot be repaired, there is a troublesome problem that the entire clasp must be replaced with a new one. It was.

Then, while requesting repair or replacement of the clasp part, the denture could not be used, which was extremely inconvenient.

However, according to the present invention, since a metal part such as a clasp for fixing and supporting the denture is not provided on the outside of the denture, such inconvenience does not occur at all, and the denture is almost maintenance-free. It has a great merit that you can continue to use it with confidence.

Further, according to the present invention, in addition to being able to arrange a magnet having sufficient magnetic tensile force according to the size of the denture, the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion for engaging the denture is formed in a bud shape. Therefore, even when the denture is attached / detached, the denture can be attached / detached without damaging the denture engaging protrusion housed in the abutment tooth engaging recess. As a result, the denture can be attached and detached very easily, and the denture wearer who cannot move the fingertip dexterously in old age can easily attach and detach the denture from the abutment tooth by himself.

It should be noted that the above-described embodiments and various modifications thereof are merely exemplary contents of the present invention, and dentures having various structures having different shapes, materials, sizes, etc. within the scope of the present invention. Needless to say, it does not matter if it is the mounting attachment.

When the denture for the intermediate missing tooth is attached to the abutment tooth, the denture that is slidably fitted into the groove portion of the denture grooved magnetic member provided on the metal crown that covers each abutment tooth. The protrusions and the protrusions inside the denture for intermediate defects and adjacent to the protrusions on both ends of the denture for intermediate defects, respectively, when the denture is attached. It is provided with magnets arranged at positions opposite to the abutment teeth with respect to the portion.
Each magnet is arranged inside the denture so that its magnetic tensile force acts in a direction substantially parallel to the gingiva with respect to the magnetic member with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion, which is close to each other.
At both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth, the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic member is engaged with the convex protrusion sliding grooved magnetic member. A stopper portion that comes into contact with the upper end side of the metal crown is provided.
By engaging the convex protrusion with the groove of the grooved magnetic member for sliding the convex protrusion, the denture for the intermediate missing tooth is connected to the two abutment teeth and for the intermediate missing tooth. When the denture base of the denture comes into contact with the gingiva, the denture for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the two abutment teeth.
When the denture for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the abutment tooth, each magnet provided in the denture for intermediate missing teeth exerts a magnetic tensile force on the grooved magnetic member for sliding the convex protrusion provided near each of them. The denture for the intermediate missing tooth is prevented from coming off from the two abutment teeth, and the denture for the intermediate missing tooth is held between the two abutment teeth by the magnetic tensile force. However, the convex protrusions provided at both ends of the denture for the intermediate missing tooth are provided with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion of the metal crown so that the two abutment teeth can be moved in parallel by a predetermined amount. It is slidable in the groove of the magnetic member and can be slid.
The groove portion provided in the magnetic member with a groove for sliding the convex protrusion is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction when the metal crown is put on the crown, and stoppers at both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth are formed. By abutting against the upper end of the convex protruding portion sliding grooved magnetic member provided on the metal crown, the denture for intermediate missing teeth can be attached to the two abutment teeth sandwiching both ends thereof.
In the occlusal state, the stoppers at both ends of the dentures for intermediate missing teeth are pressed against the upper end of the convex protruding portion sliding grooved magnetic member, whereby the convex convex protruding portion sliding grooved magnetic member is pressed. A denture and its attachment attachment, characterized in that an occlusal force can be transmitted to the periodontal ligament of the two abutment teeth via a member so that the denture for an intermediate missing tooth and the two abutment teeth can be occluded.
