Description

The present invention relates to a denture for intermediate missing teeth and its attachment attachment.

Originally, it is not necessary to wear a denture or implant if the teeth are properly treated, but in reality, this is not the case, and as the age increases There is a need for embedding. In Japan, where the proportion of the elderly is increasing rapidly, the opportunity and need for denture attachment and implant implantation are rapidly increasing, especially in response to the recent aging society.

However, when mounting a denture, a clasp, which is a clasp, must be fitted and fixed to the remaining teeth. According to this fixing method, for example, when you smile with your mouth wide open during conversation, the metal part of the clasp that fits on the abutment tooth is visible to the other party through the tooth gap, which makes you feel embarrassed. Sometimes I can't enjoy the conversation because of my thoughts.

Also, if you use a denture with a clasp for a long time, the clasp itself will plastically deform and the denture will come off easily, and you will have to ask your dental clinic to readjust each time, which is both troublesome and costly. I need it.

Also, in some cases, the clasp itself may be cut due to extreme stress being applied to part of the clasp or fatigue fracture due to long-term use, and the cut end cuts into the gingiva and may cause an unexpected injury. May cause Furthermore, a part of such a clasp may be broken into fragments, which may be swallowed without noticing it, resulting in an unexpected poor physical condition due to accidental ingestion of a foreign substance.

On the other hand, in recent years, implanting an implant in a tooth loss portion has been widely performed instead of fitting a denture using a clasp. However, the cost per implant is high, and the cost of implanting multiple implants is considerably high. In addition, especially in the elderly, if the jaw bone is fragile or the bone itself is thin, if you forcefully implant the implant, a part of the embedded part will damage the nerve at the root of the tooth, It may cause serious problems such as continuous pain and paralysis.

From the above, a technique of mounting a denture using magnetic force of a magnet to solve such a problem has been disclosed (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 to 3).

The dentures disclosed in the prior art documents 1 to 3 are configured by using magnets, but the so-called play is not provided to the abutment teeth to which the magnets are attached, that is, the upper teeth and the lower teeth. Can be attached without any deviation in the occlusal direction and the direction orthogonal to this direction.

Therefore, when the tooth is bitten and an occlusal force is applied to the denture, the displacement in the direction in which the denture is displaced (escaped) with respect to the direction in which the tooth is bitten is completely regulated.

As a result, for example, even if there is a slight step between the tip of the denture and the tip of the abutment tooth, this step remains as it is without being absorbed by the above-mentioned play, so that it feels uncomfortable each time it bites. The food that has entered the gap created by the step is not bitten completely and is swallowed as it is, which causes indigestion and puts an extra burden on the gastrointestinal tract.

Further, when the position of the occlusal surface of the artificial tooth is higher than the height of the tip of the abutment tooth to which the artificial tooth is attached, the occlusal force is directly applied only to the artificial tooth during occlusion. As a result, the magnet mounting portion may be damaged, and a part of the magnet may be accidentally swallowed, resulting in a dangerous state.

When the height of the abutment tooth is higher than that of the occlusal surface of the artificial tooth, the occlusal force directly acts only on the abutment tooth, and the periodontal ligament, which serves as a cushion provided in the abutment tooth, is crushed ( It will eventually cause a loss of the abutment tooth.

An object of the present invention is to provide a denture for intermediate missing teeth and its attachment, which can be easily attached to and detached from an abutment tooth and can give a denture wearer an excellent wearing feeling and a comfortable bite feeling during meals. To do.

A denture for intermediate missing teeth and its attachment attachment according to claim 1 of the present invention,
In the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth and the attachment for attaching the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth, using the two teeth sandwiching the missing tooth portion of the few remaining teeth as the abutment teeth on both ends,
The denture for intermediate missing tooth and its attachment are for a denture wearer in which the periodontal ligament of the two abutments supporting the denture for intermediate missing tooth is not maintained in a healthy state and is damaged. The thing
The attachment attachment includes a metal crown to cover the abutment teeth, and the abutment on the peripheral surface of the metal crown in a state where the metal crown is provided at a predetermined position around the metal crown and the abutment teeth are covered with the metal crown. It has a ridge protrusion made of a magnetic material that extends from the base end of the tooth toward the tip,
The denture for intermediate missing teeth has at least one denture body, a denture base to which the denture body is attached, and a ridge sliding engagement for attaching the denture for intermediate missing teeth to each abutment tooth located at both ends thereof. And a ridge for slidingly inserting a ridge protruding portion provided on the metal crown to cover each abutment tooth when the denture for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the abutment tooth. A dynamic engaging portion, and magnets respectively housed in the vicinity of both ends of the false tooth for intermediate missing tooth and inside the joint portion side with the two abutment teeth,
By engaging the ridge protrusion with the ridge sliding engagement portion, the intermediate missing tooth denture is coupled to the two abutment teeth, and the denture base of the intermediate missing tooth denture is By contacting the gingiva, the denture for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the two abutment teeth,
When the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the abutment tooth, each magnet provided in the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth exerts a magnetic pulling force on the ridge protruding portion of the metal crown provided near each of them. The denture for intermediate missing teeth is prevented from coming off from the two abutments, and the denture for intermediate missing teeth is held between the two abutments by the magnetic pulling force. Of the abutment tooth so that the protrusions of the metal crown can be moved in parallel with each other by a predetermined amount with respect to the axial direction connecting the root portion and the tip side of the abutment tooth. It is possible to slide inside the joint,
At the time of occlusion, the denture for intermediate missing teeth receives the occlusal force applied to the denture for intermediate missing teeth and the abutment teeth at both ends thereof by being pressed against the gingiva, and the denture base receives the occlusal force and In the state of sinking against the gingiva, each of the convex protrusions does not hit the denture main body side end of the convex sliding engagement portion, and both are separated with a constant space,
While the certain space remains even in a strongly occluded state, the denture itself presses the gingiva through the denture base of the denture for intermediate missing teeth, thereby causing the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth by the occlusal force. It is designed to prevent being crushed,
The two ridge sliding engagements provided at both ends of the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth not only when the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth is attached to and detached from the two abutment teeth that sandwich it, but also during mounting. Portion without directly providing the protrusion protrusions on the abutment teeth, the protrusion protrusions provided on the two abutment teeth via metal crowns respectively covered on the two abutment protrusions. and adapted to engage the slide supports simultaneously,
A predetermined space is formed between the gingiva-side end of the ridge protrusion and the gingiva facing the denture when viewed in the attached state of the denture, and
The denture base side end of each of the ridge sliding engagement portions is open, and when the intermediate missing tooth denture is attached to the two abutment teeth between which it is sandwiched, Since the upper ends of the respective protruding protrusions can be inserted into the protruding slide groove portions, the dentures for intermediate missing teeth can be inserted between the two abutment teeth with which the two dentures are sandwiched. It can be attached to the two abutment teeth by sliding from the tip side of the abutment tooth.
The magnets are housed inside both ends of the denture for intermediate defective teeth in the longitudinal direction so as not to be exposed to the outside of the denture for intermediate missing teeth during occlusion, and the magnetic pulling force of each magnet. While the sliding movement along each of the corresponding ridge sliding engagement portions of each of the ridge protruding portions associated with the occlusion, without directly contacting the magnet itself to the ridge protruding portion A magnetic pulling force is applied to the ridge protrusions respectively provided on the metal crowns of the abutment teeth that sandwich the denture for the intermediate missing tooth,
The denture tip side ends of the two ridge sliding engagement portions provided on both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth are the ridge protrusions attached to the metal crowns of the two abutment teeth, respectively. It is characterized in that it hits the upper end portion on the tip side of the abutment tooth to serve as a stopper for the sliding movement of the artificial tooth for intermediate missing tooth .

When the present invention has such a configuration, the merit as a mucous membrane burden type denture can be maximized. That is, the dentures for intermediate missing teeth can be attached to the two abutment teeth sandwiching the abutment tooth without affecting the abutment teeth of the denture wearer whose abutment tooth periodontal membrane is damaged.

Specifically, when the denture for intermediate missing tooth according to the present invention is attached to the abutment teeth at both ends, all of the various problems described in the section of the problem to be solved by the present invention can be solved at once. .. That is, since both ends of the denture for intermediate missing teeth are slidable in parallel with each abutment tooth with some play as described above, only the middle in the vertical direction defined by this so-called play. The denture for missing teeth can also be moved. This allows the denture to be pressed by the occlusal force on the opposite side during occlusion with proper movement toward the gingiva, and the denture base to be pressed (beared) by the gingiva. , It is possible to occlude without adding extra load to the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth.

As a result, the denture wearer can enjoy a comfortable fit of the denture when occlusal. Further, unlike the conventional denture for supporting both ends, it is possible to avoid a problem such as the case where the denture is fixed to the abutment teeth at both ends without any play. That is, in the conventional case, if the denture is attached higher than the abutment teeth at both ends, the occlusal force received from the teeth on the opposite side during occlusion concentrates on the both-end supporting denture, and the denture is easily damaged. , In addition to the fact that the joint with the damaged abutment tooth hurt the gingiva, in some cases a part of the joint itself became a fragment and entered the mouth, causing the accidental ingestion. According to the embodiment, such a problem does not occur.

When the denture for intermediate missing teeth is attached to the abutment tooth , the denture is removed because a predetermined space is formed between the gingiva-side end of the protruding protrusion and the gingiva facing the gingiva. When brushing the abutment tooth with a toothbrush etc., it is possible to secure a sufficient gap between the gingival side lower end of the protruding protrusion and the gingival upper surface opposite to this, and the food scraps collected in this gap can be secured. Can be easily removed. As a result, these portions do not remain clogged with these eating debris, and it is possible to prevent the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath.

A denture and its attachment according to claim 2 of the present invention are the denture and its attachment according to claim 1 ,
It is characterized in that the metal crown is provided with a protrusion capable of sliding in the groove instead of the protrusion protrusion.

Even with such a structure, the effects of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention for attaching the denture for intermediate missing teeth can be sufficiently exerted.

Further, the denture and its attachment attachment according to claim 3 of the present invention are the denture for intermediate missing teeth and its attachment attachment according to claim 1 or 2 .
An implant is used instead of a natural tooth as the abutment tooth, and the metal crown is attached to the implant.

Even when it is necessary to prevent the occlusal force from being applied to the implant as an abutment tooth depending on the age and occlusal force of the denture wearer, the denture and its attachment attachment play an extremely useful role.

Hereinafter, the denture and its attachment according to the present invention will be introduced. As described above, the present invention relates to a mucosa-bearing denture. Here, the definition and technical significance of the mucosa-bearing denture will be described.

Some people who need to wear dentures have constitutional differences and the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth is considerably damaged with age, while the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth is in a healthy state. Some people keep it. In the case of a person whose alveolar periodontal ligament is considerably crushed and damaged, when the denture is attached to the abutment tooth and occlusal, the occlusal force acts not only on the denture but also on the abutment tooth. The membrane is compressed accordingly and the periodontal ligament is further damaged. If the periodontal ligament is extremely damaged, the abutment tooth itself cannot bear the burden of attaching the denture, and the abutment tooth will eventually be lost.

In order to prevent the loss of the abutment for denture wearers whose alveolar periodontal ligament has been damaged with age, the occlusal force is applied to the denture base of the denture (free-end denture or denture for intermediate missing teeth). It is preferable to utilize a mucosa-bearing denture (provided in the present invention) that exerts an action of receiving (bearing) this occlusal force by pressing the gingiva and causing the denture itself to sink.

The above reasons will be supplemented with more objective explanations. The occlusal force is extremely large at about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2 )). Therefore, even if a healthy periodontal ligament can bear the burden, if the periodontal disease does not cause a healthy periodontal ligament, the burden becomes excessive and pain occurs during occlusion. Further, there are many cases in which the periodontal ligament is damaged and the tooth is extracted.

It is very unlikely to eat a normal meal in daily life while feeling pain during such bite, which causes serious problems in terms of quality of life. Therefore, when the periodontal ligament is not healthy, it should be devised so as not to burden the periodontal ligament when the denture is attached. At this time, as the most effective countermeasure, wearing the above-mentioned mucosa-bearing denture is a suitable selecting means.

First, a denture and its attachment according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing the structure of a denture and its attachment according to a first embodiment of the present invention in a partial cross section. 2 is a plan view showing the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment attachment in a partial cross section. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the denture and its attachment attachment shown in FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing a part of the attachment attachment shown in FIG.

A denture and its attachment attachment 1 (hereinafter, simply referred to as “denture and its attachment 1” as appropriate) according to the first embodiment of the present invention include a free end denture 10 attached to one abutment tooth 80 and its attachment. It consists of attachments 20.

The attachment 20 has a metal crown 210 attached to one abutment tooth 80, and a protrusion 220 formed at a predetermined position around the metal crown 210 and formed of a magnetic material having a curved peripheral surface. ing.

The protrusion 220 has a substantially spherical shape in this embodiment. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the protruding portion 220 has a recessed portion below the base end side of the spherical body, that is, the root side portion of the abutment tooth 80, and in the state shown in FIG. A tip 136 of a retaining portion 135 extending from a lower end of a grooved engaging portion 130, which will be described later, is inserted into and engaged with the lower recess 222. The protruding portion 220 is made of a magnetic material, and is made of, for example, stainless steel, a gold alloy, a platinum alloy, or the like, which has excellent strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

The protrusion 220 has a base end portion 221 of the protrusion 220, which is attached to a part of the peripheral surface of the metal crown 210 by a third alloy during casting, is held by a cast metal, or is brazed. The protruding portion 220 protrudes in the mounting direction of the free end denture 10.

The magnet 140, which will be described later, applies a magnetic pulling force to the protrusion 220 made of a magnetic material so that the free end denture 10 does not separate from the abutment tooth 80. Further, in the state shown in FIG. 3, the tip 136 of the retaining portion 135 is caught in the lower recess 222 of the protrusion 220 to assist in preventing the free end denture 10 from separating from the abutment tooth 80. There is.

The free-end denture 10 includes at least one denture main body 110 (111, 112, 113,... ), a denture base 120 that supports the denture main body 110, and a groove that is arranged at an end portion adjacent to the abutment tooth 80. It has an attached engaging portion 130 and a magnet 140 housed in the magnet holder 150 and embedded in the denture main body 110 or the denture base 120 and provided on the side of the joint with the free end denture 10.

In the case of this embodiment, the grooved engagement portion 130 is formed integrally with the magnet holder 150. The grooved engagement portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 are made of, for example, stainless steel having excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance, and the portion of the magnet holder 150 is made up of a denture body 110 and a denture base 120 made of a denture resin. Embedded inside. The grooved engaging portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 do not necessarily have to be integrally formed, and they may be formed separately and firmly coupled to each other.

By having such a configuration in the present embodiment, the magnet 140 is not exposed in the mouth of the denture wearer, and the material of the magnet 140 makes the user feel uncomfortable in taste or the fragments of the magnet 140 are in the mouth. It prevents you from entering.

The grooved engagement portion 130 has a groove portion 131 extending from the denture base side of the free end denture 10 toward the tip of the denture body 110 (upper end in FIGS. 1 and 3 ). Further, at the denture base-side end of the grooved engaging portion 130 (the lower end of FIGS. 1 and 3), the protrusion 220 does not come off from a predetermined portion of the grooved engaging portion 130. A stopper 135 is provided.

The groove width of the groove portion 131 is a width that does not interfere with each other when the protrusion portions 220 are inserted into the groove portion 131 to be engaged with each other. Accordingly, in the state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 220 has the attraction force of the magnet 140 provided in the free end denture 10 and, depending on the case, the lower recess 222 and the retaining portion. It is pressed against the groove portion 131 by the engagement force with the tip 136 of the 135.

Then, in the state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 220 of the metal crown 210 is movable along the groove 131 of the grooved engaging portion 130 of the free end denture 10. Furthermore, since the protruding portion 220 has a substantially spherical body, the grooved engagement portion 130 has the extending direction of the free end denture 10 in the state where the protruding portion 220 remains at a predetermined position in the extending direction of the groove portion 131. Can be changed within a predetermined angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80.

The amount of displacement of the protrusion 220 with respect to the extending direction of the groove 131 when the free-end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 is determined by the saliva D of the denture base 120 of the free-end denture 10 when the denture wearer occludes. Is pressed to compress the gingiva 800, the denture itself sinks, and the occlusal force exerted by the teeth facing the free-end denture 10 and the abutment 80 is converted into a pressing force to be applied to the gingiva 800, and the occlusal force is taken care of. Is defined by a dimension that does not adversely affect the periodontal ligament 81 of the abutment tooth 80.

Further, the predetermined angle is defined as an angle within a range that allows the entire lower surface of the denture base 120 to come into contact with the gingiva 800 with saliva (see the dot-shaped portion D shown in FIG. 1) interposed therebetween.

Further, the retaining portion 135 is provided on the upper surface of the gingiva 800 to which the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is attached while interposing saliva in the entire bottom surface in a state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80. On the other hand, they are arranged to face each other with a constant space S1 therebetween.

The end of the groove 131 opposite to the retaining portion 135, that is, the upper end of FIGS. 1 and 3 is closed by a part of the denture main body 110.

Based on the configuration as described above, when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 220 engages with the grooved engagement portion 130, so that the free end denture 10 is abutment. While being bonded to the tooth 80, the bottom surface of the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is entirely adhered to the upper surface of the gingiva 800 via saliva in the mouth (see a portion indicated by a dot D in FIG. 1). The free end denture 10 is firmly attached to the abutment tooth 80 while maintaining a predetermined play.

Further, in the state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 220 is fitted into the grooved engaging portion 130, and at least a part of the curved portion of the protruding portion 220 (in the present embodiment, While a considerable part) remains in the grooved engagement portion 130 by the magnetic pulling force, the relative position and relative angle of the free end denture 10 with respect to the abutment tooth 80 can be changed within a predetermined range.

Since the denture and its attachment attachment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention have the above-described configurations, the following operational effects can be exhibited. Specifically, while the play relationship between the free end denture 10 and the abutment tooth 80 has some play, the protrusion 140 provided on the metal crown 210 is firmly pulled by the magnet 140 provided on the free end denture 10. Can be held. As a result, the denture base 120 of the free-end denture 10 presses the gingiva 800 to push saliva that is present between the denture base 120 and the gingiva 800 out of the denture base 120, and the denture itself at the time of occlusion. It is used as a pressing force for sinking. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the occlusal force from being applied only to the abutment tooth 80 and the periodontal ligament 81 of the abutment tooth 80 to be crushed.

FIG. 5 is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 for explaining the above operation. The denture base 120 of the free-end denture 10 is pressed against the gingiva 800 by the occlusal force when the tooth is bited with respect to the state of FIG. 1, and saliva that is interposed between the denture base 120 and the gingiva 800 (dots in FIG. 5). (Portion indicated by) is pushed out of the denture base 120, and the part of the gingiva 800 on the lower side of the denture base 120 is pushed down, and an occlusal force is exerted on the abutment tooth 80 and adversely affects the periodontal ligament 81. It can be understood from the drawings that the prevention is performed.

In addition, when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 and occluded, and the denture base 120 is pressed against the gingiva, a constant space S2 is formed between the end portion and the protruding portion. By forming such a space, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the periodontal ligament 81 without applying an occlusal force to the periodontal ligament 81 of the abutment tooth 80 even if the tooth is strongly bitten.

As a result, it is possible to give the denture wearer a comfortable wearing feeling and bite feeling, to continue to bite comfortably while chewing food, so that the denture can be worn and enjoyed without stress become. As a result, the food can be properly digested, and it is possible to contribute to the improvement of physical condition while maintaining the health which is particularly important for the elderly.

Further, there is no extra gap between the abutment tooth 80 and the free-end denture 10 during occlusion, and there is a possibility that food that cannot be bitten and caught in such a gap is swallowed as it is, resulting in indigestion in the gastrointestinal tract. Absent.

As described above, since the grooved engagement portion 130 has the groove portion 131, the protrusion 220 can move freely within the groove portion within a predetermined range. Furthermore, the extending direction of the free-end denture 10 can be naturally changed within a predetermined angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80. Thereby, it is not necessary to apply an unreasonable force to the connecting portion between the abutment tooth 80 and the free end denture 10 during occlusion. Similarly, it is possible to give the denture wearer a comfortable wearing feeling, and it is possible to make the abutment tooth 80 last longer without applying excessive stress to the abutment tooth 80.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the abutment tooth 80 from being applied with an excessive force and damaging the periodontal ligament or crushing the periodontal ligament itself, and prevent the precious abutment tooth 80 from being damaged. Further, it is possible to prevent the gingiva 800 from being damaged by the breakage of the joint part of the denture and to prevent the problem of accidental ingestion of the broken part.

When the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, one end of the free end denture 10 is attached to the protrusion 220 of the abutment tooth 80 while twisting the free end denture 10 around the extension direction with a fingertip. The free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 by pressing the groove portion 131 provided in the. On the other hand, when detaching the free-end denture 10 from the abutment tooth 80, the free-end denture 10 is twisted around the extending direction of the free-end denture 10 with a fingertip from the protrusion 220 of the abutment tooth 80 to one end of the free-end denture 10. The free end denture 10 is removed from the abutment tooth 80 by removing the groove portion 131 provided in the.

When the detachable end denture 10 is attached to or detached from the abutment tooth 80 described above, a space S1 is formed between the retainer portion 135 and the gingiva 800 with which the denture base 120 of the detachable end denture 10 contacts, so the retainer portion The 135 is not pressed against the gingiva 800, and the attachment/detachment of the abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 can be easily and comfortably performed without pain.

In particular, since the protruding portion 220 has a substantially spherical shape, when the free end denture 10 is attached to or detached from the abutment tooth 80, the curved surface of the protruding portion is used to smoothly perform without receiving resistance. It can be attached and detached. Further, when the free-end denture 10 is pressed or pulled against the abutment tooth 80 with the attachment/detachment of the denture, a certain degree of freedom can be given to the pressing direction and the pulling direction, so that the denture can be attached/detached. It will be easier to do. As a result, in particular, a denture wearer whose fingertip cannot be dexterously moved can easily attach and detach the abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 by himself.

From the above, the free-end denture 10 is unlikely to come off the abutment 80 in a normal use state, and it is very easy to attach and detach the denture when it is pinched with fingers or attached and detached.

Further, since the space S1 is formed between the gingiva 800 with which the retaining portion 135 and the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 are in contact with each other, the protruding portion 220 of the metal crown 210 and this after the free end denture 10 is removed. There will be a wider gap between the gingiva 800 and the gingiva 800. By creating such a gap, when the abutment tooth 80 is brushed with a toothbrush or the like after the free end denture 10 is removed, a sufficient gap can be secured between the protrusion 220 and the upper surface of the gum 800. .. As a result, it is possible to easily remove the food residue of the food accumulated in the gap, the food residue does not remain clogged, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath thereafter.

In addition, since the end of the groove 131 on the side opposite to the retaining portion 135 (upper end in FIGS. 1 and 3) is blocked by a part of the denture main body 110, while chewing food, It is possible to reliably prevent the food from getting into the groove 131 and clogging.

Further, since the free-end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 and occluded, and the denture base 120 is pressed against the gingiva, a constant space S2 is formed between the end portion and the protruding portion. Even if the user strongly bites, the occlusal force is not applied to the periodontal ligament 81 of the abutment tooth 80, and the progression of deterioration of the periodontal ligament 81 can be prevented.

In addition, the groove width of the groove portion 131 is a groove width that does not interfere when the protrusion portion 220 is inserted to engage the protrusion portion 220, and the protrusion portion 220 is held by the groove portion 131 only by the attractive force of the magnet 140. Therefore, it becomes unnecessary to strictly manage the dimensional tolerance between the groove portion 131 and the protruding portion 220. As a result, it is possible to reduce the cost for processing the groove portion of the artificial tooth 10 and to easily attach/detach the artificial tooth 10 to/from the abutment tooth 80.

In addition, if the magnetic force of the magnet 140 is set to be relatively strong, the free end denture 10 can be firmly coupled to the abutment tooth 80 even if only the magnetic force is attracted. However, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a concave portion 222 is provided in the lower portion of the spherical body which is the protruding portion 220, and the tip 136 of the retaining portion 135 is engaged with this portion to add to the attractive force of the magnet 140. By utilizing the lever engaging force as an auxiliary force, it is not necessary to take a complicated structure for preventing the protrusion 220 from separating from the groove 131. That is, the shape of the retaining portion 135 can be made simpler, and the processing cost of this portion can be reduced.

FIG. 6 shows a retaining portion 137 having a simpler configuration in which the shape of the retaining portion 135 is changed according to the above description. Along with this, the lower recess 222 that engages the tip 136 of the retaining portion 135 provided in the lower portion of the protrusion 220 of the first embodiment is not shown in the configuration shown in FIG. 6. That is, in FIG. 6, a spherical protrusion 220 having no recess is provided in the lower portion. Even such a form is within the scope of the present invention.

FIG. 7: is explanatory drawing which shows an example of the attachment position of the artificial tooth and its attachment attachment 1 which concern on the 1st Embodiment of this invention shown in FIGS. In this figure, the free end denture 10 according to the first embodiment is attached to the abutment tooth 80 at the missing back teeth on both sides of the lower tooth. It may be attached to the missing part. That is, as long as even one abutment tooth 80 to which the free end denture 10 is attached remains at an appropriate place, the attachment state is not limited to that shown in the figure, and the first embodiment can be applied to all parts.

Also, depending on the case, a fixing tool such as a clasp is provided at a position which is a free end portion opposite to the connection side of the free end denture 10 with the abutment tooth 80 and which is difficult to see from the outside even when the mouth is wide open. The free end denture 10 may be attached more firmly by engaging with the remaining teeth on the free end side.

Note that, unlike the above-described embodiment, the protrusion may have a substantially hemispherical shape. Even if the protrusion has a substantially hemispherical shape, the above-described operation can be easily realized.

In addition, unlike the above-described embodiment, the end of the groove opposite to the retaining portion may be opened above the denture. Since the opposite end of the groove retaining portion is open above the denture, the configuration of the denture itself can be made simpler and the cost can be reduced.

Subsequently, a modified example of the above-described first embodiment will be described. FIG. 8 is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing a modified example of the first embodiment. In addition, FIG. 9 is a plan view corresponding to FIG. 2 partially showing a modification of the first embodiment. In addition, about the structure equivalent to the above-mentioned embodiment, the corresponding code|symbol is attached as needed and the detailed description of the structure is abbreviate|omitted. Further, in FIG. 9, cross-section hatching is omitted to facilitate understanding of the description.

In this modified example, the thickness of the connecting portion 261 with the metal crown 210 of the protruding portion 260 is smaller than that of the other portion of the protruding portion 260. The shape of the grooved engaging portion 160 is also slightly different from that of the above-described embodiment.

Specifically, the groove width 161a of the abutment tooth side opening of the groove portion 161 allows the free end denture 10A to be attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 by the pushing force or the pulling force of the finger of the denture wearer. The extent to which the protrusion 260 is prevented from coming off the groove 161 by the engaging force exerted by the opening of the groove 161 on the protrusion 260 in addition to the magnetic attraction force exerted on the protrusion 260 by the magnet 140 when the loose end denture 10A is mounted. Is dimensioned.

Explaining with reference to the drawings, the groove width 161a of the abutment tooth side opening of the groove portion 161 of the grooved engaging portion 160 is smaller than the maximum width portion of the protrusion 260, that is, the diameter 260a of the protrusion 260 in FIG. The groove width 161b inside the groove is slightly narrower than the maximum width portion of the protrusion 260, that is, the diameter 260a of the protrusion 260 in FIG.

Since the relative relationship between the groove portion 161 and the protrusion portion 260 has such a dimensional relationship as to cause so-called latch engagement with each other, once the protrusion portion 260 is engaged with the groove portion 161, the protrusion portion is combined with the attraction force received from the magnet 140. It becomes difficult for 260 to come off from the groove 161.

As a result, once the free-end denture 10A is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the free-end denture 10A will not easily come off from the abutment tooth 80, and it will be easy to digest while relatively tasting relatively hard food. You can bite and eat.

It is needless to say that the form of the retaining portion 137 whose tip is not in the hook shape shown in FIG. 6 can be applied to this modified example.

Next, a denture and its attachment according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The invention according to the second embodiment also relates to the invention of the mucosa-bearing denture according to the first embodiment and its modification. Here, for the definition of the mucosa-bearing denture and its technical significance, the contents described at the beginning of the mode for carrying out the invention are applied.

FIG. 10 is a partial side view showing a partial cross-section of a denture and its attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIG. 11 is a plan view showing a partial cross section of the artificial tooth and its attachment shown in FIG. Further, FIG. 12A is a partial side view corresponding to FIG. 10 for explaining the operation of the second embodiment. In addition, about the structure equivalent to 1st Embodiment and its modification mentioned above, the corresponding code|symbol is attached|subjected to a drawing suitably and detailed description by a text is abbreviate|omitted.

Although only the left side portion of the denture is shown in FIG. 10, the right side also has the same configuration, so the right side is omitted and the left side reference numeral is given in parentheses to the right side omitted reference numeral. I am trying.

The denture and its attachment attachment 2 (hereinafter, simply referred to as “denture and its attachment 2” as appropriate) according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes two end support portions sandwiching a tooth loss portion of a small number of remaining teeth. A denture for attaching the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth to the dentures 91, 92 (90) via the attachments 60, 70, respectively, and its attachment.

The attachments 60, 70 are the base ends of the abutment teeth 91, 92(90) on the peripheral surface of the metal crowns 610, 710 with the metal crowns 610, 710 covering the abutment teeth 91, 92(90), respectively. The projections 630 and 740 are made of a magnetic material and extend from the portion toward the tip.

The denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth has at least one denture main body 510 (511, 512, 513,... ), a denture base 520 to which the denture main body 510 is attached, and a denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth at both ends thereof. Sliding ridge protrusions 630 and 740 provided on the metal crowns 610 and 710, which are engaging portions to be attached to the respective abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) located, are provided on the metal crowns 610 and 710. Inside the joint portion side between the protruding slide engaging portions 530 and 540 that fit in a possible state and the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) near both ends of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth. The magnets 550 and 560 housed therein are provided.

In the case of the present embodiment, the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular shape in end view (plan view) as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10A, and the ridge sliding groove portions 531 and 541 are convex. In order to slidably hold the linear protrusions 630 and 740, the convex linear protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape slightly larger than the outer diameter of the circular outline in plan view.

Moreover, the convex strip sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 formed at both ends of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth have magnet holders 570 and 580 extending to the opposite side to the protruding portion side, respectively, as in the first embodiment. It is formed integrally with. The ridge sliding engagement portions 530, 540 and the magnet holders 570, 580 are also made of, for example, stainless steel having excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance as in the first embodiment. The part is embedded in a denture main body 510 made of a denture resin. As a result, the magnets 550 and 560 housed in the magnet holders 570 and 580 are not exposed to the outside of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing teeth, as in the first embodiment.

The ridge protrusions 630 and 740 slidably engage the ridge slide engagement portions 530 and 540, so that the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth has two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90). In addition, the denture base 520 of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth is brought into close contact with the gingiva 800 while interposing saliva on the entire bottom surface of the denture 50, so that the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth has two abutments 91, 92 ( 90).

In addition, the magnets 550 and 560 included in the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth exert a magnetic pulling force on the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 of the metal crowns 610 and 710 provided near the dentures 50 for intermediate missing teeth, thereby providing the denture for intermediate missing teeth. The 50 is prevented from coming off from the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90).

Further, in the state where the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth is generated by the magnetic pulling force between the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90). In order to be able to translate the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) by a predetermined amount while being held, the protruding projections of the metal crowns 610, 710 are provided. 630 and 740 are slidable in the convex slide engaging portions 530 and 540 of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing teeth.

Further, when viewed in the mounted state of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing teeth, there is a predetermined gap between the gingiva-side denture base side end portions 530a, 540a of the convex slide sliding engagement portions 530, 540 and the gingiva 800 opposed thereto. Spaces S3 and S4 are formed.

Further, the denture tip side end portions 530b, 540b of the ridge sliding engagement portions 530, 540 serve as stoppers for sliding movement of the ridge protruding portions 630, 740 and are closed by the inner portion of the denture main body 510. It is peeled off so that food scraps of food do not get into the convex sliding engagement portion when the user bites his/her teeth when eating food.

The denture base 520 pushes saliva D by the occlusal force at the time of occlusion and presses the gingiva 800 to sink the denture itself, so that the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 slide in the ridge sliding engagement portion. Rise. Then, in a state where the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 are completely raised in the protruding slide engaging portions, the upper end portions of the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 and the protruding slide engaging portions 530 that oppose the end portions of the protruding protrusions 630 and 740. Constant spaces S5 and S6 are formed between the denture front end portions 530b and 540b of 630. With such a space remaining, the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 can leave a margin for further sliding up in the ridge sliding engagement portion, and even if the tooth is strongly bitten, the occlusal force is abutment tooth 91. , 92 to prevent the deterioration of the periodontal ligaments 81, 82 without crushing them.

On the other hand, the denture base side end portions 530a, 540a of the convex slide sliding engagement portions 530, 540 are open, and when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90), the abutment teeth The upper ends of the protrusions 630 and 740 of the protrusions 91 and 92 (90) can be inserted into the protrusion sliding groove portions.

In addition, it is preferable to taper these insertion portions. Thereby, when the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends thereof, the convex strip sliding engagement portions 530, 540 at both ends of the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth are fixed to the abutment teeth. The denture wearers can easily insert the ridges 630 and 740 of the ridges 91 and 92 (90) at the same time without difficulty, and the denture wearer can easily attach the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90). It will be possible.

In addition, in order to easily fit the denture 50 for intermediate missing tooth to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends, the corner edges at the upper ends of the protruding projections 630, 740 are chamfered or tapered. In addition, the lower end openings of the groove portions 531 and 541, which are formed on the denture base side end portions 530a and 540a of the ridge sliding groove portions 531 and 541 and into which the ridge protruding portions 630 and 740 enter, are chamfered as a whole. It is preferable that it has a tapered shape.

FIG. 13: is explanatory drawing which shows an example of the attachment position of the artificial tooth and its attachment attachment 2 which concern on 2nd Embodiment shown in FIG.10 and FIG.11. In this drawing, an example is shown in which the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth according to the second embodiment is slid from above and attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) sandwiching the same. Similarly, the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing tooth may be slid from below to be attached to the missing portion of the tooth sandwiched by the upper two teeth.

Even when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 according to the present embodiment is attached to such a missing tooth portion of the upper teeth, the magnets 550 and 560 hold the protruding projections 630 and 740 by magnetic pulling force, respectively. The denture base 520 is brought into contact with the upper gingiva 800 by interposing saliva, so that the denture 50 for intermediate missing tooth can be firmly attached to the abutment tooth 90.

As described above, in addition to the arrangement state shown in FIG. 13, as long as there is an intermediate missing portion between the two abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at only one location, it does not matter whether the tooth is upper or lower. However, the present embodiment can be applied.

When the denture for intermediate missing tooth 50 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is attached to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends, various problems described in the section of the problem to be solved by the present invention. Can be solved all at once.

Specifically, both ends of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth are slidable in parallel with the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) with a little play as described above, and this so-called The denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be moved only in the vertical direction defined by play. This prevents a problem that would occur when the denture for supporting both ends is fixed without any play with respect to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. That is, according to the present embodiment, the occlusal force received from the teeth on the opposite side during the upper and lower occlusions is not excessively applied to the dentures for supporting both ends. As a result, the denture is easily damaged, and the joint portion with the damaged abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) does not damage the gingiva 800, and a part of the joint portion itself becomes a debris inside the mouth. It is possible to avoid the conventional problems such as getting in and causing accidental ingestion.

In addition, since the above-described space S is present, when the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) are brushed with a toothbrush or the like after removing the intermediate false tooth denture 50, the same as in the first embodiment and its modification. In addition, a sufficient gap can be secured between the gingival-side lower ends of the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 and the gingival upper surface facing the ridge-side lower ends. As a result, it is possible to easily remove the food residue of the food accumulated in this gap. As a result, these portions do not remain clogged with these eating debris, and it is possible to prevent the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath.

Further, since the denture tip side end portions 530b and 540b of the ridge sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 are blocked, the ridge sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 are not covered with food when biting food. It is possible to prevent a part from entering.

As a result, the denture wearer can enjoy a comfortable fit and bite feeling of the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth in the occlusion. As a result, as described above, it is possible to continue chewing comfortably while chewing food, and it is possible to enjoy a meal without receiving stress. As a result, by maintaining good digestion and absorption of food, it is possible to maintain health and improve physical condition, which are particularly important for the elderly.

Subsequently, a modified example of the above-described second embodiment will be described. FIG. 14B is a plan view partially showing a first modification of the second embodiment, FIG. 14C is a plan view partially showing a second modification, and FIG. FIG. 13 is a plan view partially showing a third modified example.

14 and 15, only the left side portion of the denture is shown, but the right side has the same structure, and therefore the right side is omitted and the left side reference numeral is replaced with the right side omitted reference numeral in parentheses. I try to write it down.

In these modified examples, the end surface view of the ridge projection is changed to a substantially circular shape to have another shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the ridge slide groove for engaging and sliding the ridge projection is changed. It has been changed according to the shape of.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14B, the protrusion projections 632 and 742 may have a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the end, that is, when viewed from the upper surface side of the artificial tooth. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portions 532, 542 is a substantially rectangular shape that is slightly larger than this in accordance with the ridge protruding portions 632, 742.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14C, the shape of the protruding protrusions 633 and 743 may be an end view, that is, a substantially triangular shape when viewed from the upper surface side of the artificial tooth. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portions 533, 543 is a substantially triangular shape which is slightly larger than the ridge protruding portions 633, 743.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14D, the shape of the protruding protrusions 634 and 744 is the end view, that is, a so-called mushroom shape in which the connecting portion of the base end portion is combined with the semicircular shape when viewed from the upper surface side of the artificial tooth. It may have a (deformed, substantially semicircular shape). In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the convex strip sliding groove portions 534 and 544 is a slightly larger mushroom shape (an irregular semi-circular shape) that is slightly larger than the convex strip protrusion portions 634 and 744.

In addition, in the above-mentioned three modified examples, the corner edges at the upper ends of the protrusions are chamfered so that the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. In addition to being tapered, it is preferable that the lower end of each ridge sliding groove portion and the opening into which each ridge protrusion enters are chamfered as a whole or have a tapered shape.

Even with the structure of each of the modified examples described above, the effects of the denture according to the present invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth and the attachment attachment thereof can be sufficiently exerted.

Finally, a further modification different from the above-described second embodiment and each modification will be described. FIG. 15 is a side view showing a fourth modified example of the second embodiment. In the fourth modified example which is a further modified example, instead of the protruding projection, the length in the groove portion direction which is adapted to engage with the sliding in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of the protruding slide groove portions 535, 545 is provided. The metal crowns 610 and 710 are provided with protrusions 635 and 745 which are short and substantially circular in plan view and have a sufficient plate thickness. Even with such a structure, the effects of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be sufficiently exerted.

15 shows a plan view, that is, a substantially circular shape similar to that of the second embodiment when viewed from the upper surface side of the artificial tooth, the shape of the protrusion is not limited to this, and for example, a plan view It may have an elliptical shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially triangular shape, or the irregular semicircular shape (mushroom shape) described above. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portion into which the protrusion is slidably fitted may be appropriately changed according to the shape of these protrusions in plan view.

Also in this fourth modified example, the corner edges at the upper ends of the protrusions are chamfered over the entire circumference so that the artificial tooth 50 for intermediate missing teeth can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends. In addition to the tapered shape, it is preferable that the lower end of each of the convex slide groove portions 535 and 545 and the opening into which the projection portion is chamfered is entirely chamfered or has a tapered shape.

It should be noted that each of the above-described embodiments and each modification related thereto are merely examples of the present invention, and within a range in which the operational effects of the present invention can be exhibited, these It goes without saying that further various modifications equivalent to the embodiment are also included in the present invention.

Therefore, for example, in the first embodiment and its modified Rei, the groove width of the groove does not have to be the same along the groove extending direction as long as the protrusion can be engaged, and it has an elongated elliptical shape in the vertical direction. Is also good.

Further, for example, in each of the above-described embodiments and the modified examples thereof, the denture main body is described as having two or more pieces, but even if only one denture body is included, the scope of the present invention is included. Further, in the second embodiment, the opening of the denture tip side end portion is closed by the ridge sliding engagement portion, but instead of this, it may be directly closed by a part of the denture main body. Needless to say.

Further, it is needless to say that the definition of the substantially spherical body or the substantially circular shape in the first embodiment, the second embodiment, and each modification thereof includes so-called egg-shaped and elliptical shapes.

Furthermore, although it has been described on the premise that the abutment tooth is a natural tooth in each of the above-described embodiments and various modifications thereof, even when an implant is used instead of a natural tooth as an abutment tooth, the implant By attaching the metal crown according to the present invention to the above, a sufficient effect can be obtained.

Specifically, depending on the age and bite force of the denture wearer, even if it is necessary to prevent the occlusal force from being applied to the implant as an abutment tooth as much as possible, this denture and its attachment are extremely useful roles. Can be fulfilled. The reason for this is that if the denture wearer is old, or if the denture wearer has a habit of always biting strongly with regard to the occlusal force with individual differences and a large occlusal force is always applied, so-called traumatic occlusion may occur. is there.

Once the traumatic occlusion occurs, the implant part of the implant is damaged and inflammation occurs, and in the worst case, the implant itself is destroyed and the attachment of the denture becomes impossible. In order to avoid such a situation, it is desirable to apply as little occlusal force to the implant as possible.

If there is such a possibility, by using the denture and its attachment according to the present invention, it becomes possible to continue to use the denture with peace of mind, as is clear from the above detailed description.

Therefore, even if the denture is an implant instead of a natural tooth, the present invention can be applied with its sufficient action and effect, and it is clear that it belongs to the scope of the present invention.

It is possible to slide inside the joint,
At the time of occlusion, the denture for intermediate missing teeth receives the occlusal force applied to the denture for intermediate missing teeth and the abutment teeth at both ends thereof by being pressed against the gingiva, and the denture base receives the occlusal force and In the state of sinking against the gingiva, each of the convex protrusions does not hit the denture main body side end of the convex sliding engagement portion, and both are separated with a constant space,
With the constant space remaining even in a strongly occluded state, the denture itself presses the gingiva through the denture base of the denture for intermediate missing teeth, thereby causing the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth by the occlusal force.
Portion without directly providing the protrusion protrusions on the abutment teeth, the protrusion protrusions provided on the two abutment teeth via metal crowns respectively covered on the two abutment protrusions. and adapted to engage the slide supports simultaneously,
A predetermined space is formed between the gingiva-side end of the convex protrusion and the gingiva facing the denture when viewed in the attached state of the denture, and
The denture base side end of each of the ridge sliding engagement portions is open, and when the denture for intermediate missing tooth is attached to the two abutment teeth between which the denture is sandwiched, By allowing the upper ends of the respective protruding protrusions to be inserted into the protruding sliding groove portions, the denture for intermediate missing tooth can be inserted between the two abutment teeth with which the two teeth are sandwiched. It can be attached to the two abutment teeth by sliding from the tip side of the abutment tooth.
The magnets are housed inside both ends in the longitudinal direction of the denture for intermediate missing teeth so as not to be exposed to the outside of the denture for intermediate missing teeth during occlusion, and the magnetic pulling force of each magnet. While sliding along the respective ridge sliding engagement portions corresponding to each of the ridge protruding portions associated with occlusion, without directly contacting the magnet itself with the ridge protruding portions. A magnetic pulling force is applied to the ridge protrusions respectively provided on the metal crowns of the abutment teeth that sandwich the denture for intermediate missing teeth,
The denture tip side ends of the two ridge sliding engagement portions provided at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture have the ridge protrusions attached to the metal crowns of the two abutment teeth, respectively. A denture for intermediate missing teeth and an attachment thereof , wherein the denture for intermediate missing teeth serves as a stopper for sliding movement of the artificial tooth for intermediate missing teeth by hitting the upper end on the tip side of the abutment tooth .
