Description

The present invention relates to a denture and its attachment.

Originally, there is little need to wear a denture or implant if it is properly treated, but the reality is that this doesn't work as well. There is a need to embed. And in Japan, where the proportion of elderly people is rapidly increasing, the opportunity and necessity of attaching dentures and implanting implants are rapidly increasing especially with the arrival of an aging society in recent years.

However, when attaching a denture, it is necessary to fit and fix a clasp to the remaining tooth. According to such a fixing method, for example, when you laugh unexpectedly with your mouth wide open during conversation, the metal part of the clasp meshing with the abutment tooth can be seen from the gap of the teeth to the other party, and it is unexpectedly embarrassing You may not be able to enjoy your conversations.

In addition, if a denture with a clasp is used for a long period of time, the clasp itself will be plastically deformed and the denture will be easily detached. I need it.

Also, in some cases, the clasp itself may be cut due to extreme stress on a part of the clasp or fatigue failure due to long-term use, and the cut end may cut into the gums and cause unexpected injury. It may cause. Furthermore, a part of such a clasp breaks and becomes a broken piece and is swallowed without being noticed, which may lead to an unexpected poor physical condition due to accidental ingestion of foreign matter.

On the other hand, instead of inserting a denture using a clasp, it has been widely practiced to embed an implant in a missing portion of a tooth in recent years. However, the cost per implant for embedding implants is high, and it becomes quite expensive to implant many implants. Also, especially in the elderly, if the bone of the jaw is fragile or the bone itself is thin, if you implant the implant forcibly, part of the embedded part will damage the nerve at the root of the tooth, Serious problems such as continuous pain and paralysis may occur.

From the above, a technique for mounting a denture using a magnetic force by a magnet in order to eliminate such a problem has been disclosed (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).

The dentures disclosed in the prior patent document 1 to the prior patent document 3 are configured by using a magnet, but since the magnet portion is exposed, the magnetic material touches the tongue directly and the taste is uncomfortable. I feel uncomfortable. In addition, if the occlusion is repeated for a long period of time, the portion of the magnet may be peeled off and accidentally swallowed with food before it is noticed.

Furthermore, if a part of the magnet is chipped and peeled off, in addition to being misidentified as described above, it penetrates between other healthy teeth and pushes between the teeth due to the wedge effect during occlusion. There is also the risk of premature damage to the teeth.

An object of the present invention is to provide a denture that can be easily attached to and detached from an abutment tooth, and that can provide a denture wearer with an excellent feeling of wearing and a comfortable bite during meals, and an attachment for the denture. .

The denture according to claim 1 of the present invention and its attachment are as follows:

The intermediate missing tooth denture is prevented from being detached from the two abutments, and the intermediate missing tooth denture is held between the two abutments by the magnetic pulling force. The protruding portion of the metal crown is slidable within the protruding sliding engagement portion of the artificial tooth for intermediate missing teeth so that it can be translated by a predetermined amount with respect to the abutment tooth of
The convex sliding engagement portion is formed with a convex sliding groove portion in which the convex protruding portion slides and engages with the extending direction of the convex sliding engagement portion. The end of the denture tip side groove, which serves as the stopper of the groove sliding groove, hits the end on the upper side when viewed from the mounting relationship with the metal crown among the longitudinal ends of the protruding protrusion The intermediate missing tooth denture is attached to the two abutment teeth sandwiching both ends,
In the occluded state, each protrusion protruding portion is pressed against the stopper portion of the protrusion sliding engagement portion, so that the occlusal force is applied to the roots of the two abutment teeth via each protrusion protruding portion. It is characterized in that it can be occluded by the intermediate missing tooth denture and the two abutment teeth while transmitting to the film.

Since the periodontal membrane of the abutment tooth is healthy, the denture can be firmly attached to and supported by the abutment tooth at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture. Thereby, sufficient chewing comfort can be tasted by the abutment tooth and the intermediate missing tooth denture. In addition, since the magnet is completely housed in the denture, it prevents the adverse effects on the taste caused by the magnetic substance, and also causes the problem of accidental ingestion such as broken magnets and fragments thereof in the conventional example. There is no need to make it happen.

Hereinafter, the denture according to the present invention and its attachment will be introduced. As described above, the present invention relates to a periodontal ligament type denture. Here we describe the definition and technical significance of periodontal ligament dentures.

The tooth roots embedded inside the upper and lower gingiva with respect to the tooth tissue are covered with hard cementum on the surface, and the upper and lower jaws are covered by a very hard fiber connective tissue called periodontal ligament. Connected to the bone around the root of the tooth.

Because each tooth has such a structure, it can withstand a very large occlusal force of about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 to 900 tons per 1 m 2 )) and chew food. It is like that.

However, in the case of a person who has a habit of biting strongly from a young age, the large occlusal force mentioned above has been applied to the periodontal ligament over the years, and the periodontal ligament itself is compressed and damaged, leading to resorption of the jawbone, causing tooth swaying and aging. As a result, tooth loss occurs.

Therefore, people who have a habit of strongly biting teeth should wear mucosal load dentures on the missing teeth so that excessive occlusal force does not act on the abutment teeth of the denture as much as possible. Minimize the progress of film damage, especially when the number of abutments is reduced, so that no further loss of abutments essential for attaching a denture is caused.

In other words, in the case of such a denture wearer, especially when the number of missing teeth increases, a mucosal burden denture is used as a denture attached to the abutment tooth so that damage to the periodontal ligament of the remaining abutment tooth does not progress.

On the other hand, people who do not have a strong bite as described above during meals generally have a healthy periodontal ligament even when they are elderly, and some periodontal ligaments are damaged and teeth are lost. However, the number of missing teeth is small and the number of remaining teeth is usually large. In such a person, even when a denture is attached to the missing tooth, the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth is healthy, and since there are many remaining teeth, it can be occluded while distributing the occlusal force to each remaining tooth From the viewpoint, the periodontal ligament type denture is used without using the mucosal type denture as described above.

In addition, even if a person with a strong bite has a large number of remaining teeth, the periodontal ligament type denture can be supported as the occlusal force can be distributed to each remaining tooth for the same reason as described above. If it is attached to the tooth and the bite is strongly bitten, the once attached periodontal ligament type denture can be used for a long time.

Thus, it can be said that it will become important in the future to improve the quality of life in the aging society in recent years by properly using periodontal ligament dentures and mucous membrane burden dentures according to the situation. In the present invention, on the premise that a periodontal ligament burden denture is used, a configuration unique to the present invention will be described together with this effect in the following embodiments and modifications thereof.

In the following description of the first and second embodiments and their modifications, each component is also shown in the drawings, but the shape and size of each component in each drawing are exactly the same. I have not let it. This is because these differences in shape and dimensions are all included in the scope of the present invention, and are therefore made easy to understand for convenience of explanation. Accordingly, it should be noted that differences in the shape and dimensional relationship of each component in each drawing do not affect the scope of the present invention at all.

Further, in the description related to each drawing, the vertical direction is determined with reference to a direction in which the upper side is the artificial tooth (denture body) side of the denture and the lower side is the denture base side. The plan view is a state seen from the tip side of the denture tooth. Further, portions to be hatched in the drawings are appropriately omitted for easy understanding of the description.

First, the denture and its attachment according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing a partial cross section of the structure of a denture and its attachment according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the denture and its attachment attachment shown in FIG. 1 in a partial cross section. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment.

The denture and its attachment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as “denture and its attachment 1” as appropriate) are a free-end denture 10 attached to one abutment 80 and its attachment. It consists of an attachment 20.

The attachment 20 has a metal crown 210 to be attached to one abutment tooth 80 and a protrusion 220 made of a magnetic material provided at a predetermined position around the metal crown 210 and having at least a part of the peripheral surface curved. ing.

The protrusion 220 has a substantially spherical shape in the present embodiment. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 220 has a concave portion on the base end side of the spherical body, that is, a portion on the base side of the abutment tooth 80, and in the state shown in FIG. A distal end 136 of a lower end portion 135 extending from a lower end of a recessed engagement portion 130 described later enters and engages with the lower recess portion 222. The protrusion 220 is made of a magnetic material, and is made of, for example, stainless steel, a gold alloy, a platinum alloy, or the like that is excellent in strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

In the protrusion 220, the base end 221 of the protrusion 220 is joined to a part of the peripheral surface of the metal crown 210 by a third alloy, held by a cast metal, or brazed at the time of casting. The protruding portion 220 protrudes in the mounting direction of the free end denture 10.

A magnet 140 described later applies a magnetic pulling force to the projecting portion 220 made of a magnetic material so that the free end denture 10 is not separated from the abutment tooth 80. In the state shown in FIG. 3, the distal end 136 of the lower end portion 135 is caught in the lower recess 222 of the protruding portion 220 to assist the free end denture 10 from being separated from the abutment tooth 80. .

The free-end denture 10 includes at least one denture body 110 (111, 112, 113,...), A denture base 120 that supports the denture body 110, and a dent disposed at an end adjacent to the abutment tooth 80. And a magnet 140 which is housed in the magnet holder 150 and embedded in the denture body 110 and the denture base 120 and provided on the coupling portion side with the free end denture 10.

In the case of this embodiment, the recessed engagement portion 130 is formed integrally with the magnet holder 150. The recessed engaging portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 are made of, for example, stainless steel having excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance. The magnet holder 150 is made of a denture body 110 and a denture base 120 made of denture resin. Embedded inside. Note that the recessed engaging portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 are not necessarily formed integrally, and they may be formed separately and firmly coupled to each other.

With this embodiment having such a configuration, the magnet 140 is not exposed in the mouth of the denture wearer, and the taste of the taste is not good depending on the material of the magnet 140. To prevent entry.

The engaging portion 130 with a recess has a recessed portion 131 into which the protruding portion 220 fits on the surface facing the abutment tooth 80 when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80. Furthermore, the surface of the gingiva 800 is constant with the loose end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 at the lower end portion 135 (the lower end of FIGS. 1 and 3) of the denture base side of the recessed engagement portion 130. (See the space S1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3).

The size of the dent 131 is a dimension that does not interfere with each other when the dent 131 is inserted to engage the protrusion 220 with the dent 131. Thereby, in the state which attached the free end denture 10 to the abutment tooth 80, the protrusion part 220 has the lower side recessed part 222 and the lower end part 135 according to the attraction force of the magnet 140 with which the free end denture 10 was equipped, and the case. It is pressed against the dent 131 by the engaging force with the tip 136.

And since the protrusion part 220 has a substantially spherical body, the engaging part 130 with a recess moves like a so-called universal joint by using the protrusion part 220 fitted to the recess part 131 as a fulcrum. Specifically, the recessed engagement portion 130 that accommodates the protruding portion 220 in a fitted state moves within a predetermined center angle range with the center of the protruding portion 220 as the rotation center, so that the extension end of the free end denture 10 is extended. The present direction can be changed within a predetermined extension angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80.

In addition, the lower end portion 135 is attached to the upper surface of the gingiva 800 where the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is attached to the entire bottom surface with saliva interposed in a state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80. Thus, they are arranged to face each other with a certain space S1 therebetween.

Further, the end of the recess 131 opposite to the lower end 135, that is, the upper end of FIGS. 1 and 3 is closed by a part of the denture body 110.

Based on the above-described configuration, the protrusion 220 is engaged with the recessed engagement portion 130 as shown in FIG. By combining, the free-end denture 10 is coupled to the abutment tooth 80, and the bottom surface of the denture base 120 of the free-end denture 10 is gingival via saliva in the mouth (see the portion indicated by dot D in FIG. 1). The free end denture 10 is firmly attached to the abutment tooth 80 while maintaining a predetermined play by being in close contact with the upper surface of 800.

Further, in a state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 220 is fitted into the recessed engaging portion 130, and at least a part of the curved portion of the protruding portion 220 (in this embodiment). The relative position and the relative angle of the free end denture 10 with respect to the abutment tooth 80 can be changed within a predetermined range while a considerable portion) remains in the recessed engagement portion 130 by the magnetic pulling force.

When the occlusal force acts on the denture body 110 at the time of occlusion (see force F1 shown in FIG. 4), the free end denture 10 is the end opposite to the abutment tooth 80 of the denture base 120 (the right end in FIG. 4). Until the projection part 220 fitted to the recessed engagement part 130 moves around the center of rotation.

Thereby, among saliva (refer to the dot-shaped portion D shown in FIG. 1) intervening in the entire lower surface of the denture base 120 before occlusion, the denture base 120 and the gingiva 800 on the opposite side to the abutment tooth 80 when occlusal. The saliva intervening between them is pushed out, and the denture base 120 and the gingiva 800 in this portion are brought into close contact with each other without the saliva (see the interposition position of the dot-shaped portion D shown in FIG. 4).

Since the denture according to the first embodiment of the present invention and its attachment 1 have the above-described configuration, the following operational effects can be exhibited. Specifically, at the time of occlusion, the end of the free end denture 10 opposite to the abutment tooth 80 is pressed against the gingiva 800 and pressed, and the end of the free end denture 10 on the abutment tooth side is one of the occlusal forces. The portion can be made to act only in the substantially axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 (see the change in the state shown in FIG. 4 from the state shown in FIG. 1 and the occlusal force F1 in FIG. 4).

As a result, the occlusal force applied to the free end denture 10 can be evenly shared between the abutment tooth 80 and the portion of the free end denture 10 pressed against the gingiva 81, and the occlusal force is prevented from being applied only to the abutment tooth 80. This contributes to reducing the burden on the abutment tooth 80.

Moreover, it is not preferable that the extension direction of the free-end denture 10 is generated in the free-end denture having a form that maintains the same state as before the occlusion without changing the angle with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80. Generation of a moment, that is, a moment that tilts the abutment tooth 80 with respect to the central axis before the occlusion is suppressed.

As a result, the free end denture side of the periodontal ligament 81 is crushed and excessive compressive stress is generated, or the side opposite to the free end prosthesis 10 of the periodontal ligament 81 is forcibly pulled to generate excessive tensile stress. To prevent.

In other words, the force applied to the abutment tooth 80 is equal to the force applied (the applied force and the direction of action) to which the occlusal force before the free end denture 10 is attached is applied (the applied force and the applied action). Direction). Thereby, while maintaining the healthy state of the periodontal ligament 81, the abutment tooth 80 can be kept long without being damaged, and the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 can be used for a long period of time.

Moreover, even if a person has a strong bite, if the habitual bite type free-end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 with a large number of remaining teeth and the habit of strongly biting is changed, further residual teeth can be obtained. It is possible to prevent the loss of the abutment tooth 80 without deteriorating the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth and to continue to use the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 for a long period of time while preventing the loss. it can.

In addition, the force exerted on the protrusion 220 caused by the inclination of the free end denture 10 at the time of occlusion can be applied in the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 in the same manner as at the time of normal occlusion without a denture. This action suppresses acting in the direction in which the protruding portion 220 is pulled toward the free end denture 10, that is, in the lateral direction intersecting the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80. Thereby, even during occlusion, there is no need to cause a problematic phenomenon that occurs in the conventional example in which the abutment tooth 80 is pulled down while pulling toward the free end denture 10.

As a result, the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 81 on the free end denture side of the abutment tooth 80 (the right periodontal ligament in FIG. 4) is forcibly crushed or the periodontal ligament on the opposite side of the free end denture 10 of the abutment tooth 80 (see FIG. The periodontal ligament on the left side in FIG. 4 is not forcedly stretched and the periodontal ligament 81 is prevented from being damaged by long-term occlusion after the denture is mounted, and the denture can be used for a long period of time. it can.

Further, by forming a space S1 between the gingival 800 in which the engaging portion 130 with the recess and the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 are in contact with each other, the free end denture 10 is recessed when being attached to or removed from the abutment tooth 80. Without the pressing engagement portion 130 being pressed against the gingiva 800, the attachment and detachment of the free end denture 10 with respect to the abutment tooth 80 can be performed easily and comfortably.

In addition, since the space S1 is formed between the gingival 800 where the engagement portion 130 with the recess and the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 come into contact with each other, the protrusion 220 of the metal crown 210 and the protrusion 220 after the denture is removed. There will be a wider gap between the opposing gingiva 800. By creating such a gap, when the denture is removed and the abutment tooth 80 is polished with a toothbrush or the like, the food waste accumulated in this gap can be easily removed. As a result, these portions do not remain clogged in this portion, and subsequent generation of decay and bad breath can be prevented.

In addition, the size of the opening of the recessed portion 131 is a size that does not interfere when inserted to engage the protruding portion 220, and the protruding portion 220 is fitted into the recessed portion 131 only by the attractive force of the magnet 140. By doing so, it is not necessary to strictly manage the dimensional tolerance between the opening of the recess 131 and the protrusion 220. Thereby, while being able to aim at the cost reduction of the free end denture 10, when attaching or removing the free end denture 10 to the abutment tooth 80, it can attach or detach easily.

As a result, it is possible to give the denture wearer a comfortable feeling of wearing and biting comfort, continue to bite comfortably while biting food, continue to wear the free-end denture 10 without being stressed, and enjoy a meal Will be able to. As a result, food can be digested properly, and it can contribute to the improvement of physical condition while maintaining the health that is particularly important for the elderly.

In addition, there is no extra space between the abutment tooth 80 and the free-end denture 10 at the time of occlusion, and food that cannot be bitten by being caught in such a space may be swallowed as it is, leading to indigestion in the gastrointestinal tract. Absent.

As described above, the extending direction of the free-end denture 10 can be reasonably changed within a predetermined angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80. Thereby, it is not necessary to apply an excessive force to the connection portion between the abutment tooth 80 and the free end denture 10 at the time of occlusion. Similarly, a comfortable wearing feeling can be given to the denture wearer, and the abutment tooth 80 can be made to last for a long time without applying excessive stress to the abutment tooth 80.

As a result, it can be avoided that an excessive force is applied to the abutment tooth 80 to damage the periodontal ligament 81 and the periodontal ligament itself is crushed, and loss of the valuable abutment tooth 80 can be prevented. Further, it is possible to prevent the gingiva 800 from being damaged due to the breakage of the joint portion of the denture and the problem of accidental ingestion of the damaged portion.

Further, the end of the free end denture 10 opposite to the abutment tooth 80 is pressed against the gingiva 800 during occlusion, and the end of the free end denture 10 on the abutment tooth side supports a part of the occlusal force. It can be applied only in the axial direction of the base tooth 80. Thereby, the undesired moment associated with the use of the free end denture having a form in which the extending direction of the free end denture 10 maintains the same state as before the occlusion without changing the angle with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80. That is, the generation of a moment that tilts the abutment tooth with respect to the central axis thereof is suppressed.

As a result, it is prevented that the free end denture side of the periodontal ligament 81 is crushed and excessive compressive stress is generated, or the opposite side of the free end denture of the periodontal ligament 81 is forcibly pulled to generate excessive tensile stress. To do.

Thereby, while maintaining the healthy state of the periodontal ligament 81 and making the abutment tooth 80 last long without being damaged, the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 can be continuously used over a long period of time.

Moreover, even if a person has a strong bite, if the habitual bite type free-end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 with a large number of remaining teeth and the habit of strongly biting is changed, further residual teeth can be obtained. While preventing loss, preventing loss of the abutment tooth 80 without deteriorating the periodontal membrane 81 of the abutment tooth 80, and continuing to use the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 for a long period of time. Can do.

Further, the force exerted on the protruding portion 220 caused by the inclination of the free-end denture 10 at the time of occlusion acts in the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 in the same way as at the time of normal occlusion without a denture, and the protruding portion 220 is made free-end denture. 10, that is, acting in the transverse direction intersecting the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 is suppressed. As a result, the problem which arises in the conventional free end denture which has the form which pulls down the abutment tooth 80 toward the free end denture 10 also at the time of occlusion can be avoided.

As a result, the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 81 on the free end denture side of the abutment tooth 80 is not forcedly crushed, or the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 81 on the opposite side of the free end denture 10 of the abutment tooth 80 is not forcibly extended. The periodontal ligament 81 is prevented from being damaged by long-term occlusion after the free-end denture 10 is mounted.

In addition, when attaching the free end denture 10 to the abutment tooth 80, one end of the free end denture 10 is projected to the protruding portion 220 of the abutment tooth 80 while twisting the free end denture 10 around its extending direction with a fingertip. The free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 by pressing the dent 131 provided in. On the other hand, when removing the free end denture 10 from the abutment tooth 80, one end of the free end denture 10 from the protrusion 220 of the abutment tooth 80 while twisting the free end denture 10 around its extending direction with a fingertip. The free end denture 10 is removed from the abutment tooth 80 by removing the recess 131 provided in

When the free end denture 10 is attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 described above, a space S1 is formed between the lower end portion 135 and the gingiva 800 where the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 contacts, so the lower end portion 135 is Without being pressed against the gingiva 800, the abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 can be attached and detached easily and comfortably without pain.

In particular, since the protrusion 220 has a substantially spherical body, when the free end denture 10 is attached to or detached from the abutment tooth 80, the curved surface of the protrusion 220 is used to smoothly receive the resistance. It can be attached and detached. Further, when the free-end denture 10 is pressed or pulled against the abutment tooth 80 as the denture is attached or detached, a certain degree of freedom can be given in the pressing direction or the pulling direction. It becomes easy to do. As a result, a denture wearer who cannot move his fingertip dexterously can easily attach and detach the abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 alone.

As described above, the free-end denture 10 is unlikely to be detached from the abutment tooth 80 in a normal use state, and it is very easy to attach and detach the denture when pinching and attaching with a finger.

Further, the space S1 is formed between the lower end portion 135 and the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 so that the protrusion 220 of the metal crown 210 and the protruding portion 220 of the metal crown 210 are removed. There will be a wider gap between the opposing gingiva 800. By generating such a gap, a sufficient gap can be secured between the protrusion 220 and the upper surface of the gingiva 800 when the abutment tooth 80 is polished with a toothbrush after the free end denture 10 is removed. . As a result, it is possible to easily remove the eating residue of the food accumulated in the gap, the eating residue does not remain clogged, and the subsequent generation of tooth decay and bad breath can be prevented.

In addition, while the end (the upper end in FIGS. 1 and 3) opposite to the lower end 135 of the recess 131 is blocked by a portion of the denture body 110, It is possible to reliably prevent food from getting into the recess 131 and clogging.

Further, the groove width of the recess 131 is such that it does not interfere when inserted to engage the protrusion 220, and the protrusion 220 is held by the recess 131 only by the attractive force of the magnet 140. This eliminates the need to strictly manage the dimensional tolerance between the recess 131 and the protrusion 220. Thereby, while being able to aim at the cost reduction in the recessed part process of the dentures 10, when attaching or removing the dentures 10 to the abutment tooth 80, it can attach or detach easily.

If the magnetic force of the magnet 140 is made strong enough, the free end denture 10 can be firmly coupled to the abutment tooth 80 even with only the magnetic attraction. However, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, a concave portion 222 is provided in the lower part of the spherical body that is the protruding portion 220, and the tip 136 of the lower end portion 135 is engaged with this portion, in addition to the attractive force of the magnet 140. By using this engaging force as an auxiliary force, it is not necessary to take a complicated structure for preventing the protruding portion 220 from separating from the recessed portion 131. That is, the shape of the lower end portion 135 can be made simpler, and the processing cost of this portion can be reduced.

FIG. 5 shows a lower end portion 137 having a simpler configuration in which the shape of the lower end portion 135 is changed in accordance with the above description. Accordingly, the lower recess 222 that engages the tip 136 of the lower end 135 provided in the lower portion of the protrusion 220 of the first embodiment is not shown in the configuration shown in FIG. That is, in FIG. 5, the lower portion is provided with a spherical protrusion 220 having no recess. Even such a form belongs to the scope of the present invention.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing an example of attachment positions of the denture and its attachment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In this figure, the free end denture 10 according to the first embodiment is attached to the abutment tooth 80 on the missing back teeth on both sides of the lower tooth. You may attach to the missing part. That is, as long as even one abutment tooth 80 to which the free-end denture 10 is attached remains in an appropriate place, the first embodiment can be applied to any part without being limited to the attached state of FIG.

In addition, according to circumstances, the free end denture 10 is provided with a fixing device such as a clasp at a position that is a free end portion opposite to the coupling side with the abutment tooth 80 and is difficult to see from the outside even when the mouth is wide open. The free end denture 10 may be attached more firmly by engaging with the remaining tooth on the free end side.

In addition, unlike the above-mentioned embodiment, the protrusion part may comprise the substantially hemispherical shape. Even if the protruding portion has a substantially hemispherical shape, the above-described operation can be easily realized.

Subsequently, a modification of the above-described first embodiment will be described. FIG. 7 is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 and showing a modification of the first embodiment. FIG. 8 is a plan view corresponding to FIG. 2 partially showing a modification of the first embodiment. In addition, about the structure equivalent to the above-mentioned embodiment, the code | symbol corresponding is attached | subjected as needed, and detailed description of the structure is abbreviate | omitted. Further, in FIG. 8, cross-sectional hatching is omitted in order to facilitate understanding of the description.

In this modification, the protrusion 260 is thinner in the thickness of the connection part 261 with the metal crown 210 than the other part of the protrusion 260. Further, the shape of the recessed engagement portion 160 is slightly different from that of the above-described embodiment.

Specifically, the width 161a of the abutment tooth side opening of the recessed portion 161 is set so that the free-end denture 10A can be attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 by a pushing force or a pulling force by a finger of the denture wearer. In addition to the magnetic attractive force that the magnet 140 exerts on the protrusion 260 when the free-end denture 10A is attached, the protrusion 260 is prevented from being detached from the recess 161 due to the engaging force that the opening of the recess 161 exerts on the protrusion 260. Dimensioned to the extent you want.

Referring to the drawing, the width 161a of the abutment tooth side opening of the recessed portion 161 of the recessed engagement portion 160 is larger than the maximum width of the protruding portion 260, that is, the diameter 260a of the protruding portion 260 in FIG. The width 161b in the recess is slightly narrower than that of the maximum width of the protrusion 260, that is, the diameter 260a of the protrusion 260 in FIG.

Since the relative relationship between the recessed portion 161 and the protruding portion 260 has such a so-called latch-engaged relationship as to each other, once the protruding portion 260 is engaged with the recessed portion 161, coupled with the attractive force received from the magnet 140. The protruding portion 260 is difficult to be removed from the recessed portion 161.

As a result, once the free end denture 10A is attached to the abutment 80, the free end denture 10A is not easily detached from the abutment 80, and it can be firmly tasted and easily digested even with relatively hard food. You can bite and eat.

Note that it is needless to say that the form of the lower end portion 137 in which the tip shown in FIG.

Next, the denture and its attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. The invention according to the second embodiment also relates to the invention of the periodontal ligament type denture according to the first embodiment and its modification. Here, as for the definition of the periodontal ligament type denture and its technical significance, the contents described at the beginning of the embodiment for carrying out the invention are used.

FIG. 9 is a side view showing a partial cross section of a denture and its attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing the denture shown in FIG. 9 and its attachment in a partial cross section. Moreover, Fig.11 (a) is a side view corresponding to FIG. 9 for demonstrating the effect | action of 2nd Embodiment. In addition, about the structure equivalent to the above-mentioned 1st Embodiment and its modification, corresponding code | symbol is attached | subjected to drawing suitably, and detailed description by a text is abbreviate | omitted.

The denture according to the second embodiment of the present invention and its attachment 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as “denture and its attachment 2” as appropriate) are supported at both ends by sandwiching the missing tooth portion of the remaining few teeth. These are dentures and attachments for attaching the intermediate missing tooth dentures 50 to the base teeth 91 and 92 (90) via attachments 60 and 70, respectively.

The attachments 60 and 70 are the base ends of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) on the peripheral surfaces of the metal crowns 610 and 710 with the metal crowns 610 and 710 placed on the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90), respectively. Convex protrusions 630 and 740 made of a magnetic material extending from the portion toward the tip.

The intermediate missing tooth denture 50 includes at least one denture body 510 (511, 512, 513,...), A denture base 520 to which the denture body 510 is attached, and the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 at both ends. Engagement parts attached to the respective abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90), and protruding protrusions 630 and 740 provided on the metal crowns 610 and 710 covering the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) slide. In the vicinity of both ends of the convex sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 to be fitted in a possible state and the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 and inside the joint portion side of the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) Magnets 550 and 560 accommodated therein are provided.

In the case of the present embodiment, the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular end view (plan view) as shown in FIGS. 10 and 13A, and the protruding sliding grooves 531 and 541 are convex. In order to hold the protrusions 630 and 740 in a slidable manner, the protrusions 630 and 740 have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape that is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the substantially circular outer surface in plan view.

Further, the convex sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 formed at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 are magnet holders 570 and 580 that extend to the opposite side to the protruding portion side as in the first embodiment. And is formed integrally. Similarly to the first embodiment, the protruding sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 and the magnet holders 570 and 580 are made of, for example, stainless steel having excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance, and the magnet holders 570 and 580 The portion is embedded in a denture body 510 made of denture resin. As a result, similarly to the first embodiment, the magnets 550 and 560 accommodated in the magnet holders 570 and 580 are not exposed to the outside of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50.

Then, the convex protrusions 630 and 740 are slidably engaged with the convex sliding grooves 531 and 541 of the convex sliding engagement portions 530 and 540, so that the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 has two pieces. The denture base 520 of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is in close contact with the gingiva 800 while interposing saliva on the entire bottom surface while being coupled to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90). It is designed to be attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) of the book.

Further, the magnets 550 and 560 provided in the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 exert a magnetic pulling force on the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 of the metal crowns 610 and 710 provided in the vicinity thereof, whereby the intermediate missing tooth denture. 50 is prevented from being detached from the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90).

Further, when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90), the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is held between the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) by a magnetic pulling force. In order to allow the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) to be translated in a predetermined amount in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), the protruding protrusions 630 of the metal crowns 610 and 710 are provided. , 740 are slidable within the convex sliding engagement portions 530, 540 of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50.

The protruding portions 630 and 740 abut against the denture tip side groove end portions 530b and 540b of the protruding sliding engagement portions 530 and 540, so that the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 sandwiches both ends thereof. It can be securely attached to the teeth 91 and 92 (90).

That is, the denture tip side groove end portions 530b and 540b of the ridge sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 serve as a denture attachment stopper when the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 slide. Thus, the denture front end side groove end portions 530b and 540b serve as denture attachment stoppers, so that the occlusal force during occlusion is equally transmitted to the respective abutments 91 and 92, respectively.

Further, the denture tip side groove end portions 530b and 540b are denture attachment stoppers, so that they are blocked by the inner portion of the denture body 510, and when the teeth are bitten while eating food, the ridges are raised. The food waste is prevented from entering the dynamic engagement portion.

In addition, when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is attached, a predetermined gap is provided between the gingival side denture base side ends 530a and 540a of the ridge sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 and the gingiva 800 opposed thereto. Spaces S3 and S4 are formed.

The denture base side ends 530a and 540a of the convex sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 are open, and the abutment tooth is used when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90). The upper ends of the protruding protrusions 630, 740 of 91, 92 (90) can be inserted into the protruding sliding groove.

In addition, it is preferable to taper these insertion portions. Thus, when attaching the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90) at both ends, the protruding sliding engagement portions 530, 540 at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 are connected to each abutment tooth. 91, 92 (90) can be simultaneously inserted into the protruding protrusions 630, 740 without difficulty, and the denture wearer can easily attach the intermediate missing denture denture 50 to the abutment teeth 91, 92 (90). It becomes possible.

In addition, in order to easily fit the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 into the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) at both ends, the corner edges at the upper ends of the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 are chamfered or tapered. In addition, the lower end openings of the groove portions 531 and 541 formed on the denture base side end portions 530a and 540a of the protrusion sliding groove portions 531 and 541 at positions where the protrusion protrusion portions 630 and 740 enter are generally chamfered. Or have a tapered shape.

FIG. 12 is an explanatory view showing an example of the attachment position of the denture and its attachment 2 according to the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. This figure shows an example in which the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 according to the second embodiment is attached by sliding from above with respect to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) sandwiching the denture. In the same manner, the intermediate missing dental prosthesis 50 may be slid from below and attached to the missing tooth portion sandwiched between the upper two teeth.

Even in the case where the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 according to this embodiment is attached to the missing portion of the upper tooth, the magnets 550 and 560 hold the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 firmly with magnetic force, respectively. The intermediate missing tooth denture 50 can be firmly attached to the abutment tooth 90 by abutting the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 against the denture tip side groove ends 530b and 540b of the protruding sliding grooves 531 and 541. .

In this way, in addition to the arrangement shown in FIG. 12, if there is an intermediate missing portion of the tooth between at least one abutment tooth 91, 92 (90), the upper and lower teeth are affected. This embodiment can be applied.

When the intermediate missing dental prosthesis 50 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is attached to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) at both ends, all the problems described in the column of problems to be solved by the present invention are all obtained. It can be solved at once.

Specifically, since the periodontal membranes 81 and 82 of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 are healthy, the dentures are firmly attached to and supported by the abutment teeth 91 and 92 at both ends of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50. Can do. Thereby, sufficient abutment feeling can be tasted by the abutment teeth 91 and 92 and the intermediate missing tooth denture 50.

In addition, since the magnets 550 and 560 are completely accommodated in the intermediate missing dental prosthesis 50, the magnetic material is prevented from adversely affecting the taste, and a magnet broken during occlusion and its No problem of accidental ingestion such as debris.

Moreover, since the generation | occurrence | production of the moment which tries to collapse this with respect to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 at the time of occlusion can be suppressed after denture installation, damage to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 can be prevented.

In addition, the force exerted on the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 generated at the time of occlusion acts in the axial direction of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 in the same manner as at the time of normal occlusion without a denture, and the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 are intermediate. An action in the direction of pulling toward the missing denture denture 50, that is, the lateral direction intersecting the axial direction of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 is suppressed. As a result, it is possible to avoid problems caused by using a conventional intermediate defective denture having a configuration in which the abutment teeth 91 and 92 are pulled down toward the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 even during occlusion.

That is, the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligaments 81 and 82 of the abutment teeth 91 and 92 on the intermediate missing tooth denture side is forcibly crushed, or the periodontal ligament 81 on the opposite side of the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 of the abutment teeth 91 and 92, The periodontal ligaments 81 and 82 are prevented from being damaged by long-term occlusion after the denture is attached without forcibly extending the fibrous tissue 82.

In addition, when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is attached, predetermined spaces S3 and S4 are formed between the end portions on the gingival side of the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 and the gingiva 800 facing the end portions. Thus, when the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 is removed and the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) are polished with a toothbrush or the like, the gap between the gingival side lower ends of the protruding protrusions 630 and 740 and the gingival upper surface facing the ridges A sufficient gap can be secured, and the food waste accumulated in the gap can be easily removed. As a result, these portions do not remain clogged in this portion, and subsequent generation of decay and bad breath can be prevented.

Moreover, when the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) are polished with a toothbrush or the like after removing the intermediate missing dental prosthesis 50, the first embodiment and its modification are provided because the spaces S3 and S4 described above are present. Similarly, a sufficient gap can be ensured between the gingival-side lower ends of the ridge protrusions 630 and 740 and the gingival upper surface opposite thereto. As a result, the food waste accumulated in the gap can be easily removed. As a result, these portions do not remain clogged in this portion, and subsequent generation of decay and bad breath can be prevented.

In addition, since the denture tip side groove end portions 530b and 540b of the ridge sliding engagement portions 530 and 540 serve as stoppers of the ridge protrusion portions 630 and 740, the occlusal force (see F2 in FIG. 11) is generated during occlusion. It is evenly transmitted from the distal end groove end portions 530b and 540b to the abutment teeth 91 and 92 having healthy periodontal membranes 81 and 82 through the protruding protrusion portions 630 and 740.

Thereby, the denture wearer can enjoy a comfortable wearing feeling and a biting feeling of the intermediate missing denture 50 in occlusion. As a result, as described above, the user can continue to bite comfortably while biting the food, and can enjoy a meal without being stressed. Thereby, the maintenance of the health especially important for elderly people and the improvement in a physical condition can be aimed at by aiming at good digestion absorption of food.

Subsequently, a modification of the above-described second embodiment will be described. FIG. 13B is a plan view partially showing the first modification of the second embodiment, FIG. 13C is a plan view partially showing the second modification, and FIG. FIG. 10 is a plan view partially showing a third modification.

In FIGS. 13 and 14, only the left side portion of the denture is shown, but the right side has the same configuration, and therefore the right side is not shown. I try to write it.

In these modified examples, the end surface view of the protruding protrusion is changed to a substantially circular shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the protruding groove sliding groove for engaging and sliding is changed to a protruding protrusion. It has been changed to match the shape.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 13B, the shape of the protruding protrusions 632 and 742 may be substantially rectangular when viewed from the end, that is, from the upper surface side of the denture. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portions 532 and 542 is a substantially rectangular shape that is slightly larger than the ridge protrusion portions 632 and 742.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.13 (c), the shape of the protruding item | line protrusion part 633,743 may be substantially triangular shape seeing from an end surface view, ie, the upper surface side of a denture. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portions 533 and 543 is a substantially triangular shape that is slightly larger than the ridge protrusion portions 633 and 743.

Further, as shown in FIG. 13 (d), the protrusions 634 and 744 have a so-called mushroom shape in which the shape of the protrusions 634 and 744 is an end view, that is, a semicircular shape when viewed from the upper surface side of the denture It may be (an irregular semi-circular shape). In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portions 534 and 544 is an irregular mushroom shape (an irregular substantially semicircular shape) slightly larger than the ridge protrusion portions 634 and 744.

In the three modified examples described above, the upper edge of each protruding protrusion is chamfered so that the intermediate missing dental prosthesis 50 can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) at both ends. It is preferable that the opening is at the lower end of each protruding groove sliding groove and into which each protruding protrusion protrudes is chamfered or tapered.

Even if it is a structure like each modification demonstrated above, it can fully exhibit the effect | action of the denture based on this invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate | middle defect teeth, and its attachment attachment.

Finally, further modified examples different from the above-described second embodiment and modified examples will be described. FIG. 14 is a side view partially showing a fourth modification of the second embodiment. In this fourth modified example, which is a further modified example, the length of the groove in the direction of the groove is adapted to engage with sliding in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of the protruding groove sliding grooves 535 and 545 instead of the protruding protrusion. The metal crowns 610 and 710 are provided with projections 635 and 745 having a substantially circular shape in a short plan view and a sufficient plate thickness.

In FIG. 14, the protrusions 635 and 745 abut against the denture distal end side groove end portions 530 b and 540 b that serve as stoppers of the convex sliding groove portions 535 and 545, respectively. It is firmly attached to the two abutment teeth 91 and 92 that sandwich this. Even if it is such a structure, the effect | action of the denture based on this invention for attaching the denture 50 for intermediate | middle defect teeth and its attachment attachment can fully be exhibited.

14 shows a plan view, that is, a substantially circular shape similar to that of the second embodiment when viewed from the upper surface side of the denture, but the shape of the protrusion is not limited to this, and for example, a plan view is omitted. It may be oval, substantially rectangular, substantially triangular, or the above-mentioned irregular semicircular shape (mushroom shape). In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the ridge sliding groove portion into which the protruding portion is slidably fitted may be appropriately changed according to the shape of these protruding portions in plan view.

Also in the fourth modified example, the upper edge corner edge of the protrusion is chamfered over the entire circumference so that the intermediate missing tooth denture 50 can be easily fitted into the abutment teeth 91 and 92 (90) at both ends. In addition to being tapered, the opening at the lower end of the ridge sliding groove portions 535 and 545 and into which the protrusion is inserted is preferably chamfered or tapered.

In addition, each above-mentioned embodiment and each modification related to this are only what showed the exemplary aspect of this invention to the last, and if it is in the range which can exhibit the effect of this invention, these will be shown. Needless to say, the present invention includes various modifications equivalent to the embodiments.

Therefore, for example, in the first embodiment and the modification thereof, the groove width of the groove portion does not have to be the same in the groove extending direction as long as the protruding portion can be engaged, and has an elongated elliptical shape vertically. Also good.

Further, for example, in each of the above-described embodiments and the modifications thereof, the denture body has been described as being two or more, but only one is included in the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in 2nd Embodiment, although opening of the denture front end side groove | channel edge part was obstruct | occluded by the convex sliding engagement part, it may be obstruct | occluded directly by a part of denture main body instead. Needless to say.

Needless to say, the definitions of the substantially spherical body and the substantially circular shape in the first embodiment, the second embodiment, and the modifications thereof include so-called egg shape and elliptical shape.

Furthermore, although it demonstrated on the assumption that it is a natural tooth as an abutment tooth in each above-mentioned embodiment and its various modifications, even if it is a case where an implant is used instead of a natural tooth as an abutment tooth, the implant A sufficient effect can be achieved by attaching the metal crown according to the present invention.

Specifically, as described above, after mounting the denture, it is possible to suppress the generation of moment to try to collapse the abutment tooth at the time of occlusion, so even when using an implant as an abutment tooth It is possible to prevent damage to the embedded portion of the implant.

As a result, for a denture wearer who cannot easily repair a strongly occluded eyelid, once it is damaged, the next unreplaceable implant can be made to last, and the entire implant is caused by the damage of the implant. The implant can be used for a long time while avoiding the worst situation of permanently remaining as a missing tooth site.

Therefore, even if the denture is an implant instead of a natural tooth, it is obvious that the present invention can be applied with sufficient effects and belongs to the scope of the present invention.
