Description

The present invention relates to a type of free-end denture in which one end of the free-end denture is detachably attached to one abutment tooth and an attachment thereof.

A mounting attachment made of a magnetic material is provided on one abutment tooth, a magnet that exerts a tensile force on this magnetic material is provided on the base end side, and the denture is detachably attached to the abutment tooth by the magnetic pulling force of both. The free end denture to be used has been conventionally known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The free-end denture described in Patent Document 1 has an L-shaped keeper attached to the surface of the metal crown of the abutment tooth as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and a hemispherical shape provided on the protruding portion of the L-shaped keeper. Hemispherical keeper surface engaging protrusion and keeper surface hemisphere that engage with the recess provided on one end side of the free end denture and the opposite surface of the L-shaped keeper facing the recess. A magnet unit is disclosed that includes a hemispherical recess that engages with a portion that faces the recess and has a magnet sandwiched between the two. The magnet unit is provided on the surface of the denture adjacent to the abutment tooth, and the L-shaped keeper and the magnet unit are pressed against each other for latch engagement, or the free end denture is pulled from the abutment tooth to release the latch engagement. The free end denture can be attached to and detached from the abutment tooth.

A more specific configuration of Patent Document 1 will be described in detail below. In column 4, lines 20 to 40 of Patent Document 1, as a specific configuration thereof, "another specific example of the present invention relating to a partial denture is shown in FIG. 5. In FIG. 5, the L-shaped keeper 25 has a metal crown. It is provided on the surface of 30 and the magnet unit 35 is attached to a removable denture. The keeper 25 has a hemispherical recess 42, a hemispherically protruding keeper surface 43, and an occlusal stopper 45. The magnet unit 35 has a magnet 36, a pole end 48 projecting hemispherically on the upper side, and a pole member 50 hemispherically recessed on the lower side. Both specific examples of the present invention are the same. When replaced with another specific example magnet assembly shown in FIG. 5, a corresponding hemispherical surface is formed as shown in FIG. 5 due to the occlusal force O shown in FIG. By having such an arrangement, the magnet unit can be moved so as to rotate a small angle around the hinge axis H until the occlusal stopper 45 contacts the upper pole end 48 to prevent further movement. While the occlusal force is acting, it prevents annoying phenomena such as hitting back and jumping up. When the occlusal force O is not applied, the entire denture returns to the position shown in FIG. 5. " ..

U.S. Pat. No. 4,508,507

In order to reduce the burden on the digestive organs after finely chewing and swallowing food, at the time of occlusion, it should be about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2 )). An extremely large occlusal force acts between the upper and lower teeth.

Therefore, since such a large occlusal force acts every time the denture is attached, the above-mentioned occlusal force is applied to the denture described in Patent Document 1 introduced as the prior art in countless times after the denture is attached. Will be added to the abutment tooth and its connecting part to be mounted.

Therefore, in the practically possible range of dimensions of the components of the connection with the abutment tooth of the prior art denture, these components quickly separate from each other and fall apart after a short occlusion. Or, there is a very high risk that each component itself will break and become a fine foreign substance and be swallowed with food.

The reason for this will be described in more detail below. From the contents disclosed in Patent Document 1, the dimensions of each component having the structure can be inevitably clarified. The reason is as follows.

The size of the abutment tooth on which the denture is attached and the denture itself are approximately constant. For example, in the case of a premolar, the width is generally 8 mm to 9 mm. Therefore, if the configuration disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art is to be applied to the premolar, the keeper in FIG. 5 of Patent Document 1 as the prior art The horizontal dimension of the portion of 25 extending in the horizontal direction is about 1.76 mm, the diameter of the curved portion of the keeper 25 is 0.5 mm, and the portion is opposite to the pole member 50 via the pole member 50 and the magnet 36. The vertical dimension in the figure of a member equivalent to the pole member 50 which is arranged and has a hemispherical pole end at the end is about 0.8 mm.

As is clear from these facts, each component of the connecting portion of the denture described in the prior art, which is a prior art, has very small dimensions and is made of any strong metal, resin, or the like. It is clear that even if even a small amount of force is applied, the components may peel off from each other or the components themselves may be damaged and separated.

In addition to the above, in order to chew food after attaching a denture, it is necessary not only to raise and lower the teeth, but also to chew them in a so-called grinding manner in the front-back and left-right directions. That is, in the so-called Cartesian coordinate system, it is necessary that movements in the three axial directions of the X-axis, the Y-axis, and the Z-axis are applied to the denture, and the denture also moves accordingly.

Especially at the stage of biting food, it is unlikely that a simple occlusal motion of simply biting the upper and lower teeth up and down is performed, and the food is crushed into small pieces and then ground and mixed with saliva. A so-called three-dimensional occlusal force that moves up and down while moving the upper and lower teeth in the lateral and front-back directions is applied to each tooth during occlusion. That is, for example, considering a Cartesian coordinate system, not only a simple vertical (Z-axis direction) occlusal force is applied, but also a front-back direction (X-axis direction) and a left-right direction (Y-axis direction) force are combined to form a three-dimensional structure. It will be applied as a complex resultant force with the magnitude and directionality of a typical vector. Due to bending in each tooth during occlusal moment or screws Ri moment also will act.

A more detailed description will be given of the fact that the very large forces and moments associated with occlusion constantly change as complex vectors as seen in the Cartesian coordinate system of XYZ. When chewing food, the lateral pterygoid muscles, joint heads, and glenoids move with each other in various combinations against the fixed and immobile maxilla, and the food is sheared and bitten or petitioned. They perform complex exercises such as chewing and grinding food.

Then, when chewing food in this way, the food that had the original size is gradually chewed and crushed into small pieces, so these movements are in the process of chewing. It works while changing in complicated directions. For this reason, even when the denture is attached to the abutment tooth and the food is chewed, the occlusal force is the complex resultant force of the Cartesian coordinate system of XYZ, as in the case of occlusal with a normal natural tooth. It acts as a vector while constantly changing its magnitude and direction. Considering the mandibular crushing motion that causes the masticatory motion when chewing food in this way, the occlusal motion after the denture is attached is a very complicated motion as in the case of the occlusal motion by the natural tooth. Can be understood.

For this reason as well, the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1 is responsible for a very large occlusal force that acts not only in the vertical direction but in a complicated three-dimensional direction on the free end denture and the abutment tooth at the time of occlusion. It turns out that is clearly impossible. As a result, after attaching the free end denture to the abutment tooth, as the normal occlusion is repeated several times, each component that attaches the free end denture to the abutment tooth becomes disjointed or shattered. It ends up.

In particular, in recent years, for example, foreign substances generated in the food processing process of a factory are mixed into food and accidentally swallowed, which has become a serious social problem. In particular, mixing of metal pieces and resin pieces is a serious social problem. It is considered to be the most important issue to prevent such an outbreak because it has a serious impact on health. Then, even when the invention disclosed in Patent Document 1 is carried out, as is clear from the above description, there is a sufficient possibility that a problem similar to this may occur. Therefore, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is clear that it is practically impossible to apply each component for attaching the denture to the abutment tooth in actual dentistry. I can say.

An object of the present invention is a free-end denture and its attachment attachment, which makes it easy to attach and detach the denture, and can be used for a long period of time while giving the denture wearer an excellent wearing feeling and a comfortable biting feeling during meals. Is to provide.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the free end denture and its attachment attachment according to claim 1 of the present invention are used.
In free-end dentures and their attachments, one end of which can be attached to a single abutment tooth
A metal crown that forms the abutment tooth by covering the remaining tooth, and the free end denture is viewed from a predetermined position on the peripheral surface of the metal crown when the free end denture is attached to the abutment tooth. Consists of a metal crown having a protruding portion on the end side facing the abutment tooth, and a free end denture having one end attached to the protruding portion of the metal crown and removable.
The protruding portion of the metal crown has a substantially spherical body made of a magnetic material and a fixing portion forming a connecting portion between the substantially spherical body and the metal crown.
The fixing portion comprises an embedded fixing portion arranged in the metal crown and a connecting fixing portion in which one end is connected to the embedded fixing portion and exposed from the surface of the metal crown to connect the substantially spherical body.
The thickness of the connection fixing portion is smaller than the outer diameter of the substantially spherical body, and the central axis direction of the connection fixing portion is the metal when the free end denture is attached to the abutment tooth. It extends from the lateral outer peripheral surface of the crown toward one end side of the free end denture facing the metal crown.
On one end side of the free-end denture facing the metal crown, a housing recess for accommodating the substantially spherical body so as to be able to be taken in and out is formed, and at the same time, in the vicinity of the housing recess and from the housing recess. It has a magnet provided inside the free end denture so as to be located on the other end side of the free end denture.
In addition to the inner peripheral surface of the accommodating recess being formed in a shape that matches the outer peripheral surface of the substantially spherical body, the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface are slidable with each other and the substantially spherical body is formed. Is formed so as to prevent the abutment tooth from sliding along the direction connecting the tip end and the proximal end of the abutment tooth in the accommodating recess.
When the free end denture is attached to the abutment tooth, the substantially sphere is formed in the accommodation recess while the outer peripheral surface of the substantially sphere engages with the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation recess. By staying with a magnetic tensile force, the free end denture can be attached to the abutment tooth with the bottom of the denture base of the free end denture in contact with the surface of the gingiva.
When the end opposite to one end of the free end denture is the other end, the recess provided at one end of the free end denture is used as a fulcrum according to the occlusal force acting on the free end denture at the time of occlusion. With the other end as the free end, the free end denture itself moves within the range in which the occlusal force acts, and the denture base of the free end denture matches the direction in which the free end denture acts at the time of the occlusal. The occlusal portion is pressed against the gingiva through the denture base, and the compressive repulsive force from the gingiva does not cause mechanical stress in the protruding portion or the accommodating recess that exceeds the allowable range of strength. It is possible to bite while absorbing force,
When the free end denture is attached to the abutment tooth and occluded, at least a part of the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion is at least a part of the inner peripheral surface of the accommodating recess in response to a change in the direction in which the occlusal force acts. Bending that occurs in the free end denture based on the fact that the relative contact state of each other is constantly changed while directly contacting a part, and the direction of action of the occlusal force changes not only in the vertical direction but also in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. Even if not only a moment but also a twisting moment is generated, the repulsive force from the gingiva generated when the denture base of the free end denture is pressed against the gingiva, the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion, and the inner circumference of the accommodating recess. It has a structure that prevents these moments from directly acting on the abutment teeth through the engaging force generated in the direct contact portion with the surface.
Even when the occlusal force acts on the free end denture in the three-dimensional direction at the time of occlusion, the state of attachment of the free end denture to the abutment tooth can be maintained.
The free-end denture has a recessed engagement portion until when an occlusal force acts on the denture body during occlusion, the end of the denture base opposite to the abutment tooth is pressed against the gingiva and becomes immobile. The movement of the free-end denture with respect to the abutment tooth maximizes the reaction force that the free-end denture receives from the gingiva at the time of occlusion. Only when it reaches it will it stop the movement of the free end denture.
The magnet is housed and arranged so as to extend inside the free end denture in the extending direction of the free end denture, and its surface is exposed to the outside of the free end denture during use of the free end denture. A structure in which a magnetic tensile force based on the arrangement state of the magnet arranged inside the free end denture matches the longitudinal direction of the free end denture and acts on the protrusion made of a magnetic material. As a result, the magnetic tensile force of the magnet acts on a substantially spherical body made of the magnetic material, so that the free end denture moves with respect to the abutment tooth as the denture wearer occludes. The magnetic tensile force acts so as to minimize the gap between the abutment tooth and the free end denture in the direction of alignment of the abutment teeth during the change of the facing posture.
The accommodating recess that accommodates the substantially spherical body of the protruding portion in a fitted state moves within a predetermined center angle range with the center of the substantially spherical body as the center of rotation, so that the extending direction of the free end denture is changed. The free end denture can be changed within a predetermined extension angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth, and the free end denture is the denture when an occlusal force acts on the denture body during occlusal. It is characterized in that the substantially spherical body fitted in the accommodating recess is moved around the center of rotation until the end portion of the floor opposite to the abutment tooth is pressed against the gingiva and becomes immobile .

As a result, the free end denture according to the present invention can be attached to the abutment tooth and continued to be used for a long period of time without causing mechanical stress exceeding the allowable range of strength in the protruding portion and the accommodating recess. It will be possible.

Hereinafter, the free end denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention will be introduced. The present invention relates to a free-end denture whose one end is a periodontal ligament-bearing type as described above and an attachment thereof. Here, the structure of the tooth tissue as a precondition for attaching the free end denture according to the present invention will be described.

With respect to tooth tissue The roots of each tooth embedded inside the gingiva of the maxilla and mandibular region are covered with hard cementum, and the periodontal ligament, a very hard fibrous connective tissue, separates the maxilla and mandibular bone. It is connected to the bone around the root of the tooth.

Since each tooth has such a tissue, it can withstand an extremely large occlusal force of about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2 )) and bite food. It is supposed to be crushed.

However, in the case of a person who has a habit of biting strongly from a young age, the above-mentioned large occlusal force is applied to the periodontal ligament for many years, and the periodontal ligament itself is compressed and damaged, leading to resorption of the mandible, causing tooth sway and aging. As the result becomes, tooth loss occurs.

Therefore, when the free end denture is attached and occlused, local stress or moment is not applied to the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth, and for a healthy periodontal ligament, the periodontal ligament itself is kept in a healthy state. For unhealthy periodontal ligament, it is important to prevent damage to the periodontal ligament itself as much as possible.

In the present invention, the abutment tooth itself, in particular, the periodontal ligament that firmly fixes the root to the mandible by connecting the root and the surrounding bone as a whole, is not damaged as much as possible, and an error that has become a social problem in recent years. Since the inventor conceived the structure of a free end denture that prevents drinking, the specific configuration will be described below.

In the following description of the first embodiment, its modification, and the second embodiment, each component is also shown in the drawings, but the shape and dimensions of each component in each drawing are strictly defined. Does not match. This is because, of course, all the differences in these shapes and dimensions are included in the scope of the present invention, and are intentionally drawn in an easy-to-understand manner for convenience of explanation. Therefore, it should be added that the difference in the shape and dimensional relationship of each component in each drawing does not affect the scope of the present invention at all.

Further, in the description related to each drawing, the vertical direction is determined based on the direction in which the upper side is the denture body side (artificial tooth side) and the lower side is the denture base side. In addition, the plan view is a state viewed from the tip side of the denture. In addition, parts that should be hatched in the drawings are omitted as appropriate to facilitate understanding of the explanation.

First, the denture and its attachment attachment according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing a structure of a denture and its attachment attachment according to the first embodiment of the present invention in a partial cross section. Further, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a partial cross section of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment. Further, FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment. Further, FIG. 4 is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 for explaining the operation of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the first embodiment. Further, in the following description, the reference numerals of the engaging portions of the denture and the abutment tooth are shown in particular detail in FIG.

In addition, in FIGS. 1 to 3, a gap is drawn between the substantially spherical body of the protruding portion provided on the metal crown and the engaging concave portion provided on the dented engaging portion of the denture. In fact, when a sufficient magnetic tensile force by a magnet acts on a substantially spherical body made of a magnetic material, both of them are in surface contact with each other as described in detail later. , Line contact, or point contact.

The denture and its attachment attachment 1 (hereinafter, appropriately simply referred to as “denture and its attachment attachment 1”) according to the first embodiment of the present invention are a free end denture 10 to be attached to one abutment tooth 80 and its attachment. It consists of attachment 20.

The mounting attachment 20 has a metal crown 200 to be attached to one abutment tooth 80, and a protruding portion 300 made of a magnetic material provided at a predetermined position around the metal crown 200 and having at least a part of its peripheral surface curved. ing.

The metal crown 200 is a crown made of metal that treats the crown portion when it is damaged by tooth decay or the like and covers the crown portion.

The projecting portion 300 has a substantially spherical body 310 made of a magnetic material, and a fixing portion 320 forming a connecting portion between the substantially spherical body 310 and the metal crown. The fixing portion 320 includes an embedded fixing portion 321 arranged in the metal crown, and a connecting fixing portion 322 having one end connected to the embedded fixing portion 321 and exposed from the surface of the metal crown 200 and connected to a substantially spherical body 310.

The connection fixing portion 322 forms a connecting portion between the substantially spherical body 310 and the embedded fixing portion 321 and forms a portion in contact with the surface of the metal crown 200, or a portion slightly protruding from the surface. Alternatively, it takes various forms in the present invention, such as forming a cylindrical portion having a predetermined length.

The thickness of the connection fixing portion 322 is smaller than the outer diameter of the substantially spherical body 310, and the direction of the central axis of the connection fixing portion 322 is the metal crown when viewed with the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth. It extends from the lateral outer peripheral surface toward one end side facing the metal crown 200 of the free end denture.

As described above, the protrusion 300 is made of a magnetic material, and for example, an alloy of stainless steel, gold, or platinum, which is excellent in strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, is used. Further, in the protruding portion 300, the embedded fixing portion 321 is bonded to a part of the peripheral surface of the metal crown 200 by a third alloy, gripped by a cast metal, or brazed at the time of casting the metal crown 200, and the metal crown 200 is formed. The protruding portion 300 projects from the peripheral surface of the denture in the mounting direction of the free end denture 10.

Then, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion 300 of the metal crown 200 is coupled to the other end of the connecting fixing portion 322 so that the extension line of the central axis of the connecting fixing portion passes through the center of the substantially spherical body or its vicinity. Has been done. As a result, when the occlusal force applied to the free end denture 10 is transmitted to the metal crown 200 via the substantially spherical body 310 and the connection fixing portion 322, local stress concentration is prevented as much as possible in the connection fixing portion 322. The occlusal force is dispersed over the entire metal crown and is transmitted to the root 82 and the periodontal ligament 83 as uniformly as possible through the crown 81.

However, in the present invention, the protruding portion 300 of the metal crown 200 does not necessarily have to be configured so that the extension line of the central axis of the connection fixing portion 322 passes through the center of the substantially spherical body 310 or its vicinity. That is, even if the structure is not such that the occlusal force applied to the free end denture 10 is transmitted to the entire metal crown, the transmitted force is dispersed over the entire metal crown, and the metal crown 200 passes through the crown 81 to the tooth root 82. It belongs to the scope of the present invention as long as it has a structure capable of transmitting the metal to the periodontal ligament 83 almost uniformly.

As shown in FIG. 3, the substantially spherical body 310 of the protrusion 300 has a lower recessed portion 323 in the lower portion on the base end side, that is, the connecting portion with the connection fixing portion 322, which can be seen from the figure. As described above, the tip 136 of the lower end portion 135 extending from the lower end of the recessed engaging portion 130, which will be described later, enters and engages with the lower recessed portion 323.

It should be noted that the shape of the lower end portion 135 in FIG. 1 and the shape of the lower end portion 135 in FIG. 3 are different from each other in the left side portion in the drawing, which indicates that any shape may be used in the present invention.

Then, the magnet 140, which will be described later, exerts a magnetic tensile force on the protruding portion 300 made of a magnetic material to prevent the free end denture 10 from separating from the abutment tooth 80. Further, in the state shown in FIG. 3, the tip 136 of the lower end portion 135 is caught in the lower recessed portion 323 of the protruding portion 300 to assist the free end denture 10 from being separated from the abutment tooth 80. ..

The free end denture 10 has at least one denture body 110 (111, 112, 113, ...), A denture base 120 that supports the denture body 110, and a recess arranged at an end adjacent to the abutment tooth 80. It has an engaging portion 130 and a magnet 140 that is housed in a magnet holder 150 and is embedded in a denture body 110 or a denture base 120 and provided on the joint portion side with a free end denture 10.

In the present embodiment, the magnet 140 is arranged so as to extend inside the two denture main bodies as shown in FIG. 1, and exerts a sufficiently large magnetic tensile force toward the protruding portion 300 made of the magnetic material. The free end denture 10 is designed to act in a direction that coincides with the extending direction.

In the present embodiment, the magnet 140 is arranged inside the denture body, but if a part of the magnet 140 is arranged on the denture base or the size of the denture body is small, the lower side of the denture body. It may be arranged only inside the denture base 120.

Further, in the present invention, since the magnet 140 is arranged so as to extend in the extending direction of the free end denture 10, the size of the magnet 140 corresponds to the number of denture bodies provided in the free end denture 10. That is, the magnitude of the magnetic tensile force exerted on the substantially spherical body 310 made of a magnetic material can be adjusted. As a result, when the free-end denture 10 having a large number of denture bodies and a long length in the longitudinal direction is attached to the abutment tooth 80, a sufficiently large magnetic tensile force that does not easily come off is applied to the abutment tooth 80. It can act on the protruding portion 300, which is a magnetic material provided on the metal crown 200.

On the other hand, the recessed engaging portion 130 is formed integrally with the magnet holder 150. The recessed engaging portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 are made of, for example, stainless steel, which has excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance, and the magnet holder 150 is a denture body 110 and a denture base 120 made of denture resin. It is embedded inside. The recessed engaging portion 130 and the magnet holder 150 do not necessarily have to be integrally formed, and they may be formed separately and firmly bonded to each other.

When the present embodiment has such a configuration, the magnet 140 is not exposed in the mouth of the denture wearer, and the material of the magnet 140 makes the taste uncomfortable, or fragments of the magnet 140 are in the mouth. It prevents you from entering.

The recessed engaging portion 130 has an engaging recessed portion 131 into which the protruding portion 300 fits into the surface side facing the abutment tooth 80 when viewed with the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80. There is. Further, the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 at the lower end 135 (lower end of FIGS. 1 and 3) of the recessed engaging portion 130 on the artificial denture base side, and is constant with the surface of the gingiva 85. Are spaced apart (see space S1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3).

The size of the engaging recess 131 is such that it does not interfere with each other when the protrusion 300 is inserted into the engaging recess 131 to engage the protrusion 300. As a result, when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 300 has the attractive force of the magnet 140 provided on the free end denture 10 and, depending on the case, the lower recessed portion 323 and the lower end portion 135. It is pressed against the engaging recess 131 by the engaging force with the tip 136 of the magnet.

Then, since the protruding portion 300 has the substantially spherical body 310, the engaging portion 130 with a recess moves like a so-called universal joint with the protruding portion 300 fitted to the engaging recess 131 as a fulcrum. There is. Specifically, the recessed engaging portion 130 that accommodates the protruding portion 300 in a fitted state moves within a predetermined center angle range with the center of the protruding portion 300 as the center of rotation, whereby the free end denture 10 is extended. The presence direction can be changed within a predetermined extension angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80.

In the state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the substantially spherical body 310 of the protruding portion 300 and the engaging recessed portion 131 are in surface contact with each other or in line contact with each other due to the magnetic tensile force of the magnet 140. It is designed to maintain a contact state of either point contact or point contact. This will be described in detail later.

Further, the lower end portion 135 refers to the upper surface of the gingiva 85 in which the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is in contact with the entire bottom surface of the free end denture 10 with saliva interposed therebetween when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80. They are arranged so as to face each other with a certain space S1 separated from each other.

Further, the end of the engaging recess 131 opposite to the lower end 135, that is, the upper end of FIGS. 1 and 3, is closed by a part of the denture body 110.

Based on the above configuration, when the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 300 engages with the recessed engaging portion 130 before occlusion, as shown in FIG. By combining, the free end denture 10 is connected to the abutment tooth 80, and the bottom surface of the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is passed through the saliva layer in the mouth (see the portion indicated by dot D in FIG. 1). By fully adhering to the upper surface of the gingiva 85, the free end denture 10 is firmly attached to the abutment tooth 80 while maintaining a predetermined play. The thickness of the saliva layer D shown by dots in FIGS. 1 and 3 is exaggerated and thickened in order to facilitate understanding of the action of the present invention.

Further, in a state where the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the protruding portion 300 is fitted into the recessed engaging portion 130, and at least a part of the curved portion of the protruding portion 300 (in the present embodiment). The relative position and relative angle of the free end denture 10 with respect to the abutment tooth 80 can be changed within a predetermined range while a considerable portion) stays in the recessed engaging portion 130 by a magnetic tensile force.

The free end denture 10 has an end portion of the denture base 120 opposite to the abutment tooth 80 (right end in FIG. 4) when an occlusal force acts on the denture body 110 during occlusal (see force F1 shown in FIG. 4). The protrusion 300 fitted in the recessed engaging portion 130 moves around the center of rotation until the portion) is pressed against the gingiva 85 and becomes immobile.

As a result, of the saliva layer D intervening on the entire lower surface of the denture base 120 before occlusion, the saliva intervening between the denture base 120 on the opposite side of the abutment tooth 80 and the gingiva 85 is considerably extruded during occlusion. As a result, the denture base 120 and the gingiva 85 in this portion come into close contact with each other (see the intervening position of the dot-shaped saliva layer D shown in FIG. 4).

When the denture and its attachment attachment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention have the above-described configuration, the following effects can be exhibited. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, at the time of occlusion, the end portion of the free end denture 10 opposite to the abutment tooth 80 is pressed against the gingiva 85 and pressed, and the abutment tooth side of the free end denture 10 is pressed. A part of the occlusal force can be applied only in the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 (see the change from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. 4 and the occlusal force F1 in FIG. 4).

As a result, the occlusal force applied to the free end denture 10 can be equally applied to the portion of the free end denture 10 pressed against the gingiva 85, and the occlusal force is prevented from being applied only to the abutment tooth 80. It can contribute to reducing the burden on the abutment tooth 80.

Further, the configuration of Patent Document 1 as described as a conventional example has a small mechanical strength that cannot be applied as a human denture in reality in view of the embodiable dimensions of each component. It's just that. That is, it can be said that there is a fatal drawback that it requires a structural vulnerability that cannot be used in actual dentistry.

Therefore, as a denture that can be actually used in actual dentistry, a denture as in the present invention in which the protruding portion 300 of the metal crown 200 and the engaging recessed portion 131 of the recessed engaging portion 130 have a unique configuration. It can be understood that it is an essential requirement to have a coupling structure of and its mounting attachment.

Further, it is not preferable to occur in a free end denture having a form in which the extending direction of the free end denture 10 does not change the angle with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80 even at the time of occlusion and maintains the same state as before the occlusion. The generation of a moment, that is, a moment that tilts the abutment tooth 80 with respect to the central axis before its occlusion is suppressed.

As a result, the free end denture side of the periodontal ligament 83 is crushed to generate excessive compressive stress, or the side of the periodontal ligament 83 opposite to the free end denture 10 is forcibly pulled to generate excessive tensile stress. To prevent.

That is, the degree of application (action) of the force applied to the abutment tooth 80 by the occlusal force before the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 (the magnitude of the acting force and the direction of its action). The magnitude of the force and the direction of its action) can be maintained. As a result, the periodontal ligament 83 can be maintained in a healthy state, the abutment tooth 80 can be made to last for a long time without being damaged, and the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 can be used continuously for a long period of time.

Even if the person has a habit of biting strongly, if the periodontal ligament-bearing free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 and the habit of biting strongly is changed in a state where there are many remaining teeth, further remaining teeth can be obtained. It is possible to prevent the defect of the abutment tooth 80 without deteriorating the condition of the periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth, and to continue using the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 for a long period of time. it can.

Further, the force exerted on the protruding portion 300 generated by the inclination of the free end denture 10 at the time of occlusion can be applied in the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80 in the same manner as at the time of normal occlusion without the denture. This action suppresses the action of pulling the protrusion 300 toward the free end denture 10, that is, in the lateral direction intersecting the axial direction of the abutment tooth 80. As a result, it is not necessary to cause a serious phenomenon leading to destruction of the periodontal ligament 83 in which the abutment tooth 80 is pulled toward the free end denture 10 and tilted even at the time of occlusion.

That is, the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament on the free end denture side of the abutment tooth 80 (the periodontal ligament on the right side in FIG. 4) 83a is forcibly crushed, or the periodontal ligament on the side opposite to the free end denture 10 of the abutment tooth 80 (FIG. 4). The periodontal ligament 83 can be prevented from being damaged by a long-term occlusion after the denture is attached, and the denture can be used for a long period of time without forcibly stretching the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 83b on the left side of the denture. ..

Further, by forming a space S1 between the engaging portion 130 with a dent and the gingiva 85 in which the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 contacts, a dent is formed when the free end denture 10 is attached to or removed from the abutment tooth 80. The free end denture 10 can be easily and comfortably attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 without the engaging engaging portion 130 being pressed against the gingiva 85.

Further, since the space S1 is formed between the dented engaging portion 130 and the gingiva 85 in which the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 contacts, the protruding portion 300 of the metal crown 200 and the protruding portion 300 thereof after removing the denture. There will be a wider gap between the gingiva 85 and the opposite gingiva 85. By creating such a gap, it is possible to easily remove the food residue accumulated in the gap when the denture is removed and the abutment tooth 80 is brushed with a toothbrush or the like. As a result, these food scraps do not remain clogged in this portion, and the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath can be prevented.

Further, the size of the opening of the engaging recess 131 is such that it does not interfere when the protrusion 300 is inserted to engage the protrusion 300, and the protrusion 300 is engaged with the protrusion 300 only by the attractive force of the magnet 140. By fitting it into the 131, it is not necessary to strictly control the dimensional tolerance between the opening of the engaging recess 131 and the protrusion 300. As a result, the cost of the free end denture 10 can be reduced, and the free end denture 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80.

Further, using the substantially spherical body 310 and the recessed portion 222 formed in the lower part of the metal crown 200, the tip 136 of the lower end portion 135 is engaged with the recessed portion 222, and this engagement is applied in addition to the attractive force of the magnet 140. By using the resultant force as an auxiliary force, it is possible to reliably prevent the protruding portion 300 from being separated from the engaging recessed portion 131.

As a result, the denture wearer can be given a comfortable fit and bite feeling, can continue to bite comfortably while biting food, and can continue to wear the free end denture 10 without being stressed and enjoy eating. Will be able to. As a result, food can be digested properly, and it is possible to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of good physical condition while maintaining health, which is especially important for the elderly.

In addition, there is no extra gap between the abutment tooth 80 and the free end denture 10 during occlusion, and food that cannot be crushed by being caught in such a gap may be swallowed as it is, resulting in indigestion in the gastrointestinal tract. Absent.

As described above, the extending direction of the free end denture 10 can be reasonably changed within a predetermined angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80. As a result, it is not necessary to apply an excessive force to the connecting portion between the abutment tooth 80 and the free end denture 10 at the time of occlusion. Similarly, it is possible to give a comfortable wearing feeling to the denture wearer, and it is possible to prolong the life of the abutment tooth 80 without applying excessive stress to the abutment tooth 80.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the periodontal ligament 83 from being damaged or the periodontal ligament itself from being crushed by applying an excessive force to the abutment tooth 80, and to prevent the valuable abutment tooth 80 from being lost. Further, the gingiva 85 is not damaged due to the breakage of the joint portion of the denture, and the problem of accidental ingestion of the damaged portion does not occur.

Further, at the time of occlusion, the end of the free end denture 10 opposite to the abutment tooth 80 is pressed against the gingiva 85 and pressed, and the end of the free end denture 10 on the abutment tooth side supports a part of the occlusal force. It can act only in the substantially axial direction of the denture 80. As a result, the extending direction of the free end denture 10 does not change in angle with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth 80, and maintains the same state as before occlusion, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 of the prior art. It suppresses the generation of an unfavorable moment associated with the use of a free-end denture, that is, a moment that tilts the abutment tooth with respect to its central axis.

As a result, it is possible to prevent the free end denture side of the periodontal ligament 83 from being crushed and excessive compressive stress being generated, or the side of the periodontal ligament 83 opposite to the free end denture being forcibly pulled to generate excessive tensile stress. To do.

Preventing the defect of the abutment tooth 80 without deteriorating the condition of the periodontal ligament 83 of the abutment tooth 80, and continuing to use the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80 for a long period of time. Can be done.

When attaching the free end denture 10 to the abutment tooth 80, one end of the free end denture 10 is twisted around the extending direction of the free end denture 10 with a fingertip to the protruding portion 300 of the abutment tooth 80. The free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 by pressing the engaging recess 131 provided in the above. On the other hand, when the free end denture 10 is removed from the abutment tooth 80, one end of the free end denture 10 is twisted from the protruding portion 300 of the abutment tooth 80 while twisting the free end denture 10 around its extending direction with a fingertip. The free end denture 10 is removed from the abutment tooth 80 by removing the engaging recess 131 provided in the denture. By wearing such a wearing method, even an elderly person with a weakened fingertip sensation can easily and surely wear a denture.

Further, when the free end denture 10 is attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 described above, a space S1 is formed between the lower end portion 135 and the gingiva 85 in which the artificial denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 comes into contact with each other. The abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 can be easily and comfortably attached and detached without the 135 being pressed against the gingiva 85.

In particular, since the protruding portion 300 is in the form of a substantially spherical body 310, resistance is received by utilizing the curved surface of the substantially spherical body 310 when attaching or detaching the free end denture 10 to or from the abutment tooth 80. It can be attached and detached smoothly without any need. Further, when the free end denture 10 is pressed or pulled against the abutment tooth 80 with the attachment / detachment of the denture, a certain degree of freedom can be given in the pressing direction and the pulling direction, and the denture can be attached / detached. It will be easier to do. As a result, a denture wearer who cannot move the fingertip dexterously can easily attach / detach the abutment tooth 80 of the free end denture 10 by himself / herself.

As described above, the free end denture 10 is hard to come off from the abutment tooth 80 under normal use conditions, and it is very easy to attach / detach the free end denture 10 when attaching or detaching it by pinching it with a finger.

Further, as described above, since the space S1 is formed between the lower end portion 135 and the gingiva 85 where the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 contacts, the metal crown 200 protrudes after the free end denture 10 is removed. There will be a wider gap between the portion 300 and the gingiva 85 facing the portion 300. By creating such a gap, a sufficient gap can be secured between the protruding portion 300 and the upper surface of the gingiva 85 when the abutment tooth 80 is brushed with a toothbrush or the like after removing the free end denture 10. .. As a result, the food debris accumulated in the gap can be easily removed, and the food debris does not remain clogged, and the subsequent occurrence of tooth decay and bad breath can be prevented.

Further, since the end portion (upper end portion in the middle of FIGS. 1 and 3) of the engaging recess portion 131 opposite to the lower end portion 135 is blocked by a part of the denture main body 110, the food is bitten. It is possible to reliably prevent food from getting into the engaging recess 131 and clogging the inside.

Further, the groove width of the engaging recess 131 is sized so that it does not interfere when the protrusion 300 is inserted to engage the protrusion 300, and the protrusion 300 is held by the engaging recess 131 only by the attractive force of the magnet 140. By doing so, it is not necessary to strictly control the dimensional tolerance between the engaging recess 131 and the protrusion 300. As a result, the cost of processing the recessed portion of the denture 10 can be reduced, and the denture 10 can be easily attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80.

If the magnetic force of the magnet 140 is made to be strong as it is, the free end denture 10 can be firmly coupled to the abutment tooth 80 even with only the attractive force of the magnetic force.

This is a unique feature of the present invention that cannot be seen in the prior art. Specifically, the free end denture 10 has a special arrangement structure of magnets 140 arranged inside the free end denture 10 peculiar to the present invention (placement location and arrangement direction, and magnetic tensile force using magnetic lines based on these). It can be fully understood from the fact that it acts on the protruding portion 300 made of a magnetic material so as to match the longitudinal direction of the above.

Further, the thickness of the connection fixing portion 322 is smaller than the outer diameter of the substantially spherical body 310, and the direction of the central axis of the connection fixing portion 322 is viewed with the free end denture 10 attached to the abutment tooth 80. It extends from the lateral outer peripheral surface of the metal crown 200 toward one end side of the free end denture 10 facing the metal crown 200.

When the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention are used, it is possible to avoid damage to the attachment portion of the denture to the abutment tooth even if a normal occlusal force is continuously applied for a long period of time based on such a unique configuration. It turns out that it is possible.

That is, even if normal occlusal is continued for a long period of time, the allowable range of strength is in the protruding portion 300 provided on the metal crown 200 and the engaging dent portion 131 on the free end denture side to which the occlusal force is engaged. Does not generate mechanical adaptability exceeding.

As a result, the free end denture according to the present invention is attached to the abutment tooth for a long period of time without causing mechanical stress exceeding the allowable range of strength in the protruding portion 300 and the engaging recessed portion 131. It will be possible to continue.

On the other hand, in a situation where it is impossible to attach a denture to an abutment tooth and lead a daily life, for example, in an emergency such as a disaster, it is possible to prevent the extremely heavy furniture from falling over by clenching the tooth as much as possible or to carry it normally. When acting with the foolish power of a so-called fireplace that moves heavy luggage that cannot be cut, an extraordinary amount of occlusal force is applied to the free end denture depending on unexpected situations that are not possible in daily life at that time. Even if an internal stress exceeding the fracture yield point of the magnetic material forming the protrusion is generated, the connection fixing portion 322 is broken and the protrusion 300 is divided into two parts. Part 322 is supposed to play.

As a result, the substantially spherical body 310 separated from the metal crown 200 and a part of the connection fixing portion 322 connected to the spherical body 310 stay in the engaging recess due to the magnetic tensile force received from the magnet 140, and do not fall into the oral cavity. Further, the portion of the connection fixing portion 322 on the metal crown side is integrally fixed with the embedded fixing portion 321 and remains fixed to the metal crown 200. As a result, it is possible to avoid a situation in which a part of the separated protrusion 300 falls into the oral cavity and is accidentally swallowed.

FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the modified example of the first embodiment. In this modification, the shape of the lower end portion 135 of the first embodiment is changed to the lower end portion 137 having a simpler configuration. In this case, as is clear from the figure, the lower end of the lower portion 323 of the lower recessed portion 323 formed between the substantially spherical body 310 and the connection fixing portion 322, which is the lower portion of the protrusion 300 of the first embodiment. The tip 139 of the portion 137 is not configured to enter.

However, by using the magnet 140 that generates a larger magnetic tensile force as compared with the first embodiment, the free end denture 10 can be firmly attached to the abutment tooth 80 even in a shape like this modified example. it can. That is, the tip 136 of the lower end portion 135 is engaged with the lower recessed portion formed at the joint portion between the connection fixing portion 322 of the protrusion 300 and the substantially spherical body 310 as in the first embodiment described above. It is not necessary to use this engaging force as an auxiliary force in addition to the attractive force of the magnet 140. As a result, it is not necessary to take a complicated structure for preventing the protruding portion 300 from separating from the engaging recessed portion 131. That is, the shape of the lower end portion 135 can be made simpler, and the processing cost of this portion can be reduced.

In the present invention, it can be seen that when the magnet 140 has the special arrangement form as described above in the free end denture, the degree of freedom in designing the magnet 140 is increased, and such deformation can be easily realized.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing an example of a mounting position of the denture and its mounting attachment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In this figure, the free-end denture 10 according to the first embodiment is attached to the abutment tooth 80 to the missing back teeth on both sides of the lower tooth, and similarly to the upper tooth. It may be attached to the missing part.

That is, as long as even one abutment tooth 80 to which the free end denture 10 is attached remains in an appropriate place, the present invention can be applied to any part without being limited to the attachment state shown in the figure. Needless to say, the arrangement of the free-end denture shown in FIG. 6 can also be applied to the denture and its attachment attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention described later.

Depending on the case, a clasp or other fixture is provided at the free end of the free end denture 10 which is opposite to the joint side with the abutment tooth 80 and is difficult to see from the outside even if the mouth is wide open. The free end denture 10 may be attached more firmly by engaging with the remaining tooth on the free end side.

Subsequently, the denture and its attachment attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 7 is a side view showing a structure of a denture and its attachment attachment according to a second embodiment of the present invention in a partial cross section. Further, FIG. 8 is a side view showing a structure of the denture and its attachment attached shown in FIG. 7 in a partial cross section. Further, FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a denture and its attachment attachment shown in FIG. 8 in a partial cross section. Note that, with respect to the configuration equivalent to the above-described embodiment, corresponding reference numerals are given as necessary. A detailed description of the structure will be omitted. Further, in FIG. 9, cross-section hatching is omitted in order to facilitate understanding of the description. Further, for the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, the display of the reference numerals in the drawings will be omitted as appropriate.

In this second embodiment, the maximum outer diameter of the substantially spherical body 410 of the protruding portion 400 is slightly larger than the width 162a of the substantially spherical body insertion side opening 162 of the engaging recessed portion 161. Further, the shape of the connecting fixing portion 322 of the protruding portion 300 is also different from that of the first embodiment, and has a columnar shape, and the periphery thereof is exposed to the outside.

That is, the width 161a (see FIG. 9) of the abutment tooth side opening of the engaging dent portion 161 allows the free end denture 10A to be attached to and detached from the abutment tooth 80 by the pushing force and pulling force of the denture wearer's finger. Therefore, in addition to the magnetic tensile force exerted by the magnet 140 on the protruding portion 400 when the free end denture 10A is attached, the protruding portion 400 is recessed by the engaging force exerted on the protruding portion 400 by the opening of the engaging recess portion 161. The dimensions are determined to the extent that they are prevented from coming off the portion 161.

Explaining with reference to FIG. 9, the width 161a of the abutment tooth side opening of the engaging recess 161 of the recessed engaging portion 160 is the widest portion of the protruding portion 400, that is, the substantially spherical body 410 in FIG. It is slightly narrower than the diameter 410a, and the width 161b in the recess is slightly wider than the diameter 410a, which is the maximum outer diameter of the substantially spherical body 410.

The relative relationship between the sizes of the recessed portion 161 and the protruding portion 400 has such a dimensional relationship that they engage with each other in a so-called latch engagement, so that once the protruding portion 400 engages with the recessed portion 161, the magnet 140 Coupled with the suction force received, the protruding portion 400 becomes difficult to come off from the recessed portion 161.

As a result, once the free end denture 10A is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the free end denture 10A will not easily come off from the abutment tooth 80, and even relatively hard food can be sufficiently tasted and easily digested. You can bite and eat. Further, the magnet 140 can be miniaturized, and can be suitably used when, for example, the number of denture bodies is as small as one or two and the size of the denture itself is small.

Needless to say, also in this second embodiment, the form of the lower end portion 137 whose tip is not hook-shaped as shown in FIG. 5 can be applied.

Finally, in a state where the denture is attached to the abutment tooth, the substantially spherical body of the protrusion provided on the metal crown common to each of the first embodiment and its modification and the second embodiment described above and the denture. An engagement state with the engagement recess provided in the engagement portion with a recess will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 10 is various explanatory views showing an engagement state of a denture and its attachment attachment common to the first embodiment of the present invention, a modification thereof, and the second embodiment. In addition, FIG. 11 is various explanatory views showing the engagement state of the denture and the attachment attached to the denture, which is common to the first embodiment of the present invention, its modification, and the second embodiment, following FIG. Further, FIG. 12 is various explanatory views showing the engagement state of the denture and the attachment attached to the denture, which is common to the first embodiment of the present invention, its modification, and the second embodiment, following FIG.

The above-mentioned unique constituent parts (the structure of the substantially spherical body and the insertion opening portion of the engaging recess) of the second embodiment different from the first embodiment are not shown.

In FIGS. 10 to 12, a substantially spherical body of a protruding portion provided on the metal crown, a fixing portion composed of a connecting fixing portion and an embedded fixing portion for fixing the spherical shape to the metal crown, and a engagement portion provided on the dented engaging portion of the denture. The size and shape of each of the combined recesses and the mutual contact relationship of each component are drawn with different dimensional relationships and mutual contact relationships from the actual ones in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention.

In particular, regarding the contact relationship, a gap is drawn to make it easier to understand the mutual arrangement relationship, unlike the actual situation. Similarly, among the above-mentioned elements, the magnitude relationship between the substantially spherical body of the protruding portion and the engaging recessed portion provided in the engaging portion with the recess, and the close contact and relationship with each other are for ease of understanding of the present invention. It is drawn as a schematic relationship diagram different from the actual one.

Further, the XYZ arrows shown in FIGS. 10 to 13 indicate the directions of the orthogonal coordinate systems in each, and assuming that the free end denture is attached to the abutment tooth on the lower jaw side, the X direction is the attached free end denture. The anterior direction and the Y direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the denture are the longitudinal direction of the attached free end denture 10, and the Z direction is the free end attached to the lower abutment tooth 80 (only a part is shown in FIGS. 10 to 13). It indicates the upward direction of the denture 10, that is, the direction of the upper tooth provided on the upper jaw perpendicular to the denture 10.

Further, in the drawings, for convenience of explanation and illustration of the present invention, even in a state of surface contact or line contact, there is a slight amount between the outer peripheral surface of the substantially spherical body 310 and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 131. I draw through a gap.

In FIGS. 10 (a-1) and 10 (a-2), as is clear from these drawings, the free end denture 10 is viewed in a state of being attached to the abutment tooth of the mandible, and protrudes during occlusion. At least a part of the curved outer peripheral surface of the substantially spherical body 310 provided in the portion 300 (in these drawings, the curved surface of a considerable region of the curved surface of the entire spherical body) is the inner peripheral surface in the recessed portion. It shows that it is in surface contact with.

Then, depending on this state, the free end denture on the right side in the figure has a substantially spherical body 310 dented in the actual movable range of the denture like the operation of a so-called universal joint according to the occlusion, and the engaging dent portion 131 of the engaging portion 130. The free end denture 10 moves while maintaining surface contact with the inner peripheral surface of the denture and sliding with each other.

The occlusal force acting on the free end denture 10 is absorbed by the repulsive force from the gingiva (not shown in FIGS. 10 to 13) generated by pressing the gingiva against the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10. The remaining occlusal force is transmitted to the entire substantially spherical body and is transmitted to the entire metal crown via the fixing portion 320. As a result, the occlusal force acting on the free end denture 10 is dispersed throughout the metal crown, and the abutment tooth is uniformly pushed downward through the metal crown 200.

In this way, a part of the occlusal force applied to the free end denture 10 and diffused and transmitted to the entire metal crown via the substantially spherical body 310 and the fixing portion 320 is uniformly supported by the entire periodontal ligament of the abutment tooth 80. The periodontal ligament in which stress is locally concentrated on a part of the periodontal ligament (not shown in FIGS. 10 to 13) that is absorbed and covers the entire circumference of the tooth root (not shown in FIGS. 10 to 13). It is possible to prevent the fibrous tissue of 83 from being crushed and destroyed, or the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament on the opposite side of this portion being forcibly pulled, resulting in permanent damage to the periodontal ligament itself.

Further, in FIGS. 10 (b-1) to 10 (b-4), as is clear from these drawings, the free end denture 10 is abbreviated at the time of occlusion when viewed in a state of being attached to the abutment tooth 80. The outer peripheral surface of the curved portion of the spherical body 310 and a part of the inner peripheral surface in the recessed portion of the free end denture 10 are in line contact with each other.

In addition, in FIGS. 10 (a-1) to 10 (b-4), the length of the connection fixing portion 322 in the fixing portion 320 is slightly longer than that in FIGS. 1 to 9, and is formed as a columnar shape. However, such a shape is not particularly limited as long as it does not interfere with the normal slight movement of the free end denture 10 in the occlusion, and there is no problem even if it has the same shape as in FIGS. 1 to 9. Needless to say.

In FIG. 10 (b-1), the outer peripheral surface of the curved portion of the substantially spherical body 310 and a part (actually a considerable portion) of the inner peripheral surface in the recessed portion of the free end denture 10 are in line contact with each other. In FIG. 10B-2, it is shown that the curved surface of the substantially spherical body 310 and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recessed portion 131 are in point contact with each other at the most protruding portion of the substantially spherical body 310. .. Further, in FIGS. 10 (b-3) and 10 (b-4), the drawings are drawn in a state opposite to the above description of FIGS. 10 (b-1) and 10 (b-2). ing.

The portion where the curved surface of the substantially spherical body 310 and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 131 are in line contact with each other is in any three-dimensional direction depending on the mode of occlusal in the state where the free end denture 10 is occluded. Depending on whether the occlusal force acts, the curved surface of the substantially spherical body 310 and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 131 are sequentially changed.

Further, in FIGS. 11 (c-1) to 11 (c-6), as is clear from these drawings, the free end denture 10 is viewed in a state of being attached to the abutment tooth 80, and at the time of occlusion. A part of the outer peripheral surface of the curved portion of the substantially spherical body 310 and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recessed portion 131 of the free end denture 10 are in point contact.

Hereinafter, the process of changing the engagement mode between the outer peripheral surface of the curved portion of the substantially spherical body 310 of FIGS. 11 (c-1) to 11 (c-6) and the engagement recess 131 of the free end denture 10 is shown in the drawings. It will be explained based on. It should be added that the explanation of each engagement state described below is for reference only and is not limited to the description contents.

With respect to FIGS. 11 (c-1) and 11 (c-2), the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80 as described above, and the state before occlusion is shown. As can be seen from the figure, the tip of the curved surface of the substantially spherical body 310 (the portion on the right side in the figure) makes point contact at the innermost position of the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 131 due to the magnetic tensile force of the magnet 140. doing.

Regarding FIGS. 11 (c-3) and 11 (c-4), after the free end denture 10 is attached to the abutment tooth 80, the upper and lower abutment teeth 80 and the free end denture 10 are occluded and released. It shows a state in which the denture base 120 of the end denture 10 is pressed toward the gingiva. This can be seen from the fact that the recessed engaging portion 130 moves downward (-side in the Z-axis direction) as shown in FIG. 11 (c-3).

Next, with respect to FIGS. 11 (c-5) and 11 (c-6), the free end denture 10 is displaced from the abutment tooth 80 from the state shown in FIGS. 11 (c-3) and 11 (c-4). It shows the state of mashing the biting food.

That is, as can be seen from the position of the point contact in FIG. 11 (c-6), the denture 10 is directed in the-direction of the X-axis and in the + direction of the Y-axis from the state shown in FIG. 11 (c-4). It can be understood that the denture is shifted parallel to the gums and chewed like mashing food.

Next, with respect to FIGS. 12 (c-7) and 12 (c-8), the free end denture 10 is attached from the abutment tooth 80 from the state shown in FIGS. 11 (c-5) and 11 (c-6). It shows a state in which the food being bitten by shifting it back in the direction of separation is mashed in the opposite direction to the previous state.

That is, as can be seen from the position of the point contact in FIG. 11 (c-8), the denture 10 is directed in the + direction of the X-axis and in the-direction of the Y-axis from the state shown in FIG. 11 (c-6). It can be understood that the denture is shifted parallel to the gums and chewed like mashing food.

Next, with respect to FIGS. 12 (c-9) and 12 (c-10), the free end denture 10 is placed inside the mouth from the state shown in FIGS. 12 (c-7) and 12 (c-8). That is, it shows a state in which the food being bitten by shifting it back toward the abutment tooth 80) (that is, in the − direction of Y) is mashed in the opposite direction to the previous state.

That is, as can be seen from the position of the point contact in FIG. 11 (c-10), the denture 10 is directed in the + direction of the X axis and in the + direction of the Y axis from the state shown in FIG. 11 (c-8). It can be understood that the denture is shifted parallel to the gums and chewed like mashing food.

In addition, in FIG. 12 (d-1) and FIG. 12 (d-2), a substantially hemispherical body 350 forming a substantially hemispherical shape (so-called mushroom type) was used instead of the substantially spherical body 310 provided in the protruding portion 300. It is explanatory drawing which showed the engaging state of the engaging part 130 with a dent of the free end denture 10 with the engaging dent part 131 of the case.

Even in such a form, the curved portion formed in at least a part of the substantially hemispherical body 350 described above and the curved surface of the inner surface of the engaging recessed portion 131 are in surface contact, line contact, as described above. It is possible to continue to use the free end denture 10 for a long period of time while absorbing a very large occlusal force exerted on the free end denture 10 at the time of occlusion and preventing damage to the abutment tooth 80 by appropriately performing point contact. ..

As is clear from the above explanation, when the free end denture 10 is actually attached to the abutment tooth 80 and occluded, it is fixed by the abutment teeth at both ends like a denture for an intermediate missing tooth. Therefore, as described above, one end is connected to the protruding portion 300 of the abutment tooth 80 in a universal joint manner, and the other end is a free end, and the denture base 120 of the free end denture 10 is attached to the gingiva 85. It can be seen that it is constantly moving within the range of being pressed and displaced.

In the case of occlusion, as described above, the resultant force in all three-dimensional directions of the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis is about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 per 1 m 2). Ton)) and an extremely large occlusal force acts.

As a result, it can be fully understood that the configuration of the connection of the free end denture 10 to the abutment tooth 80 as described in Patent Document 1 cannot be applied to actual dentistry at all. Not only that, if the denture and its attachment attachment described in Patent Document 1 are applied to actual dentistry, the rod-shaped member provided on the relatively upper side of the denture to be attached at the time of occlusion Since the above-mentioned extremely large occlusal force acts on the extremely small hemispherical dent at the tip, this part where the occlusal force locally acts at the time of occlusal due to the food grinding action in the free end denture as described above It acts in the direction away from the abutment tooth.

As a result, a pulling force acts on a relatively upper portion of the metal crown 200 of the abutment tooth 80, a moment is applied in the direction in which the abutment tooth itself falls, and a part of the periodontal ligament 83 of the abutment tooth 80 (root). The fibrous tissue on the free end denture side of the periodontal ligament 83 that covers the circumference of the periodontal ligament is crushed, and the fibrous tissue of the periodontal ligament 83 in the opposite direction is pulled. That is, the liberation described in Patent Document 1. Since the end denture was attached, the periodontal ligament 83 was damaged and the abutment tooth itself shook, and if left untreated, the root 82 of the abutment tooth 80 would fall out, which was the worst result. It ends up.

However, in the case of the present invention, the engaging recess 131 of the free end denture 10 is engaged with the protruding portion 300 protruding from the substantially central portion of the side surface of the metal crown 200, which is peculiar to the free end denture at the time of occlusion. A very large occlusal force is applied to the entire metal crown via the substantially spherical body 310 of the protruding portion 300 and the connecting fixing portion 322, and the abutment tooth is distributed through the entire metal crown. A part of the occlusal force can be applied substantially vertically with the 80 directed downward from above toward the root of the tooth.

This makes it possible to prevent the abutment tooth itself from being damaged due to the three-dimensional occlusal force specially exerted on the free end denture 10 unlike the denture for intermediate missing teeth at the time of occlusion.

As a result, according to the present invention, by using the free end denture and its attachment attachment in actual dentistry, it is possible to use the free end denture for a long period of time while preventing damage to the abutment tooth 80. The denture wearer can enjoy the merits.

In addition to the above, by using the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention, in addition to the merits that can be enjoyed at the time of occlusion during meals, the wearer of the free end denture 10 has a great merit in daily life. Can be enjoyed. This point will be described in detail below.

When compared with a conventional denture with a clasp attached to an abutment tooth, in addition to the aesthetic problem explained in the section of the problem to be solved in the present invention, the following problem of insufficient denture attachment force can be solved at the same time. ..

Specifically, the free end denture described in Patent Document 1 has an extremely small magnetic force, which causes the following problems. Also, in a conventional denture with a clasp (hook) attached to the abutment tooth, from the viewpoint of aesthetics, if the clasp (hook) is slowed down to make it less noticeable when the mouth is opened, the denture The engagement force with the abutment tooth is insufficient.

According to the above configuration, the holding force of the denture on the abutment tooth becomes small, which causes an extremely inconvenient problem in daily life unrelated to the occlusion. Specifically, when a denture is attached around the anterior teeth, when sneezing, the body suddenly moves around the mouth and the lungs move out of the mouth through the mouth. There is a risk that the denture itself will come off due to breath and fall out of the mouth. Especially when the free end denture is attached around the anterior teeth of the maxilla, such a risk increases.

If such an inconvenience occurs in the house and the denture falls to the floor, the sneezing itself is not known when and when it happens, so if this happens in a public place when going out, the surroundings It makes me feel very embarrassed to be seen by these people.

Also, in a public place where people come and go, I feel very embarrassed about the people around me. In addition, it is not possible for hygiene to hurry and wipe the free-end denture that has fallen on the spot with clothes, etc., and then reattach it, and the denture must be left unattached. After that, it is difficult to talk with people.

There may be other inconveniences similar to this. Specifically, for example, during a conversation between acquaintances, the hearing ability of the other person declines with age, making it difficult for them to understand their own story, and they are released while talking in a loud voice. There is a risk that the end denture will pop out of the mouth and fall off. When this happens, you may feel very embarrassed during a pleasant conversation with your friends, and this pleasant moment may later become an embarrassing memory. Similarly, when close friends enjoy karaoke and sing enthusiastically, there is a risk that the denture will come off unexpectedly and come out of the mouth.

This may also occur if the mouth becomes too dry to speak enthusiastically during a lecture or lecture and the adhesion between the denture base and the gums via saliva is reduced. In this way, if the denture's engagement force with the abutment tooth is insufficient, it is easy for the denture to come off the abutment tooth even if it does not fall out of the mouth, and this is not interrupted during a lecture or lecture. If you continue to speak, you will have to keep talking while holding the denture with your tongue in your mouth, which can be extremely difficult for the listener to hear.

On the other hand, according to the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention, a rod-shaped magnet provided in the denture and exerting a magnetic tensile force on a protruding portion which is a magnetic body of the abutment tooth extends in the extending direction of the denture. It is arranged like this. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 7, and 9, magnets are arranged inside the free-end denture along the extending direction of the denture base. As a result, a magnetic tensile force having a sufficient magnitude is efficiently applied in the direction from the left end of the magnet toward the protruding portion which is a magnetic material.

Based on such an arrangement form, the size of the magnet, that is, the size of the magnetic tensile force exerted on the substantially spherical body made of the magnetic material can be adjusted according to the number of the denture main bodies provided in the denture. As a result, when a free-end denture with a large number of denture bodies and a long length in the longitudinal direction is attached to the abutment tooth, a sufficiently large magnetic tensile force that does not easily come off is applied to the metal crown of the abutment tooth. It can act on the protruding portion, which is a provided magnetic material.

As a result, it is not preferable that the above-mentioned configuration peculiar to the present invention and the accompanying sufficient magnetic force maintain a firm attachment state of the denture to the abutment tooth, which may occur suddenly in daily life other than the above-mentioned occlusion. It is possible to avoid the phenomenon, that is, the free end denture unexpectedly jumps out of the mouth and falls off.

Once you have the very embarrassing feelings mentioned above that accompany the loss of your denture, you will be dominated by unpleasant feelings every time you remember them, and then you leave home and go out to various places. Traveling, attending events, or enjoying conversations with old friends can be daunting.

However, according to the present invention, by attaching the denture and its attachment, it is possible to go out and go to various places without falling into such a situation and without being locked up in the house even in old age. You can enjoy conversations with acquaintances and spend active days, and play a very useful role in maintaining physical health and enjoying a sense of mental fulfillment. As a result, in an aging society approaching in front of us, we can fully enjoy the quality of life by using the denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention.

It should be noted that each of the above-described embodiments and modifications related thereto are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are as long as the effects of the present invention can be exhibited. Needless to say, various modifications equivalent to the morphology are also included in the present invention.

Therefore, for example, in each of the above-described embodiments and modifications thereof, the number of denture bodies is described as two or more, but even one denture body is included in the scope of the present invention. Further, it goes without saying that the definitions of the substantially spherical body and the substantially circular shape in the first embodiment, its modifications, and the second embodiment include so-called oval shapes and elliptical shapes.

Further, in the case of the present invention, the magnet may be arranged in the form of a permanent magnet as a so-called bar magnet in the above-mentioned special structure, and the magnet itself is an elongated square column bar magnet, a magnet-shaped magnet, or the like. It may be in the form of an elongated columnar shape or an elongated columnar shape having a polygonal end face view.

Further, although the description has been made on the premise that the abutment tooth is a natural tooth in each of the above-described embodiments and various modifications thereof, the implant is used even when the implant is used instead of the natural tooth as the abutment tooth. The effect of the present invention can be sufficiently exhibited even if the abutment tooth described in the present invention is formed by using the metal crown according to the present invention.

Specifically, as described above, after the denture is attached, it is possible to suppress the generation of a moment that tries to tilt the abutment tooth at the time of occlusion, so even when the abutment tooth is constructed using an implant. It is possible to prevent damage to the implant portion during occlusion.

As a result, for denture wearers who cannot easily correct the habit of strong occlusion, it is possible to prolong the life of the implant, which is extremely difficult to treat once it is damaged, due to the damage of the implant. The implant can be used for a long time while avoiding the worst case where the entire implant remains permanently as the site of the missing tooth.

Therefore, it is clear that the present invention can be applied even if the denture is an implant instead of the natural tooth, with sufficient action and effect, and belongs to the scope of the present invention.

The fixing portion comprises an embedded fixing portion arranged in the metal crown, and a connecting fixing portion in which one end is connected to the embedded fixing portion and exposed from the surface of the metal crown to connect the substantially spherical body.
The accommodating recess that accommodates the substantially spherical body of the protruding portion in a fitted state moves within a predetermined center angle range with the center of the substantially spherical body as the center of rotation, so that the extending direction of the free end denture is changed. , The free end denture can be changed within a predetermined extension angle range with respect to the central axis of the abutment tooth, and the free end denture is the denture when an occlusal force acts on the denture body at the time of occlusion. The free movement is characterized in that the substantially spherical body fitted in the accommodating recess is used as the center of rotation until the end of the floor opposite to the abutment tooth is pressed against the gingiva and becomes immobile. End denture and its mounting attachment.
