Description
巻芯部と、前記巻芯部を挟んで配置される第1鍔部および第2鍔部と、を有するドラムコアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回されたコイルと、
前記第1鍔部の第1方向側の第1鍔面と、前記第2鍔部の前記第1方向側の第2鍔面とに接続する板コアと、
前記第1鍔部に設けられ前記コイルの一方の端部が電気的に接続される第1電極端子と、
前記第2鍔部に設けられ前記コイルの他方の端部が電気的に接続される第2電極端子と、を有し、
前記板コアは、前記第1鍔面に向かって突出し前記第1鍔面に対向する第1平面を有する第1凸部と、前記第2鍔部に向かって突出し前記第2鍔面に対向する第2平面を有する第2凸部と、を有し、
前記ドラムコアと前記板コアとは、前記第1鍔面と前記第1平面とが突き合わされ、前記第2鍔面と前記第2平面とが突き合わされて、接合されていることを特徴とする。
前記第2鍔面と前記第2平面とを接合する第2接着剤硬化部は、前記第2凸部において前記第2平面より前記第2鍔面から離れる方向に延びる第2壁面に接触してもよい。
前記第2壁面は、前記第2平面に対して前記第1平面に近い側で接続する第2内壁面を有し、前記第2接着剤硬化部は前記第2内壁面に接触してもよい。
前記第2壁面は、前記第2平面に対して前記第1平面から遠い側で接続する第2外壁面を有し、前記第2接着剤硬化部は前記第2外壁面に接触してもよい。

Claims (7)
- 巻芯部と、前記巻芯部を挟んで配置される第1鍔部および第2鍔部と、を有するドラムコアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回されたコイルと、
前記第1鍔部の第1方向側の第1鍔面と、前記第2鍔部の前記第1方向側の第2鍔面とに接続する板コアと、
前記第1鍔部に設けられ前記コイルの一方の端部が電気的に接続される第1電極端子と、
前記第2鍔部に設けられ前記コイルの他方の端部が電気的に接続される第2電極端子と、を有し、
前記板コアは、前記第1鍔面に向かって突出し前記第1鍔面に対向する第1平面を有する第1凸部と、前記第2鍔部に向かって突出し前記第2鍔面に対向する第2平面を有する第2凸部と、を有し、
前記ドラムコアと前記板コアとは、前記第1鍔面と前記第1平面とが突き合わされ、前記第2鍔面と前記第2平面とが突き合わされて、接合されていることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 巻軸方向に沿う前記板コアの長さは、前記巻軸方向に沿う前記ドラムコアの長さより短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1鍔面と前記第1平面とを接合する第1接着剤硬化部は、前記第1凸部において前記第1平面より前記第1鍔面から離れる方向に延びる第1壁面に接触しており、
前記第2鍔面と前記第2平面とを接合する第2接着剤硬化部は、前記第2凸部において前記第2平面より前記第2鍔面から離れる方向に延びる第2壁面に接触している請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1壁面は、前記第1平面に対して前記第2平面に近い側で接続する第1内壁面を有し、前記第1接着剤硬化部は前記第1内壁面に接触しており、
前記第2壁面は、前記第2平面に対して前記第1平面に近い側で接続する第2内壁面を有し、前記第2接着剤硬化部は前記第2内壁面に接触していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1壁面は、前記第1平面に対して前記第2平面から遠い側で接続する第1外壁面を有し、前記第1接着剤硬化部は前記第1外壁面に接触しており、
前記第2壁面は、前記第2平面に対して前記第1平面から遠い側で接続する第2外壁面を有し、前記第2接着剤硬化部は前記第2外壁面に接触していることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記板コアは、金属コア又は合金コアであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載のコイル部品。
- 前記ドラムコアは、フェライトコアであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
