Abstract
Description
(1)本発明の自動車用防眩性合わせガラスは、防眩性シートと該防眩シートを挟む2枚の透明板とを有する自動車用防眩性合わせガラスであって、入射角が0°の場合の視感透過率(%)が、入射角が40°の場合の視感透過率より小さいことを特徴とする。
(2)本発明の自動車用防眩性シートは、入射角が0°の場合の視感透過率(%)が、入射角が40°の場合の視感透過率より小さいことを特徴とする。
(3)前記防眩性シートは屈折率が異なる2層以上の層を含み、波長500〜550nmの範囲に分光反射率の最大値を有することが好ましい。
(4)前記屈折率が異なる2層以上の層は、金属酸化物層を含むことが好ましい。
(5)本発明の自動車は、前記合わせガラスを備えている。

グリーンガラスのフロートガラス板(厚さ2mm、以下「ガラス板」と記載する。)上に、接着層としての380μm厚のPVB(ポリビニルブチラールフィルム、積水化学工業社製、S−LEC PVB 0.38mm)のシート(以下「PVBシート」と記載する。)を置いた。その上に、上記防眩性フィルムを、金属積層部を下側にして置き、さらに接着層としてのPVBシートを置き、最後にガラス板を置いて、防眩フィルムを接着層で挟み込んだ積層板を得た。この積層板を図1に記載した製造ラインに通した。
(光学特性)
分光光度計(日立製作所社製、U−4100)を用い、合わせガラス試験片のスペクトルを300〜2500nmの波長範囲で測定し、最大反射率および最大反射波長を求めた。また、変角分光測色システム(村上色彩技術研究所社製、GCMS−4)を用い、合わせガラス試験片のスペクトルを390〜730nmの波長範囲で測定し、D65光源、A光源、C光源およびLED光源(図2)を使用した下記数値を計算により求めた。
・視感透過率:JIS Z 8722:2009準拠
・視感反射率:JIS Z 8722:2009準拠
Claims (5)
- 防眩性シートと該防眩シートを挟む2枚の透明板とを有する自動車用防眩性合わせガラスであって、
入射角が0°の場合の視感透過率(%)が、入射角が40°の場合の視感透過率より小さいことを特徴とする自動車用防眩性合わせガラス。 - 前記防眩性シートは屈折率が異なる2層以上の層を含み、波長500〜550nmの範囲に分光反射率の最大値を有する、請求項1に記載の防眩性合わせガラス。
- 前記屈折率が異なる2層以上の層が、金属酸化物層を含む、請求項2に記載の防眩性合わせガラス。
- 入射角が0°の場合の視感透過率(%)が、入射角が40°の場合の視感透過率より小さいことを特徴とする自動車用防眩性シート。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラスを備えた自動車。
