Claims (5)
- 第1の回転体と第2の回転体とを連結するクラッチを制御するシステムであって、
前記クラッチを連結する向きに常時付勢する付勢手段と、
前記クラッチを脱連結する向きに駆動するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに通電するべく電気的に接続された通電装置と、
前記通電装置に電気的に接続されて制御するコントロールユニットであって、脱連結を許可する条件が成立しても前記クラッチの連結が検出された時には前記通電装置に前記アクチュエータへ第1の電流値を出力させ、脱連結を許可する条件が成立して前記クラッチの脱連結が検出された時には前記通電装置に前記第1の電流値より低い第2の電流値を出力させるように構成されたコントロールユニットと、
を備えたシステム。 - 前記クラッチが連結状態か脱連結状態かを検出して前記コントロールユニットに入力するべく、前記コントロールユニットに電気的に接続された検出装置をさらに備え、
前記検出装置は、前記クラッチに構造的に連結したスイッチ、クラッチの部材が近接したことを検出する非接触センサ、前記アクチュエータへ投入する電流値を測定する電流センサ、および前記第1の回転体または前記第2の回転体の速度を検出する速度センサより選択された何れか一以上である、請求項1のシステム。 - 前記アクチュエータは、投入された電流に応じて磁束を生ずるソレノイドと、前記磁束に誘引されて前記クラッチを脱連結する向きに駆動するプランジャと、を備え、前記付勢手段は前記クラッチを連結する向きに付勢するバネを備える、請求項1または2のシステム。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、脱連結が検出されてからの時間をカウントする手段を備え、前記時間が設定値に達しない間は前記通電装置に前記第1の電流値を維持するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項のシステム。
- 前記コントロールユニットは、前記通電装置に前記第1の電流値より高い第3の電流値を出力させた後に前記第1の電流値を出力させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項4のシステム。
