Claims (7)
- 鉄道の分岐器における融雪を行うための分岐器融雪装置であって、
温風を発生する温風発生器と、
分岐器の基本レールの外側に沿って設けられた軌道カバーと、
前記温風発生器で発生した温風を、前記軌道カバーと軌道の表面で囲まれた空間に導くダクトとを備え、
前記ダクトは、電気で加熱される面状の発熱体層が内面に設けられていることを特徴とする分岐器融雪装置。 - 前記温風発生器は、電気で温風を発生することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分岐器融雪装置。
- 前記ダクトは、絶縁材料を成形したものであり、
前記ダクトの発熱体層は、導電性塗料を用いて前記絶縁材料上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の分岐器融雪装置。 - 前記軌道カバーは、電気で加熱される面状の発熱体層が内面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の分岐器融雪装置。
- 前記軌道カバーは、絶縁材料を成形したものであり、
前記軌道カバーの発熱体層は、導電性塗料を用いて前記絶縁材料上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分岐器融雪装置。 - 前記導電性塗料は、導電性微粒子と、塗膜を形成するための塗膜材料と、前記導電性微粒子を分散するとともに前記塗膜材料を溶解する溶剤とを含有することを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項5に記載の分岐器融雪装置。
- 前記軌道カバー内の温度を検知する温度センサと、
前記温度センサが検知した温度に基づいて、前記温風発生器、ダクトの発熱体層、及び軌道カバーの発熱体層の少なくとも一つの発熱量を制御する制御装置とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の分岐器融雪装置。
