Claims (5)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から成る第1部材と、銅または銅合金から成る第2部材と、が互いに摩擦撹拌接合により接合されていることを特徴とする電池用通電部品。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材の接合部分における導電率が65%IACS以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用通電部品。 - アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から成る第1部材と、銅または銅合金から成る第2部材と、を互いに突き合わせた状態でニッケル合金製の摩擦撹拌接合工具を用いて前記第1部材と前記第2部材を接合することを特徴とする電池用通電部品の製造方法。
- 前記摩擦撹拌接合工具は、重量%で12〜26%Cr、1〜6%W、2〜12%Mo、Ta,Nb,Tiの各元素の総和が0.1〜4.0%、AlとCuの総和が2.0〜8.0%であり、残部がNiおよび不可避不純物で規定されるニッケル合金製であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池用通電部品の製造方法。
- 前記摩擦撹拌接合工具は、プローブと、前記プローブに連続して形成されるホルダと、を備えており、前記プローブを前記第1部材に挿入させつつ、前記ホルダを前記第2部材に接触させながら接合することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の電池用通電部品の製造方法。
