Abstract

Claims (17)
- 第1金属を含む第1端子を有する第1電池と;
前記第1金属と異なる第2金属を含む第2端子を有する第2電池と;
前記第1端子と前記第2端子を電気的に連結する連結部材と;
を含み、
前記連結部材は、第1部分と第2部分を有し、前記第1部分の一面は前記第2部分の一面に接合され、前記第1部分の前記一面と前記第2部分の前記一面が接触する部分にナゲット部が位置し、前記第1部分は第3金属を含み、前記第2部分は前記第3金属と異なる第4金属を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1部分の前記一面と前記第2部分の前記一面は摩擦撹拌溶接により共に接合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分の前記一面と前記第2部分の前記一面は前記連結部材の厚さ方向に伸びる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分の前記一面と前記第2部分の前記一面はバットジョイント方式により接合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分と前記第2部分が共に接合される部分に溶接部が形成され、前記溶接部は前記ナゲット部と共に熱および機械的影響部、および熱影響部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部は点形態からなる、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溶接部は線形態からなる、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分は前記第1端子に固定され、
前記第1金属はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であり、
前記第2金属は銅または銅合金であり、
前記第3金属はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であり、
前記第4金属は銅または銅合金である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1部分は前記第1端子に溶接される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分は固定部材を通じて前記第1端子に付着される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材はナットである、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分は、
第1端子連結部と;
第1中間段差部と;
前記第1端子連結部との間に前記第1中間段差部が位置するように形成される第1溶接突起と;
を含み、
前記第2部分は、
第2端子連結部と;
第2中間段差部と;
前記第2端子連結部との間に前記第2中間段差部が位置するように形成される第2溶接突起と;
を含み、
前記第1溶接突起と前記第2溶接突起は共に接合される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1中間段差部は前記第1溶接突起の厚さよりも厚い厚さを有し、前記第1端子連結部の厚さよりも薄い厚さを有し、
前記第2中間段差部は前記第2溶接突起の厚さよりも厚い厚さを有し、前記第2端子連結部の厚さよりも薄い厚さを有する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1端子連結部は前記第1端子に溶接される、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1端子連結部は第1端子ホールを有し、
前記第2端子連結部は第2端子ホールを有し、
前記第1端子は前記第1端子ホールを通じて突出し、
前記第1端子連結部は固定部材を通じて前記第1端子に付着される、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記固定部材はナットである、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
- 動力を提供する動力源と;
前記動力源に電気を供給するように構成された電池モジュールと;
を含み、
前記電池モジュールは、
第1金属を含む第1端子を有する第1電池と;
前記第1金属と異なる第2金属を含む第2端子を有する第2電池と;
前記第1端子と前記第2端子を電気的に連結する連結部材と;

前記連結部材は、第1部分と第2部分を有し、前記第1部分の一面は前記第2部分の一面に接合され、前記第1部分の前記一面と前記第2部分の前記一面が接触する部分にナゲット部が位置し、前記第1部分は第3金属を含み、前記第2部分は前記第3金属と異なる第4金属を含む、車両。
