Claims (7)
- 保護層と、
前記保護層上に形成されて、自動車用ナンバープレートと粘着付着される粘着樹脂層と、
前記粘着樹脂層上に形成されて、入射される可視光線領域の光を反射させる反射層と、
前記反射層上に形成されて、入射される前記可視光線領域の光が、前記反射層との表面で焦点を結ぶようにする焦点樹脂層と、
前記焦点樹脂層上に多数のビーズが付着形成されて、入射されて前記反射層によって反射される前記可視光線領域の光を再帰反射されるようにする集光層と、
前記集光層上に形成され、前記集光層を固定する第1のベース層と、
前記第1のベース層上に形成された付着層と、
前記付着層に形成され、外部から入射される光のうち赤外線領域の光を反射させて遮断し、前記可視光線領域の光を選択的に透過させる赤外線遮断層と、
前記赤外線遮断層上に形成され、前記赤外線遮断層が損傷されることを防止する第2のベース層とを含む
ことを特徴とする再帰反射シート。 - 前記焦点樹脂層はポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ビニル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、または(メチル)メタクリレート樹脂で前記ビーズ直径の20〜40%の厚みで形成される
請求項1に記載の再帰反射シート。 - 前記反射層は、SiO2、TiO2、ZnS、ZnO、Al2O3、ZrO2、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、CaF2とNa3AlF6の中から選ばれたそれぞれの低屈折率を有する物質と高屈折率を有する物質の2つの薄膜が一対をなしN(Nは2以上の自然数)回繰り返して形成された
請求項1に記載の再帰反射シート。 - 前記反射層は、Al、Ag、Cu、ZnまたはSnの金属が蒸着されて形成された
請求項1に記載の再帰反射シート。 - 前記赤外線遮断層はSiO2、TiO2、ZnS、ZnO、Al2O3、ZrO2、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、CaF2及びNa3AlF6の中から選ばれたそれぞれの低屈折率を有する物質と高屈折率を有する物質の2つの薄膜が一対をなし、N(N2以上の自然数)回繰り返して形成された
請求項1に記載の再帰反射シート。 - 前記赤外線遮断層は、酸化タングステン化合物、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化タンタル、酸化ニオブ、酸化亜鉛、酸化インジウム、インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)、酸化スズ、アンチモンスズ酸化物(ATO)、酸化セシウム、硫化亜鉛、酸化セリウム及び6ホウ化物の中のいずれか一つで形成される
請求項1に記載の再帰反射シート。 - 前記ベース層は、耐候性、延伸加工性を有し、光の損失を防止するために透明なポリウレタン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、PVCまたは(メチル)メタクリレート樹脂が塗布形成された
