Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態であるモータ装置10が搭載された車両11の構成例を示す概略図である。なお、図1に示す車両11は、動力源としてエンジン12およびモータジェネレータ13を備えたハイブリッド車両であるが、これに限られることはなく、エンジン12を備えていない電気自動車であっても、本実施形態のモータ装置10を適用することが可能である。
続いて、モータジェネレータ13の構造について説明する。図2はモータジェネレータ13のロータ軸32に沿う断面図であり、図3は図2のA−A線に沿う断面図である。図2および図3に示すように、モータハウジング30内に取り付けられるステータ31は、積層されたケイ素鋼鈑等からなる略円筒形状のステータコア50と、ステータコア50の個々のティース51に巻き付けられる集中巻コイル52と、を有している。また、ステータ31の中央に収容されるロータ20は、積層されたケイ素鋼鈑等からなる略円筒形状のロータコア53と、ロータコア53に埋め込まれる複数の永久磁石54と、ロータコア53の中央に挿入されるロータ軸32と、を有している。
続いて、軸受33,34の電食について説明する。集中巻コイル52の通電状態を制御してモータジェネレータ13を駆動する際には、図3に矢印MF1で示すように、隣り合うティース51を通過する磁束が順次発生するため、矢印MF2で示すように、ステータ31には周方向の磁束変動が発生すると考えられる。このような周方向の磁束変動が発生した場合には、磁束変動を打ち消す方向にステータ31とロータ20との間には電位差Va(以下、軸電圧Vaと記載する。)が発生するため、軸電圧Vaの大きさによっては軸受33,34に電食を発生させる虞がある。
前述したように、ステータ31に周方向の磁束変動が発生し、軸電圧Vaが軸受耐電圧Vbを上回ると、軸受33,34に電食が発生してしまう虞がある。このため、本実施形態のモータ装置10は、軸受33,34を電食から保護する軸受保護制御1を実行することにより、軸電圧Vaが軸受耐電圧Vbを上回ることを防止している。ここで、図4はコントローラ40による軸受保護制御1の実行手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。また、図5はモータ回転数Nmに対する軸電圧Va1および軸受耐電圧Vb1の関係を示す線図である。さらに、図6は弱め界磁制御の有無によるモータ周方向の磁束密度の変化を示す線図である。なお、図5に示した軸電圧Va1は、前述した軸電圧Vaの一例であり、図5に示した軸受耐電圧Vb1は、前述した軸受耐電圧Vbの一例である。
続いて、軸受保護制御の他の例について説明する。前述した軸受保護制御1では、モータ回転数Nmと比較判定される閾値として、予め設定された閾値Nxを用いているが、これに限られることはなく、モータジェネレータ13に基づき閾値Nxを増減させても良い。ここで、図7はコントローラ40による軸受保護制御2の実行手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。また、図8(A)および(B)は、モータトルクと閾値Nxとの関係の一例を示す線図である。さらに、図9はモータ回転数Nmに対する軸電圧Va2および軸受耐電圧Vb2の関係を示す線図である。なお、図9に示した軸電圧Va2は、前述した軸電圧Vaの一例であり、図9に示した軸受耐電圧Vb2は、前述した軸受耐電圧Vbの一例である。
続いて、軸受保護制御の他の例について説明する。前述した軸受保護制御1では、モータ回転数Nmと比較判定される閾値として、予め設定された閾値Nxを用いているが、これに限られることはなく、車両加速度に基づき閾値Nxを増減させても良い。ここで、図10はコントローラ40による軸受保護制御3の実行手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。また、図11(A)および(B)は、車両加速度と閾値Nxとの関係の一例を示す線図である。さらに、図12はモータ回転数Nmに対する軸電圧Va3および軸受耐電圧Vb3の関係を示す線図である。なお、図12に示した軸電圧Va3は、前述した軸電圧Vaの一例であり、図12に示した軸受耐電圧Vb3は、前述した軸受耐電圧Vbの一例である。

- 車両に搭載されるモータ装置であって、
ハウジング内に取り付けられ、集中巻コイルを備えるステータと、
前記ステータの中央に収容され、永久磁石を備えるロータと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記ロータの回転軸を支持する軸受と、
前記ステータと蓄電体との間に設けられ、前記集中巻コイルの通電状態を制御するインバータと、
前記インバータに制御信号を出力し、前記永久磁石の磁束を弱める方向に前記集中巻コイルの磁束を発生させる弱め界磁制御を実行する通電制御部と、
を有し、
前記通電制御部は、前記ロータの回転速度が閾値を上回る場合に前記弱め界磁制御を実行し、前記ハウジングと前記回転軸との電位差を前記軸受の耐電圧よりも下げる、
