Description
<電解採取法の始液として用いることが可能な、カドミウム溶液の組成>
カドミウムの含有量が5g/L以上、亜鉛の含有量が50g/L以下、鉛の含有量が0.01g/L以下、ニッケルの含有量が0.2g/L以下、マンガンの含有量が5g/L以下、ケイ素の含有量が1g/L以下が好ましい成分組成である。

カドミウムの含有量が5g/L以上、亜鉛の含有量が50g/L以下、鉛の含有量が0.01g/L以下、ニッケルの含有量が0.05g/L以下、マンガンの含有量が5g/L以下、ケイ素の含有量が0.1g/L以下が好ましい成分組成である。

Claims (4)
- 出発物質となるカドミウムを含有する水酸化物を酸により浸出する際に、浸出液のpHが、6.5以下の範囲となるように前記水酸化物に前記酸を添加し、前記水酸化物中のカドミウムを浸出処理し、カドミウムを含む浸出液を得ることを特徴とするカドミウム溶液の製造方法。
- 前記浸出液のpHが、2.0以上、6.0以下の範囲となるように、前記水酸化物に酸を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカドミウム溶液の製造方法。
- 前記浸出液のpHが、5.5以上、6.5以下の範囲となるように、前記水酸化物に酸を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカドミウム溶液の製造方法。
- 出発物質の水酸化物が、カドミウムを10〜50質量%、亜鉛を15質量%以下、鉛を1.0質量%以下、ニッケルを0.01質量%以下、マンガンを5.0質量%以下、ケイ素を0.2質量%以下、の範囲で含む粗カドミウム水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカドミウム溶液の製造方法。
